Recently visited and wow!!! I was reminded how much I loved coming here so I came back the next day! When I came at 4pm on Saturday, there were 2 people ahead of me. One waiting for their food items. When I came on Sunday at 2pm, there were 3 people waiting for their orders. Both times, I ordered my regular watermelon slush with boba and lychee jelly. It was as delicious as always! An order of Taiwanese nuggets and an order of fried fish cake. It was ready for me in about 5 minutes and it was the perfect snack for the day!!! So so good! I'm excited that they are still open amidst the many competitors in the area and during the pandemic! They have a glass shield over the payment/ordering area and restrict consumers from entering their dining area. Employees wore masks and gloves. I'm hopeful that they can withstand everything and remain open with all of their delicious snacks and drinks! Their drinks are $2.99, $3.99, and $4.99 respectively and there's a $8 card minimum! The ATM is no longer provided.

This is just a nice quiet place to be at if you want a quick snack. The food and drinks are not pricey at all but they also aren't amazing. It's filling not bad though so I would come here whenever I'm feeling something. They do not skimp out on food which is very nice.

I've been wanting to try Quickly for a while now and I finally got the opportunity! I went to try their nuggets which tasted pretty good. You get a large serving for a good price (about $5-$6). I also tried their milk tea and taro tea. Their milk tea tasted very good, but the boba needed to cook longer. The taro flavored tea was very sweet, I could barely finish it. Other than that, the service was good and I'd definitely return to try their other tea flavors!

Quality definitely has changed since we started visiting there. The Taiwanese Chicken Nuggets I from there yesterday were on the small side. The pieces looked more like tiny little fried scraps than actual bite-sized chicken nuggets. I was a little disappointed.

I came here a little after 3 pm yesterday (Tuesday). Parking was so easy to get in the free parking lot at that time during the week. The dining area is blocked off, and they've left the entrance area wide open so people waiting in line to order and waiting for their food can social distance. The menu is on the wall to the right next to the door as you come in. The counter where you place your order has a clear plexiglass barrier to help keep the employees healthy. I hadn't been to Quickly for months, and so I came here for a snack of the Taiwan chicken nuggets and a coconut milk boba tea. The employee who took my order did everything in a quick manner (rather Quickly, I should say), and used one word questions. I ordered the nuggets and then ordered the coconut ... but the employee cut me off by quickly saying, "Spicy?" This threw me off because I didn't know the boba tea was made spicy, so I just looked at her with a puzzled look on my face. "Nuggets. Spicy?" "Uh ... ok, sure." "Tea?" "Yes, I'd like a coconut milk tea with boba." "Size?" "What?" She gestured to the examples of the three different sizes of drinks that are sold here. I looked at the menu, and the menu listed only three sizes: small, large and extra large. I was just thinking to myself - What happened to medium? The employee brought me out of my thoughts when she asked, "Size?" "Uh ... the small is good." While I stood in the waiting area, other customers came in to place their orders. My wait was about 15 minutes, and I took it out to my car to eat. I had forgotten how acually big the bag of nuggets is. In my mind's memory, the bag was small when I was sharing the nuggets with someone else. But, in reality, eating all the nuggets in one sitting just wasn't going to happen. The chicken nuggets tasted like they were dark meat, which is fine with me. They were just slightly battered, not excessively greasy like most other fast food chicken nuggets. These nuggets are in no way uniform in size. The spiciness came in the form of a powdered topping, which added a mild spiciness. I'd much rather eat these than the Mickey D nuggets. The Quickly nuggets offer a slightly salty chewiness, and you can tell by looking at them after biting into one that they are truly real chunks of meat. I loved my coconut boba milk tea. It had just the right amount of sweetness, and definitely had a strong coconut taste, just the way I like it. The boba here was chewy, but in a good way, and I couldn't tell if there was a flavor to them. Don't expect gourmet food and drinks here, but I think you get really good items for the prices that they have.

Let me Quickly review this place and then move on to something else. I like this Quickly although it has nothing - and I mean absolutely nothing - on my fave location up in Cary North Carolina which is absolutely spectacular and superior in terms of product and service. But the service here is very nice and even though there are few issues, the products are pretty good - and better than a lot of the Atlanta selection which is generally not a very high standard.

Quickly is tucked in a small plaza and shares limited parking spaces w/ 10+ stores and restaurants. Used to accept cash only, now has an $8 min for credit card charge. There's also an ATM inside for your convenience. Inside, there are several rows of couches and tables. This location's furniture is run down and worn out. Would I hangout here? Nah. I usually order take out. Things I order here: *Honeydew Milk Tea: Do you love Melona ice cream? Well, this is melona in the form of bubble tea. That's was the tagline used to convince me to try this drink at first. And I've always ordered this drink at Quickly ever since. *Taiwanese Chicken Nuggets: Made fresh and hot. The last two times I ordered regular chicken nuggets, they were kind of spicy and salty. Not sure if this is the new regular non-spicy order. But it's still really good. I would pick Quickly's over Sweet Hut's chicken nuggets because the portion is larger and it's cheaper. Unless you dig the fried basil included in Sweet Hut's version, everything else is the same. Service is OK. I don't have much interaction with the staff. Drinks are not made with fresh fruit or anything, actually, they're made with powder. But they taste good. It's definitely a quick place to satisfy bubble tea cravings.

