When we called in to ask if the item had been shipped, they notified us that it was backordered and not in stock and they would ship it out on Thursday (set to arrive to us by Friday). The item never arrived on Friday and they made no effort to notify us and claimed that it was still backordered when we called in. We made multiple calls and allowed them time and options to resolve this for us and their response was "what do you want me to do". This company is dishonest and completely unprofessional. It's not acceptable to list something as in-stock when you clearly know it's not in stock (it looks like they order these parts when they receive an order for it and don't actually keep stock).

He was incredibly helpful, sincere, and earnest. I knew NOTHING about purchasing cubicles, but he did his best to try to save us money by suggesting where we could avoid extra tiles, or where we could replace metal with cloth. The price wasn't hidden at all, and the invoices very clear. From the first step, Crest did it all for us! They came, measured our space, and helped suggest to us what could be done. After the product was delivered, they set it up and were very careful. Basically, the customer service was amazing, and products are wonderful. Our electrician, another contractor that we hired that was not related to Crest, told us as he wired our cubicles, that they were the most well built, sturdy cubicles. I can't say enough good things about Crest. I'm used to shady salesman, and this was a welcome relief.

They charged me $45 to look at it. When I got it back, they charged $95 for labor. What did they do? They ordered new ink, and wiped down the inside. Overall I paid $130+ for him to buy new ink, wipe down the back, and put it in. An honest local, repair business (I had one nearby when I lived in Woodland Hills), wouldn't bilk you for every penny. They'd tell you what the problem was, and do the right thing when charging for the actual labor/effort so that you'd want to go back. This business did the exact opposite. They also promised me an invoice which was never presented to me or sent to me. They knew exactly what they were doing, which is why it felt so awkward when I went to pick it up. I know times are tough. And they were never rude to me. But this is no way to run a business. I live nearby but I will never do business with them. I am a teacher, who immediately got an office job for the summer, lacking in time and money (operating hours are tough here too) and they were laughing their way to the bank with me. Literally. The guy laughed on the phone when I told him I'd come in to pick it up. They kept suggesting "send the old ink back" as if to suggest this could offset the EXTREMELY HIGH LABOR COSTS they were charging me. Again, not a way to treat customers (nor could I sent it back, it's literally open ink cartridges from weeks ago). Very dishonest. DO NOT go here.

Shortly after I got my HP laptop, one day, the battery died before I could plug it back in. Once I…read moredid plug it in, it was dead. D - E - A - D, dead; not a single light would come on. Terrified that I had somehow caused permanent damage to my shiny new laptop, I desperately looked for a repair place near my office. These guys were close by and said they'd take a look at it while I waited, so I ran over there on my lunch break. When I explained the problem, the guy said he was pretty sure he knew what happened and proceeded to not only fix it, but fix it right in front of me, explaining what he was doing, so I could do it myself if the same thing happened again. I was there for about 10 minutes total, but I happily wrote a check for $50, knowing that was the ONLY time I'd have to do it. Since then, I have not only used the fix he taught me MULTIPLE times on my own laptop, I even taught a couple of my friends the same trick, saving them a trip to the repair shop.
