I was out for a walk with a friend when she introduced me to this place! I had no idea it was here but it is in such a cute area near foundry wharf. I love wellness shots so I was immediately excited to go in. The person working was very sweet and helpful when I picked out my shot! The menu is pretty extensive. I got the kicker, which was definitely very strong but I loved it. I personally love ginger, and it was a pretty ginger heavy flavor which I thoroughly enjoyed. Juice House has always been my go to spot when I want to pick up something fresh and tasty to drink and share with my colleagues. I stopped in last Friday and Jessica greeted me with a warm welcome. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I've always only tried their juices, but this time I was intrigued by their homemade nut milk mixed with their cold brew. Jessica poured them together right in front of me and encouraged me to taste test them to make sure the final concoction tasted just to my liking. We ended up adding a touch of agave at the end to make it taste just right for me. Also, one of the juices I ordered had a half off option that Jessica informed me of - the sell by date was that day so as long as I was planning on drinking it that day I was able to save a little $. I ordered the Tumeric Tonic Shot (spicy but delicious!) and the Ginger Up (sweet at first then the slight ginger burn after) the location has a great ambiance, the employee was super helpful with all my questions. Our first time at Juice House, the kiddos and I were warmly welcomed and offered samples until we found our perfect match. The littles settled on the squeeze of the day, some delicious orange-pineapple-ginger magic of some sort....the collegebound selected his own, and I, never having been a fan of kombucha, was completely taken by surprise when I fell for their AMAZING pomegranate version and had to have my own to take home. Threw back a shot of green (moringa and ? I don't remember, but it was bright and fresh as can be). I was surprised to find this juice bar has been in town for a few years, now...WHAAAAT?!! I've been missing out on all this local, fresh, organic goodness for THAT LONG? Such a shame. I was really disappointed with this place, I wanted to love it since there aren't many healthy juice options in the area. The store had such a shocking smell of sewage or wet mold. And as I looked around more and more, it was incredibly dirty. I saw a trail of ants on the side of the wall. Not only were they just about sold out of every option, the juice flavors I did try tasted old and sour. I live 45 minutes away- have never been to this place before. I wanted to be sure they had what I wanted before driving there so I called in the morning to place my order by phone. They said I couldn't do that and had to order online . I did so through DoorDash for pickup because it was unclear how to order on their website. When I called to find out if my order was ready they said they didn't receive an order from DoorDash eventhough I had my confirmation . After several calls to the Juice Co they found my order. When I went to pick up my large $115 order I asked for the freshest juice. They refused to give me 2 bottles of juice with the freshest date that they had in stock . They said I needed to take two juices that will expire 2 days from now because they are a small company and they wouldn't be in business if they sold the freshest juice when they had older ones in the refrigerator ! Well they lost a good customer ! Had they given those 2 freshest juices to me I would return weekly for a $100 order! Their loss- poor judgment on the manager!!! read more

Finally got to try this second location! Being from Benicia I already know what it is. I'm all about that Juice life. Yesterday, I had a craving for a Ginger Up(On a diet where I'm basically limited to water and drinks like this..) but I was in Healdsburg. By the time I got back home, Juice House in Benicia would be closed. Luckily...there's a second location in Petaluma! We went here and it was very similar to the Benicia location. Very similar aesthetic. Clean and with a friendly person at the counter as usual. I told the girl their that we were from Benicia and she mentioned that's where they get their shipments. I believed her. Because when I took that first sip of Ginger Up when I got back to the car, a rush of Ginger, Apples and Cayenne shook my soul. My body felt sooooo rejuvenated. It was just what I needed. To all the Petalumans(Do you guys even do that? No..? Maybe it's just a Benicia thing...), I really do hope you are giving Juice House your business. Delicious juice, and I love the program for recycling bottles. Have visited both Benicia and Petaluma locations. I found the staff in Benicia to be more helpful in terms of matching me with juices based on my health needs. Staff is friendly in Petaluma but not as versed in the products. Parking can be tricky depending on time of day. There's no room in the shop or nearby to enjoy your juice so plan on enjoying it on the go. read more

So I went with my wife to try some healthy juice, I wasn't overly excited about going, I figured it would just be healthy and that would be that, But to my surprise there juice is awesome. I had a golden milk that was made with I believe cashews, it was great filled me up and we also tried a couple more, my wife got a strawberry with almond milk which was also amazing. I have tried so hard to like this place. As a nutritionist and resident of Petaluma, I really want to and I was very excited when they opened. But this place is the among the worst-run businesses I've encountered. At least 50% of the time they are out of half of their items. The quality of the items is remarkably inconsistent. And they don't seem to care at all that someone who spends at times hundreds of dollars there week can rarely get what they want. They really could not be any less concerned about that. Absolutely horrible customer relations. I will never spend money there again and I highly recommend that you don't- unless you like being overcharged for outrageously inconsistent products. Also, as a nutritionist I am horrified that they put agave in products and sell them as healthy. Agave might as well be corn syrup. Buyer beware. And honestly, just buy a juicer. read more

I recently went to the Juice House and ordered a drink called The Kicker. This drink was very intense, extremely spicy, but also very good and left me feeling great afterward. I have not had any other of their drinks, but judging by the drink that I got, they must be pretty good. I do wish that they would have better outdoor seating. I love Juice House. Fresh, delicious, and eco friendly in glass bottles that you can bring back in for 50 cents off per bottle. I am mainly writing this review because I purchased the Strawberry Mylk, a flavor I had never tried before, and something seemed odd about the flavor. At first, I thought maybe this is just the way it's supposed to taste, but after further review I concluded that it was not good to drink. I felt bummed that I spent 12$ on a drink that wasn't up to their usual standards. So I decided to give them a call and see what could be done. I spoke with Ava who was very helpful, apologetic, and kind. She fixed the issue and offered me a replacement drink. It's understandable that every once in awhile, a drink isn't right, nobody (even a business) is perfect! I felt really appreciated as a customer when they offered to replace it. I wanted to share my experience because I was happily surprised to be met with understanding and a solution. Juice House is always delicious, and if for some reason it isn't, they won't hesitate to make it right with their customers! Too notch service. My favorites, btw, are the Golden Mylk, Clouded Lotus, and Almond Tempest. I'd have to say it's some of the best nut mylk that I've had, and definitely the best in Petaluma.
