This morning I placed an online order at your store scheduled for 8:15 a.m. My wife and daughter went to pick it up and were told there was no order under our name and that we must have ordered from another location. The interaction was dismissive and rude, and my daughter had to leave to get to school. I then drove to the same store around 8:30 a.m., showed proof that the order was placed there and that I had been charged. The manager made excuses, blamed another store, and said pickup times are "just an estimate." After that, she looked behind the counter and our drinks were already made and sitting there. This resulted in wasted time, extra driving, and completely avoidable frustration. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service were unacceptable read more

Starbucks always has quality offerings, but they seem to turn it up around the Holidays. Stopped by after a late nite celebrating with family, before a 2 hour drive home. The service was stellar and the lady who took my order saw the pain in my eyes :). I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a dirty chai, they were spectacular. Starbucks always has a good and welcoming feel, this one in Windsor did not lack. You won't be sad when you go and they are offering 30% off many things. read more

After repeatedly terrible experience with the Lakewood Starbucks I hoped this one on the old redwood would be better. I was disappointed. The place is run down. They haven't invested in an ounce of paint or remodeling in 10 years since they opened here. and shortly after I'm sitting down one of the employees comes by with one of those sweepers and broom, slamming it down again and again, slamming the broom against it, over and over. He was so loud he might as well been banging it across the room. Now he's broken out the mop and as I write this he's mopping, around me like I'm not even here. This is the exact same thing they did at the Lakewood Starbucks. And the irony the place ALWAYS looks disgusting and dirty. The only reason I conclude they do this is to annoy and keep their customers from ever coming back. They make you feel rushed and totally turned off. I'm not sure if it's me or if Starbucks in general has let their standards plummet to rock bottom. I always remembered them so friends,, clean and their prices were affordable. Now it would seem with every price increase their service is worse. I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1, because to be fair I haven't been here as much, but somehow I think I'll be regretting it. read more

I want to have a vanilla latte with soy milk? I couldn't figure out why it tasted funny, and it finally dawned on me they made it with oat milk. I'm gluten-free and I specifically cannot use this kind of nondairy milk that's why I order soy. I had to throw out my coffee to avoid having a allergy reaction tonight. read more

Windsor Starbucks is located near the center of town. Easy to get to for a quick drink to start your day, or a mid-day pick me up. Lots of parking. The employees are helpful and make drinks quickly. This Starbucks is a solid branch of a reliable chain. You can sit outside or inside in several cozy areas. read more

Went in the other day. Only one person waiting for their drink. The 3 employees were talking and continued while I stood at the counter- told me they'd be right with me and continued their conversation. I waited awkwardly at the counter until I just walked out. read more

They made me wait 45 minutes for my stuff and they didn't bother to tell me that they were out of it. And the girl with the pink and black hair has a really bad attitude and it looks like she doesn't even want to be there and she slammed my stuff and while I was waiting this b*** said " what do you what you've been waiting here forever" with a really bad attitude, I couldn't get the girls name but she had black and pink her and her hair was an absolute mess. I had just gotten of work and my phone had died so I wasn't able to text my family or request an Uber to get home. I went into this Starbucks and asked a barista if she could spare a charger for just a quick second, and she let me charge it for a minute while I sipped on my Frappuccino! In the Sonoma Valley area for a few days, we stopped by Windsor on a cool, rainy November weekday. Right off the main square, conveniently located for the caffeine-deprived, was a nice Starbucks. The barista that served us was pleasant and helpful. She gave my wife good advice on a drink to try, and we learned that this Starbucks has been there eight years - as has she. Service was fast and our drinks were both nicely crafted, my wife's flat white topped with attractive espresso art. There's somewhat limited seating inside, but we did find a table that overlooked the Central Square. However, the inside tables are right on top of each other, and shortly after noon a goodly number of highschoolers dropped by at their lunchtime - thus ended the quiet! We headed outside where there were a few more tables, nicely under an awning to shield us from the light rain, which worked out well as we finished our coffees. Not really impressed with this location. You shouldn't come here unless you're a regular. They make the regulars order AHEAD of yours while you're still ordering and the regular is behind you in line and hasn't ordered. He got his coffee first, too... Pretty sure I'll go visit any of the other 3 locations in this city before visiting this one again. Don't ask for a whip cream on the side either, they don't give you a lid and expect you to take that to your car. read more

