Sun dried tomato pesto frittata and cappuccino.
    Autumn G.

I came here this morning for breakfast because of the positive reviews. The staff was super friendly and the coffee was strong, but the food was awful. I had the ham and cheese croissant, the sun-dried tomato and pesto frittata, and a cappuccino. The croissant sandwich was soggy. The frittata was inedible. It looked like yummy pesto but it tasted moldy. I am honestly really disappointed. They were flies too, but that usually doesn't bother me. $18 and need to get more food.

A sweet neighborhood coffee shop in Larkfield Shopping Center, near Molsberry Market. I stopped in recently on a Friday morning to do some work. I ordered and enjoyed a large latte - super smooth and easy to drink. It was just over $6 with tip, which is pretty standard. Thankfully my laptop was fully charged as I didn't see many power outlets. I scored one of the 6 bistro tables inside, just ahead of the rush. By 10am the space was full of locals happily greeting each other as they enjoyed their coffees and bagels. Very sweet to see and hear. They have a few other tables inside, and maybe 2 or 3 small tables out front. In addition to coffee and bagels, they sell some pastries and breakfast items. There's no printed food menu so check the case and ask what's available. When I finished my work (and ran out of battery), I walked over to Cookie...Take A Bite on the other side of the small shopping center and purchased a box of cookies for a gift.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops, and has become part of my daily routine. I love stopping here in the morning as I'm walking my dogs -- grabbing a latte for me and pupichino for them. :) The baristas here are so sweet and they make a DANG good coffee! I met the owners the other day and they were the nicest people. They told me the blue beagle's name is Jack, and he is their 17 year old family dog! It has amazing ambiance if you are looking for somewhere cozy to read a book or get some work done. 10/10, I couldn't recommend this place more!

My friends and I were on a drive through the area and needed some coffee and/or breakfast snack. When we stopped at this mini mall that we were passing we spotted the Blue Beagle Coffee shop. First off: how can anyone not be charmed by the logo of a blue beagle? I'm just saying. This playful logo gave promise to a charming ambiance. And I was not disappointed! As could be indicated by the fullness of the shop. Patrons sipping brews or eating breakfast pastries abounded. My friends opted for a cold coffee and the other hot. I had some cocoa myself. We were pleased with our beverages. Sitting outside of the cafe at a small table by the store front. It was extremely relaxing! Great start to a day of wine! For sure, next time we're in the area, we'll stop by the Blue Beagle. I love dogs and marry that to a cute coffee shop, it's a winner!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops now! I'm usually a diehard Starbucks girl but I LOVE blue beagle. Owned by the sweetest people and delicious coffee. I love peppermint mochas and they make the BEST. Their coffee has a very rich flavorful taste and I also love the chai lattes they have. Almost all of their baked goods are made in house and are so yummy. I am obsessed with their savory scones and quiches. And they switch up the flavors often. So you don't get sick of eating the same things. Definitely stop in and try this cute little coffee shop!

I love being able to see all the people making the pastries in the kitchen and smelling the baked goods. On today's visit, my wife and I shared their spicy vegetable pie, which was actually pretty spicy! It had a strong, tangy tomato flavor with a lot of spice! We also shared a fruit galette that had a lot of berries and pear on it. Lastly, we got their tan square which has a short bread base and then a thick, butterscotch and nuts top. It's so so rich and buttery. I highly recommend this wonderful bakery!

We were greeted by the friendly owner (?) and he told us we could take a seat wherever we wanted. There were several people enjoying a late lunch on both sides of the restaurant. I noticed that most of the customers had ordered the pho. We decided to try: - Fresh spring rolls - delicious! Large shrimp, fresh ingredients. Tasty dip. - Garlic noodle plate - noodles were a nice thickness, bouncy and flavored well. Protein was the bbq pork as we were told that's a customer favorite. Veggies were hot and cooked perfectly. - Steak pho - broth was delightful, clean and fresh tasting, with thin slices of tender meat. Noodles were a nice consistency and not mushy. I loved it even more with the bean sprouts, jalapeno, basil and a touch of lime. Everything was timed perfectly, spring rolls came out first for us to enjoy. Server, who I think is the owner, checked on us and refilled my water without having to ask. He promptly cleans up tables after customers leave so the place always looks clean and neat. Overall, a lovely meal. We will be back soon! Located in the Larkfield Center between Cookie... Take a Bite and Exchange Bank. Lots of parking available.

Overall smooth but not too strong, and a tiny bit sweet probably from whatever almond milk they use! I like mine a bit stronger and it's not the best I've had but decent! "For here" mugs are always a plus in my book too. Brew is unique that it doubles as a cozy bar too once the late afternoon rolls around. The service is also great here, and I feel like I've seen the same folks working here for many years. My wife and I ordered two different Hashes to share. The Brussel Sprouts and Bacon Hash is fantastic, which has this blue cheese aioli that gives the dish so much flavor. The Brussel sprouts seem like they're steamed and then tossed in the hash with sautéed diced onions, bell peppers and bacon. The aioli is on the side, but just adding a little bit to each bite gives it so much extra. We also ordered the special of the day which was a Smoked Chicken and Butternut Squash Hash. It has some of the same elements of sautéed onions and bell peppers, but this was served with a cilantro aioli. This dish, while not as amazing at the other Hash, was still really good. Worst part was the county potatoes. They came out slightly above room temperature and hard. They're parboiled then flash fried. Not a bad way to get crisp but I can only assume they do this ahead of the rush and then they sit in a container to be served. My wife ordered her's extra crispy and they come out much better.
