I discovered quickly when I started coming here during my son's football practices. I'm not a real fan of Bobbe, but I do love a good milk tea. And I do have to say Quickly's milk teas are outstanding. I've had three different kinds, my favorite thus far is the coffee milk tea. Though the Thai milk tea and taro root teas are also very good. Service is great. Fast and efficient. Generally a pleasant atmosphere every time I have been in there. Sadly, this place is tucked in a retail center that needs updating. I am highly disappointed in my drink order. It was a person working during a weekend shift in the evening and most likely a high school student... The problem was, the person totally forgot to add the toppings inside my drink which was VERY irresponsible because... I was the ONLY customer there that evening. I will no longer come back to the store when this person is working there. And if this person is working there on my next visit, I will make sure to avoid tipping this person. Quickly is a Bubble Tea/Tapioca Milk Tea franchise that started in Taiwan and has since expanded throughout the U.S., including North Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi and now in beautiful Rohnert Park! We come here for the slushes to quench our thirst, even in the middle of winter. My favorites are the watermelon and pineapple slushes with the lychee jelly add on. Not overly sweet, but with a fragrant finish. Believe me, it's much better than a Slurpee from 7-Eleven's, which I had for the very first time just two weeks ago. Now, the piece de resistance for me is ....the popcorn chicken! It comes perfectly seasoned, with a hint of Chinese 5-Spice seasoning and comes out piping hot from the oil. I've grown addicted to these recently. Maybe it's a side effect of chemo? It sure beats Mickey D's Chicken McNuggets and both are comparable in price. Atmospherically, there's nothing to speak of. You're better off slurping and noshing in the fine comfort of your car, where you'll likely experience a better ambiance. If you choose to eat inside though, there is more than plenty of ample seating inside, since everyone else has taken it out. This Quickly is so inconsistent. Sometimes they are out of boba, which feels like a very important ingredient for a boba drink place. The boba is not consistently well cooked. The service is also spotty - sometimes you're greeted when you arrive, other times you're totally ignored. The dining room has clearly suffered from post-Covid revival just not happening. This is probably because of the high school and to be able to fit the many students that probably flock there during lunch, but it does not feel like a welcoming place to stay and enjoy your food or drink. While the drinks are generally good, I feel like all of these issues make me think twice before I go there. This restaurant would benefit from online ordering and more staff. read more

Finally decided to drop into Quicky's today and it is now my favorite place to get a Taro milk tea with boba in town. The 2 guys that were working the counter were super nice and helpful. Normally when I head to the bay area and I don't feel like driving too far for milk tea...I go to the closest Quickly. Usually you really can't go wrong with Quickly but this location is beyond the worst Quickly's I've ever been to. I was out in Santa Rosa to do a bit of shopping indoors since it rained that day and the kids are with grandpa. Since the kids ate at home already I decided to stop by and get a snack before dinner. This location is the closest to me in Petaluma so I decided to try the Rohnert location before heading back to Petalima. Taro Mochi Waffle: This was 1 of the 4 things I ordered that tasted alright. Quickly I admit is just mediocre but its just my go to if i dont wanna wait or drive elsewhere. This was also on the way back to my in laws and the closest. I ordered original but was told there were none. It was Thursday afternoon around 2pm but they have every other flavor except original. So I ordered Taro and it wasnt too bad. Popcorn Chicken: Normally...all quicklys make their chicken not spicy. You add the spice later on. I'm not sure exactly what happened but for some reason this chicken came spicy. The employee told me it was marinated in spice so I asked if this was the normal marination for popcorn chicken for every quicklys. Becuase if its the normal spices then it isn't spicy and my daughter is able to eat that. Its one of her favorite orders from any boba spot so I had to ask to make sure. He said it wasnt unless I added the chilli powder on the side so I figured it would be ok. Turns out...it does have a bit of spice. IT IS NOT the normal marination like the other quicklys in San Francisco. But luckily...my daughter took it like a pro and snacked on it when she could. This was the second item of the four items that was pretty good. Egg Puffs: Ordered original and it lacked a ton of flavor. It was ok but I was pretty disappointed. Black Milk Tea: This is the worst of the 4 items i ordered. Usually this is just ok from quicklys. Even when milk tea is just ok I still manage to finish a cup. This drink however...was SUPER DISGUSTING. I literally took 2 sips and threw the whole cup away. I never ever throw drinks away like this but this was terrible. Please whatever you do DONT ORDER THIS. You would think all quicklys were the same but a trip to this location has proved me extremely wrong. As I walked up to order, a high school student came up and said to the employee that their drink didn't have boba when that's what he orderded and the employee didn't do anything about it. The student said it was fine but in reality he lost $.50 or so. Either way it doesn't matter how much the boba was, the service is terrible. Loved this place when I lived right by it but phew... Stopped by for the nostalgia while I was in the area. Usually the spam musubi is excellent in a perfect snack- sweet, salty and the perfect amount of spice. When I got my order today i noticed the sauce was red, like bright red instead of the normal yellow orange. It was delicious but for some reason a spice had been added that made it basically too spicy to even eat. It was inedible and I had to toss it in the trash because after one bite I could feel heartburn coming on. Leaving this review to ask to tone it down on the spice on the musubi please. Went to get boba @12 just to be told that they don't start selling boba until 1pm. That's completely ridiculous. They open at 11am, it doesn't take 2 hrs to cook boba. I know because I worked at multiple boba shops. It takes around 45 min to an hour. All boba shops should have boba right when they open. It's a BOBA SHOP how do you run out or not serve boba at a specific time, ridiculous. Also it was really hot when I went in there. And on top of that there was only 1 person working. There was a long line with only one girl for the front AND back. That poor girl! Management here is trash. Definitely not coming back. read more

