Came in for my usual mission to find any and all cafes with good matcha in the city! Espressioso's is nestled in downtown right by Augie's French and surprisingly super spacious inside. A bit empty but maybe they'll find a way to use more of the space but totally not necessary! I gotta give kudos to Espressioso's for being unique for their nice mix of usual espresso stuff, Mexican style lattes like Dulce de leche and cafe de olla, and even sweeter strawberry or banana matcha. Alt milks are only +0.25 so that's awesome. Love they have dine in mugs but their to go cups with their logo are adorable too! Not too much pastries (but cafes should have good drinks first rather than food imo) Got their 12oz matcha latte with almond milk for ~$6.50 and it was great! Super smooth, not bitter at all, and very much just right. Chill Spanish music plays in the background and it's super quiet compared to other cafes I've visited so it'd be a good spot to unwind. Super cute ambiance! It is a large space and they seem to have pilâtes on some days. The service is great. I got a strawberry matcha drink and it was absolutely delicious! They also offer some conchas and other pastries. Staff were super friendly. Would definitely stop by here. read more

Came in here to try out a local coffee spot. I've ordered both the strawberry and banana matchas. My husband has ordered an iced vanilla latte. Everything has been delicious. The shop is still filling out after the absence of the previous co-tenant. But it seems like the owner, Nora has some good ideas on how to rework the space. I'm excited to come back to try more menu items. Service is great, and it looks like they focus a lot on community so looking forward to checking out some events at the space. read more

Wow what a spot!!! I will be back! The place is in a small shop towards the back but you get to see all these cool plants before getting to the coffee shop. Even though it's in Santa Rosa it's giving LA. I got the concha and the cafe de olla latte and it wasn't super sweet like at other spots but it was good. I suggest if you like it sweeter, you ask for more sweetness or get a sweetener packet. My partner ordered their cold brew, and he got the smaller size. He felt there was minimal coffee in his in comparison to the ice. However we both agreed that their pastries were 10/10. He got the croissant and really liked it. I got the concha, I thought the concha was absolutely delicious. Service was really good. We did get a pup cup for my pup, but since he forgot to give it to us until the end he said there is normally a charge but this time it was free. Safe to say everyone was a happy camper at this coffee shop. Def will be back! read more

So happy this coffee shop is now in Santa Rosa! After flying goat departed the other options were ok. This shop is unique! The owner knows how to pull shots and make a very good drink. It's a personal preference for everyone (obviously) but I prefer true size macchiatos and cappuccinos. I don't like a lot of sweetener etc. I want to taste the espresso. I don't want the milk heated to a boil. Again, all just my preferences. That said, talking to the owner he has the skills to do adventurous drinks, cool flavors etc. The drink was awesome! I will repeat. The space is also really cool. Vintage clothing. Apparel. And now a plant shop is also included. They also open early on the coffee bar side. Highly recommend. Absolute awesome spot for great espresso drinks. It's tucked inside a vintage store with different hours, so when we went early in the morning, it was a bit hard to tell if they were open or not. Not too much seating, and just a one man shop. Barista was super friendly though! I got a cortado, and it was the best cortado I've had in a while. Milk was steamed perfectly. Espresso was the right balance of sour and bitterness. Overall, loved it. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Santa Rosa! read more

Cute cafe! It is a co-op shop so while getting some coffee you can shop for with clothes or plants. Very calm chill atmosphere. The owner was making the coffee and very friendly and fast. The other 2 stores were closed when I stopped by but will be coming back to sit down inside and check out the other shops as well. I ordered an iced dulce de leche latte and it is perfect for people who do not like too much sugar. Most coffee shops add too much but this was a nice balance. read more

Located inside of "Holee Vintage", Espressioso's just opened 2 months ago, and have amazing coffee!! They have two tables with two chairs each inside for seating, and I'm unsure if they have WiFi (I just went in to get coffee and left). What's nice is the place is open until 7pm because it's inside a clothing store, whereas most coffee shops around here close at 3. The coffee shop was started by two people that were there when I ordered my coffee and they were wonderful to talk to. I am here visiting a friend, so the one owner even gave me restaurant recommendations for while I'm here!! I will be telling my friends that live here about this place :) read more

This is a fantastic coffee shop tucked in the back of a vintage clothing shop. The owner Mike (and his wife) are both Air Force vets and settled here in the Sants Rosa area. I ordered a cappuccino which was excellent and had a great walnut and chocolate flavor, served in a cool ceramic cup. There was a counter along the coffee bar which I was able to work at and watch coffee being made. They also serve pastries, which I had a concha, that had just enough sweetness to pair nicely with my cappuccino. There are some street parking options (metered) or a parking lot at the back of the building (not sure if pay-to-park). Definitely give this place a try or find them at the farmer's market! read more

Hoy le pedi a Michael un cafe a su gusto y me preparó un mocha (sin azúcar, claro!) estaba mmmmm!! Delicioso! Ya es un año que conocí a Michael y su cafe @espressiososcoffee y meses despues a su esposa, la bella y simpática @noraspecioso. La primera vez que probe su cafe, Michael me dijo "una vez que lo pruebes ya no te gustará starbucks"... sinceramente antes de eso, todos los demás cafés que había probado me sabian casi muy similares, y unos hasta irritaban mi estomago. Y bueno le pedi un latte sin azúcar y luego de una breve charla, pues tenia que volver a mi trabajo, le di un sorbete al cafe y pude detectar un sabor diferente, delicioso y con unas notas de sabor que nunca había percibido en un cafe. En fin... regrese a la oficina y mi cabeza quedo viajando tratando de descifrar esas notas. La verdad si me encanto! Y si, me dejo enganchada a ese sabor, si ya antes me gustaba el cafe, ahora mas! Ya después Michael me explico que el cafe que venden es recién tostado, y las bolsas tambien que les compro no tienen mas de dos semanas de haber sido tostado Es cafe fresco. Y ahi esta el detalle! Like many others, I love to treat myself to a nice little drink from time to time. As a full-time working student, I constantly need caffeine and constantly need motivation to work towards my education goals, as school is very draining. I can confidently say that Espressioso's is one of the highest quality places Ive ever been to. The coffee is amazing, I normally hate black plain coffee but the espresso at this shop is excellent, I can happily have it as an americano, mocha, or just a latte. Right now my current favorite drink here is their chai; the large corporate chains typically use very boring and plain chai and rely on flavored syrups, but at Espressioso's you can tell they took the time to find a quality chai full of its own flavor. Another reason I love this shop, aside from its great drinks, its their great service. I have been lucky enough to have been able to have some great conversations with the shops owners. They are greatly motivated people that have worked very hard to reach their goals, it even has had an influential impact on myself, after talking with the lovely owners I feel more prompted to work towards my goals and dreams, just as they have. Their work ethic is inspiring and radiates throughout the shop. This little coffee shop has quickly and easily became one of my favorites! read more
