I came in at 5pm on Friday. Everyone in my academy kept saying how great this place is and how they use coffee ice, so it doesn't get watered down. I thought that was amazing since I do that at home too. I asked the barista there what her favorite drink is, and she said the beach bliss, so that's what I went with. It was good. It wasn't too sweet, but I don't think I tasted enough of the macadamia part of it. The whip on top was good too. And I loved that on my 3 hour drive home, it didn't get watered down. I deducted a star because it is very expensive. I got the smaller size and it was still $7. I was actually surprised it was so much. I would still come back to try some of the other drinks but can't afford to come daily. The shop was nice and clean, and the barista was really nice.

On the way to SAFARI WEST, stop here if you are need of caffeine before your tour or after your day. There is not a lot of options on this side of town. It's a cute little family owned Hawaiian themed coffee spot with a few other little shops in this tiny parking lot in a corner of the intersection. They have pastries and it has a very modern decor with a clean bathroom. I enjoyed the employees recommended drink and ordered a chocolate cupcake also which saved me because I was starving after the safari which was a blast I may add. Their location is wonderful and the service is great.

One tea bag in hot water is $5! I cannot believe it! That is silly!! I do love it here but my goodness!

Went here Saturday, late morning. Variety of choices for drinks and snacks. Lots of stuff for sale, nicely decorated interior. Quick, friendly service. I asked the barista what they liked better, regular mocha or monkey mocha. They said both were good. So I decided to get a small money mocha and it tasted delicious. Different from other mocha's, in a good way. Will be back here for sure. Prices are comparable to other coffee places.

Easy to find! Clearly, locals love this place. A lot of parking. Tons of seats inside. No seats outside. Pretty big space and they sell Hawaiian coffee beans and ground coffee. They also sell mugs and cups, baked goods, package food to go. The atmosphere was easy going and chill. Greeted nicely when I came in. Ordered the Three waves and the Caramel. Made so quickly and it's yummmmmy and smooth. Definitely would say to come in for some smooth Kona and Hawaii coffee. I would come back!

I have to always find way to support the islanders. Here is my scoring card for this restaurant: 1) Location: ( 5 Point ) - Great location for customer to see and find. Great parking for street parking and back side with parking lot parking. 2) Decoration : (2 Point) - They still have the original decoration. Clean. 3) Price: ( 4 point)- The price is competitive but still a little bit pricey compare to other same stars and type food they serve 4) Quality and Taste : ( 3 point)- The quality is ok, food and drink taste is good and portions are below average . ( must be inflation ) 5) Type of cuisine standard : ( 4 point) - The style of Hawaiian coffee and food they serve is pretty close to the way it was prepare in Hawaii. Not bad! But some dishes did have slightly modify to cater the customer's need Overall it's not bad and I thinks it's great to give it a try and let me know what you think. Go foodies Total max is 25 Score 18 Stars = 72% round up to 3 stars

Everything we got was satisfying. Tasty strong coffee and fresh refreshing teas! They were slammed and busy but knocked out orders in a timely manner. Thanks!

Good coffee! I take mine black so a little overpriced for me, but lots of options to choose from. Indoor and outdoor seating (on a busy intersection in case you prefer outdoor seating could get a bit noisy), wrap around parking lot; bathroom was clean and well stocked, friendly customer service, and a fun little merch corner!

Came here after going to Safari West. This place was amazing! My fiancé and I could not decide but the guy was super patient. We ordered the Beach Bonfire( toasted marshmallow and macadamia nut) and a blended Kreme De Kona ( white and dark chocolate , vanilla) . They were delicious! Really brought me back to Hawaii. I really liked both drinks but the beach bonfire was just on another level. Definite must try! I wish they would open up a Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii in the Bay Area!

The ice used in my latte was made of coffee so it doesn't dilute as it melts. The breakfast wrap was made real time with a nice sear.

It was my first time in this area of Santa Rosa. There's a small parking lot in the back. We walked in and the space was decorated so nicely though there's not a lot of seating indoors. I can imagine how busy this place can get on a sunny day since there's lots of tables and chairs outside. We weren't greeted by the person working, just met with silence. We stood looking at the menu on the wall while the barista stood waiting for us to order. I didn't see the "special" matchas I found through the photos on Yelp then finally noticed that there was a special menu flat on the counter. I think it would be helpful if the special drinks were easier for customers to see. We both ordered then waited for our drinks. While we waited I thought I would go to the restroom, but unfortunately when I checked it was out of order. Don't get confused and go into the "employees only" door! Once we received our drinks, I was glad to see the color of both our matchas were a nice shade of green. The drinks itself were way too sweet and I could barely taste the matcha. To note, this was better than a Starbucks matcha -- it just wasn't our cup of tea. It was good to try but personally, we are not coming back.

Dog friendly (maybe too friendly I don't want a dog being allowed to sit on someone's lap at a table inside?) Location is great and plenty of parking (paid) on a Thursday around noon. Disliked: WiFi wasn't working and the baristas explanation was "it gets messed up with the apartments upstairs, let me ask my manager" I didn't get a follow up or response later and I was there for a few more hours, they totally ignored the issue. Was never able to use the wifi. Bathroom key was being used constantly making an arbitrarily long wait for bathroom use. Tea costs almost 5$ and it wasn't loose leaf or anything fancy so questionable on whether I'll order that again They close at 3 pm. :( I like my coffee shops open late.