I definitely enjoyed trying a new boba place. I got the Almond Milk Boba Tea. This was definitely a lot different from the normal boba I typically get. They also serve food. Next time I will definitely be ordering a different boba tea and food.

I always have a great experience at Quickly! It's a must when I'm near Atlanta. I also like to order the spicy nuggets and tofu!

Layered milk tea - includes boba, pudding (egg custard), and jelly.

OYeah! Cookies is a new, small, local cookie business based in Atlanta. They launched this past…read moreJanuary 2021. So far, they've done one pop-up. It happened this past Sunday at Tan-Cha on Buford Highway. OYeah! has a site set up with online ordering for cookie shipments (to Georgia addresses only right now) and local pickups outside Shoya Izakaya in the H Mart Doraville shopping plaza (Peachtree Pavilion) every Sunday, 12-1pm. I tried these cookies for the first time this week and was really impressed. At the time of writing this review, OYeah! offers four flavors of butter cookies - Matchy Matcha, Java Coffee, Choco Chocolate, and Original Airy - along with two "specialty" cookies - Cocoa Chewy Brownie and Crunchy Cranberry. The butter cookies are based on the popular butter cookies in Hong Kong. The owners of the business are from Hong Kong, but have called Atlanta home for several years now. Three of the owners graduated from Georgia Tech and the other, from UGA. OYeah! Cookies was inspired by the Hong Kong bakeries Cherikoff and the more popular Jenny Bakery. Jenny Bakery's butter cookies were so popular that at one point, there was a black market for them: https://www.cnn.com/2015/04/06/asia/food-frenzy/index.html. It reminds me of the Cronut in 2013 and when Krispy Kreme first opened in Bangkok, Thailand -- customers would flip doughnuts for a profit outside to people who didn't want to wait in line. You can now get the Hong Kong butter cookie in Atlanta thanks to OYeah! I tried all of OYeah! Cookies' cookies and flavors except for the Matchy Matcha. I enjoyed every one of them. The butter cookies melted in my mouth. If you've ever had the Danish butter cookies that come in the blue tins (Royal Dansk), these are similar except more delicate, airy, and creamier. They're dangerous too. I can keep popping them into my mouth, one after the other, with no end in sight. Truly delectable. Among the butter cookie flavors, I liked the Original Airy the best. Keep in mind when it comes to sweets, I often prefer the plain, original, and vanilla flavors. The Java Coffee butter cookie had a sweet and creamy coffee flavor, like coffee ice cream. In terms of texture differences, I noticed the Original Airy was very crumbly and fragile while the Choco Chocolate was relatively dry. The Java Coffee had the best balance texturally. Both of the specialty cookies were outstanding. The Cocoa Chewy Brownie Cookie was like eating a fresh, soft chocolate cookie infused with moist, sticky brownie. The consistency of the cookie was pretty much perfect. As for the Crunchy Cranberry Cookie, wow. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would because I'm not always a fan of berries in things. The dried cranberries in these cookies tasted almost like candy. Sweet, chewy, and not too tart, which I appreciated. These are small-batch cookies currently made in Brookhaven. Regardless if you have your cookies shipped or your pick them up in person, the prices are the same (at the time of writing this review). Butter cookies are sold by the dozen for $11.99 per dozen. Same with the Crunchy Cranberry Cookies. They work out to about $1 per cookie. The Cocoa Chewy Brownie Cookies are more expensive at $17.99 for six (about $3 per cookie). As far as sizing, the cookies are not big. They're not like the large cookies you might grab when checking out at an American fast-casual chain. These are smaller, homemade cookies. I measured the butter cookies at about 1.50 inches in diameter (round shape), the Crunchy Cranberry Cookies at about 2 inches (square shape), and the Cocoa Chewy Brownie Cookies at anywhere from about 3.25 to 3.75 inches (circle/oval shape). None of the cookies were terribly thick, but they weren't thin either. They were modestly-sized. As far as shelf life, I was told the butter and cranberry cookies are good for up to two weeks when stored in an airtight container. If they become slightly soft, putting them in the oven for a few minutes should crisp them back up. The brownie cookies will last a week in an airtight container. OYeah! Cookies is just getting started and I look forward to seeing how they grow. They seem to be on the right track with their branding, marketing, and ordering platform, especially for such a small outfit. For more info and to order cookies, visit their Linktree at https://linktr.ee/oyeahcookies. Also, take a look at their Instagram page to see their goings-on including potential future pop-ups, discounts, and giveaways: https://www.instagram.com/oyeahcookies/. I thought it was neat how they had suggested cookie and drink pairings at their pop-up at Tan-Cha. Finally, I think these cookies are a great gift idea. And you're supporting local by ordering from these guys.
