Food: I order drinks from this Starbucks location twice. Both times I got my drinks well done like any other Starbucks locations. They had lots of pastries when I came in this time. Looks pretty but I didn't order any. Service: good customer service. I order drinks online. Came in pretty soon but they had the drinks ready already. The employees saw me standing there waiting (I thought it wasn't ready yet) and asked to help me. That's how I figured out it's was ready haha. They were friendly and helpful :) Embiance: clean and spacious inside. For some reason, it doesn't look super nice but it's clean though so I don't mind. It's not crowded and noisy so you can come work here if you need to. They also have outdoor seating. You can enjoy your day when the weather is nice out. Good thing they are not too crowded because the parking lot is a little bit small. read more

My son accidentally ordered from a different store (on the app) and there was no way to get to that store. We called this being the closest store and they said "no problem", started the order right then had it ready when I got there. Not only that but thru didn't make me feel like an idiot for doing that, they were very sweet. read more

This Starbucks always makes me feel great when I walk in to get my order. I always get a greeting from at least one or two of the staff by my first name, which I appreciate so much. I never have to wait for my order because I use the app, but even if Shelley, Sarah, Katie, Emma, Guliana are busy they say hello immediately and get me out the door. I ordered on the mobile app in advance when my mother went to pick up she noticed they didn't give her any creamer or cups or anything. It was one of the large ones where you get for a meeting my mother noticed (she wasn't even told) and when she told them why she didn't receive creamer or anything they said they were out they they. had cups but they didn't even give it to my mother until she asked. This store seriously needs to work on it's customer service. Tonight, I ordered two drinks, one hot, one non-coffee cold. After receiving my hot drink, every worker disappeared into the back room. I was one of two customers present and the only one waiting for a drink. I actually had to walk to the door to the back room to ask for them to finish my drink. And then it was wrong. I used to frequent this Starbucks all the time but to my son's school change I don't anymore but I used to go so much they knew my order by heart and name. I'm so bad at names and wish I could remember theirs, but the people that work here are so sweet and as busy as they can get always knew the time I'd come in and have my drink ready for me. I've been to some Starbucks and they never remember me and I totally get it because they get so many people that walk through, but even though this place was busy too they always took the time out to remember me and my drink with everything I would requested in it. Also the place is always clean and never once have I seen it dirty at all. I will say the parking is a little small and sometimes getting out of it sucked because of traffic. Hard working baristas even when it's packed with customers. Whenever I stop in I'm always greeted and the register baristas are so nice.

I usually have good experiences here. Today was not one of those days. I walked in and was literally looked up and down by the young lady standing at the register. She did not say hi or anything and continued her condensation with the man barista. I stood for a solid 30 seconds will her continuing her conversation. Finally another woman barista greeted me. The young lady behind the register finally looked at me again expecting me to tell her my order without asking what I wanted. She did not say one word to me the whole time. The place has not gotten any better and I can Only blame management. The garbage is piled over onto the floor each day. The shakers are sticky and empty. Never any creamer. Bathrooms dirty. This shop has the best staff because they are all hard working, are respectful to their coworkers and share in all the duties like cleaning. The employees are happy and take pride in their location. Just waited 10 mins in line to order for them to tell me they couldn't break my big bill. Walked out with no drink and extremely irritated!!

Ordered a very simple drink. Grande iced Carmel macchiato with decaf and coconut milk. Watched the barista make it and noticed that he poured milk from a gallon jug. I am pretty sure their coconut milk comes in a green box so when he handed me my drink, I asked him if it was made with coconut milk and was told yes. It tasted like milk to me, which I cannot have due to being lactose intolerant, but since he told me it was indeed coconut milk I took his word for it and left. After another sip I was really questioning this so decided to call the manager and ask what container their coconut milk comes in and explained the situation. My assumption was correct that it comes in a green half gallon box. The manager was very apologetic after I explained what a health concern this is to myself and any other guest this may happen to and that lying to a guest about an ingredient is beyond wrong. He offered to make things right by sending me a coupon and a free replacement drink. That doesn't make things right. I am furious for being lied to and why? Ugh, charge me for it and lie about it. I just don't get it. Anyway I was assured this barista would be talked to asp. Regrettably I am finished with Starbucks for now. While I appreciate the Managers efforts, I just cannot get over how sick this could have made me and how I was lied to by a place I was giving my money to. read more

This Starbucks delivers a consistent cup of coffee, but they seem to be the slowest Starbucks I've been to, every time I've been in it's been a minimum of 15 minute wait time(and my drink is simple).