The Rohnert park location is run by teenagers with no adult supervision. They take orders, collect the money, then give only half of the order. They throw away receipts and then act like they dont know who took the order, say they misunderstood the order, or it wasn't me who took the order....bottom line, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Didn't fulfill the order, even with a witness present, then banned my daughter from coming back for rest of day !!! Who is in charge of this location ? If I could give this place a zero star I would. Terrible place to come . Don't understand how this a place where you can get food and every time I come the kitchen is closed. You guys should specifically only sell drinks if that's all you can really do. The workers here have terrible customer service as well. They always seem to be on their phones and not fully paying attention to customers orders . Then getting them wrong . The owners shouldn't be proud of the reputation this location has . The Santa Rosa one is way better . If both quickys are owned by the same person, that owner should come fix this locations up. I see why it's always dead here . Got the tai tea snow and the Reese's milkshake and the milkshake tasted like watered down milk with chunks in it, disappointing.

This Quickly's used to be great. But the past few visits have been terrible. There's all new staff which may explain the inconsistency of the drinks. My usual is the guava green tea with boba. Some days it's watered down with no taste and other days it so sweet it hurts my teeth. Today was so syrupy sweet that I've decided I'm no longer wasting money here. We ordered the popcorn chicken and fries. It took over 20 minutes for them to be ready. The portion have gotten very small. The main reason why I'm not returning is because of the atmosphere. While waiting for our food, my children and I were appalled at the behaviors of the other costumers who were mainly junior high or high school students. Every other word was a swear word, there was shoving, pushing, and just a general lack of respect for other customers. There were about 15 kids in there and I only saw 1 kid go up and order something. Two kids got free waters. The others sat or loitered about. Besides myself, there were 2 other adults in the place. I was afraid a fight would break out! Meanwhile outside you can see kids puffing away on their vap pens. The music in the place was also filled with swear words and overall inappropriate if you have younger kids with you. One kid spilled his drink and the staff left it on the floor. Not very sanitary or safe. If you have young kids or want good boba tea and a safer environment , skip this place and make the drive to Santa Rosa where there is another Quickly's, a Tea4, and a Sharetea. read more

This terrible service girl in the hollister shirt needs an attitude fix or to get fired. I will not be returning due to this horrendous customer service. Not only was she quiet rude, but even the the environment could use some work. Quickly needs to do a better job at preparing their workers to interact with their customers.
