The employee that helped me the first day seemed over working retail. The next day I used the self-serve copy machines and to use those you need to pay with card. The machine says they charge you $5 then give it back. So at the end they only charge you the amount of copies you take. I thought the initial $5 charge was weird. Overall, good experience. If you don't want to deal with any employees, the self-serve machines are the way to go.

Do they not get basic printer fixing training? Are they paid to just be running the registers? Mind you, there was no customers in line, there were 2-3 around the register just chatting away and get told to just send it thru online. It's no wonder Office Depot is losing business. They took down the name of the weird European chair I wanted, tracked down the US dealer, and got a floor sample to their store for me to try in just a few days. I sat in it, loved it, and bought it through them. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and not pushy at all. They were really patient and helpful with helping me pick and price out all the custom options for the chair, and had physical swatch samples of the upholstery options. And the price was great. We wish we knew about this place when my husband bought his Herman Miller chair, and now we know we will come back for any future home office furniture!

Finding the business was very easy on Foothill Blvd. The shopping plaza has plenty of parking spaces so no hassles there. When I walked in the owner was quick to approach me to ask what I was looking for. I had visited other office supplies stores with useless employees that had no knowledge of ink supplies. I explain to them exactly what I needed and the owner was able to find it very quickly with easy. I promise you they can help find any ink cartridge that you would require for any type of small or big office printer. They are also very knowledgeable about printers and what is the best bet to purchase.
