The refresher's don't taste the same, they taste incredibly nasty, with caffeine and without. As for their doordash service, I understand they're busy but that's no excuse to package horribly. They don't close the lids right or put it in the tray correctly. And when it comes to the food, i've had a couple occasions where the food was soaking in the drinks i ordered and doordash doing nothing about it besides refunding me $3. Their hot chocolate is one of my favorite Non coffee drink to get here tho. read more

Last time I will ever go to this Starbucks. I requested a single origin espresso for my drink instead of the regular espresso shots. 2 employees openly groaned and complained about my request for the single origin shot. I have never seen someone so unhappy to provide the customer with what they asked for. If you do not want to go through the clearly horrible ordeal of providing a single origin shot, do not provide the option. I wished I could have taken back my tip. read more

The smoothie was good, but I wish it had more strawberry and banana flavor. it tasted a bit too milky for my preference. The sandwich, however, was really good. I actually enjoyed that a lot. There's a long hallway from one end to the other and they don't have anything in that space. It just feels like a waste of space if you ask me. The service was good here. I had a miso Caramel latte with oat milk. I like this drink because the miso caramel they make is really unique. My nephew ordered a Vanilla Shakerato, which tasted good but didn't really taste like vanilla. Not sure if they forgot to put it in or they put something else in.