I used to really enjoy coming to the Starbucks And sitting in their outdoor area but now things have gotten bad with the homeless population increase here in Windsor. Yesterday when I was sitting outside having coffee with my friend a homeless man sat a few tables away which would not have been a problem except for the fact that he was coughing and spitting literally on the table. He had a bottle that appeared to have some urine in it and he dumped it on a shrub behind the table. It was utterly disgusting. I walked in and informed the manager that they would need to sanitize that table after he left, she said she would take care of it however my friend and I sat there for another 40 minutes and that was never done and some other unsuspecting people Almost sat at the table until I warned them. I don't mind paying a high price for coffee at Starbucks but when there's a lot of homeless people setting up camp there and turning it into a disgusting place I find that extremely disturbing. read more

This new Starbucks location, 9234 Old Redwood Hwy Ste 124 Windsor, CA 95492 has been open for three months. Being brand new everything is clean and modern compared to the Town Green location. Employees are essentially the same and that is what makes this Starbucks work. Friendly, quick service is the norm here. Very nice spacious patio for those warm days. My go to Starbucks in Windsor, are there better Starbucks, of course, but this one seems to do the job. They have never gotten my order wrong, even though I order the simplest drinks, but anyone can mess up an order nowadays at most starbucks. They are fairly quick, but if it's busy I will usually pass it up because the baristas can sometimes get flustered if a TON of orders are being tossed at them. read more

Slow service even though they were not busy. Tastes just like all other Starbucks. Large seating area. Can get full with kids when school let's out. Menu same as any other starbucks. They do have a drive thru but it is sometimes faster to go inside. Parking is odd, you can only back into spots on a fast moving road with tons of bicycle riders and it just seems dangerous. Out of Nitro cold brew today by noon on a busy Saturday. The young man was very pleasant and gave me directions to another location. read more

Not a well run Starbucks. Not very clean. Very disorganized inside. Today I went in to explain that my drive through order was wrong the day before. I got coconut milk rather than non fat even though he repeated it correctly. So I couldn't drink it. His response was, "Oh, you didn't like it? It's delicious." So I repeated that I didn't drink it because it was NOT what I ordered. No response and full charge for my drink for today. Maybe it is time to switch to Peet's. Just had a great experience with these guys. My drink was slightly off this morning and when I called them from the road and explained what was going on they spent time with me on the phone to figure out what the problem was (they have two different kinds of chai btw) When I came back later that day, they not only took the time to get it right they went a little bit extra to make sure I was satisfied. I have been a Starbucks gold member for over 4 years. I have been customer of the week at three different locations. I have never been to a store as good as this one. The staff here is what you wish every place you patronize was like. These are the friendliest, happiest, most efficient group you will ever meet. They make you feel right at home from the first visit. You can get good coffee at many places these days, but service this good is a rare thing indeed. I have been to a lot of Starbucks in satisfying my caffeine addiction. I have to give a shout out to my favorite, Windsor on the Town Green. The staff and management here are excellent. They are always upbeat, friendly as well as extremely efficient. It has become my "Cheers" of sorts. The employees are like friends. I have given this particular location so many chances... starting off with "Oh, it may just be this particular barista" to "They may just be having an off day". I have used every pathetic excuse in the book to no avail. I have tried every single barista, every drink from drip coffee to Frappuccinos to iced teas. The baristas are rude, untrained, and unprofessional. I am appalled I was stupid enough to keep giving them my money. All the drinks I've received have been inconsistent-- I would rather drive all the way to Santa Rosa to get properly made drinks. What can I say, it's Starbucks. They constantly churn out coffee drinks and they are reliably good. This Starbucks, however, seems to always be messy/dirty, specifically at the service bar where you add creamer to your drinks. I live just down the street, which is nice because I love my weekday Starbucks in the morning! Of course I occasionally go to other locations, but this one is definitely my favorite.
