The Starbucks in Healdsburg is a pleasant one! I generally prefer to support small independent coffee shops, but do support this location from time to time. Ordering on the app or in person is always smooth. The interior space is clean and the staff are friendly. My drinks have been made quickly and accurately. In line with the Covid-19 restrictions loosening, they recently added a few indoor tables. And the best part...why I love this town...is that they have a standing gift card available for those in need. Anyone can add money to the account, and it provides warm beverages to others who don't have the means. Life is tough. Spread the love! read more

It's the typical Starbucks. All the same items, all the same drinks. The staff is friendly and this location moves fast. The staff is dedicated to getting your drink out and done right. I haven't seen them run out of anything or get my order wrong. They are on it. read more

Modest, unassuming Starbucks in the strip mall on Vine St that also houses the Safeway. Stopped by here while my wife did a quick grocery run for a to-go meal. Nice atmosphere for whiling away a coffee and catching up on work or whatever - plenty of seats inside with tables comfortably spaced; always a plus in my mind for a coffee house. A parking lot view not the greatest, but the location works for a quick coffee while attending to other chores here. read more

Caution... This location is convenient, and some of the staff is very nice, but this is the 2nd time I ordered a matcha latte and was served a *coffee* latte, with some extra matcha mix added. The result is not drinkable. Matcha lattes are not supposed to include any coffee. According to the official Starbucks site, the ingredients in a Matcha latte are: "Milk + Matcha Tea Blend". Its starbuck's similar to all the rest. I usually judge a starbucks by how fast the line moves and how they make the drink. Line was VERY fast and she actually knew how to make a flat white which was good. Not all starbuck's make them the same and this one did a good job. This is in the middle of a strip mall. Safeway and UPS store and there is a blue USPS box for those looking to deliver mail or get some groceries while there. Bathrooms where clean, its not far off the freeway, and parking a breeze. Our stomachs churned to see this smelly dirty dog being kept on top of a table by owner. We asked manager, Caren, to enforce common decency and Health Code Law, I showed her the dog still on top of table and she did nothing. The dog sat with its ass in table another 5+ minutes and manager still did nothing. There's nothing wrong with dogs on patio floor but Starbucks should nicely explain why it's filthy and gross to keep a dirty dog on a table where others eat. This manager should be reprimanded and retrained to interface with guests and solve problems when guests lack common concern for others. See picture read more

I've bought maybe 10 or 15 cups of coffee here so far... you know, "in and out" - I can't even remember anything that happened except I got my coffee and left. I probably should have had my coffee before I went in so I could give this place a proper review but I am an early morning guy. It's like I'm in a fog in the morning - I cannot hear sounds, see faces... I just crawl into places to get my coffee. Starbucks does the job. I did go there one evening with Sofie and we had coffee. The people were very friendly... not sickeningly friendly like some places, but "home friendly" like you might expect from someone you know. I also like it that the place is sometimes deserted... that way I don't have to fight people for the milk to put into the coffee. Life is good at this Starbucks. read more

Ah, Starbucks. Young staff. What can you possibly expect? I came in and ordered a grande iced coffee. That's it. 5 people working. After my order was taken, four of them went to the corner of the shop. The other went to the back. No one was behind the counter at all. The 4 people were just giggling and laughing away. I'm the only customer. The one who went to the back finally came out and made my order. "Sorry for the wait". There were no orders ahead of me. The early early morning staff pisses me off a little, or maybe I'm just not awake enough when I have to go in there at like 5:45 am to communicate my needs. Later morning staff is friendly, and seems to know all the regulars by name. The early morning black coffee is actually pretty damn good (although volcanically hot - ask for a few ice cubes in there if you want to drink it in the next half hour!) the specialty drinks are good. Stopped in here yesterday around 11am; it was fairly dead IMO, which is great so I didn't wait long for our drinks. Friendly cashier lady, as well as barista making the fiance's grande nonfat no water chai :) Huge location, ample places to sit and relax to enjoy your drink of choice...plust a huge wall of retail, score!! Highly recommend this locale, they get it right here...i'll def be stopping in here on future north bay trips. read more
