The minute we walked in Tamia was straight on point. Her suggestions were outright amazing and so we did something we don't do very often, we went with her ideas and they worked out amazing to say the least. Mirta & Jose are awesome as well. All the materials used are top shelf with so many options to choose from. The quality of workmanship is second to non. Just visit their website and look for yourselves. The selection is endless. We will post pictures of their work in the near future. We are in the process of moving and all 5 pieces are wrapped and ready to ship. So what are you waiting for? Get over there NOW!

I'd strongly caution anyone thinking about bringing valuable textiles or heirlooms to this place…read more In 2018 I brought in a 100% silk Persian wall hanging rug to be framed. It was a gift sent to me from abroad and isn't replaceable in the US, worth several thousand dollars. I told the owner directly that it was valuable and asked him not to alter anything about it. A few weeks ago I took the rug out of the frame for the first time since 2018, and found that the fringes on one side had been completely cut off. There were also damages to the fringes on the other side. He never told me this happened. The damage had been tucked under the frame's edge, so there was no way to know until I actually took it out. I've called the business several times with no answer, and left a message through their online portal that was never returned either. At this point I'm filing formal complaints and reporting the business for the monetary damage and for hiding the alteration of my property. If you have something valuable or sentimental you can't afford to risk, take it somewhere else.

Are you looking for a cheap framing job that costs cheap and LOOKS cheap? Then Hang Steady isn't…read morethe place to go. But if you're looking for a framing job where you walk out and you're literally STUNNED by the beauty of the framing job and you NEVER thought anything could look this good...then this is the place for you. Yes, Andria and Andrew's expertise don't come cheap. But you wouldn't go to a museum and go, "Yeah, this Fabergé egg...I could buy plastic eggs for $5, so why can't this Fabergé egg also cost five dollars???" Hahaha I feel the same way with Andria and Andrew's work. There's a part of my brain that gets a tad bit shocked whenever I pay for the job...but by the time I pick up the artwork, my brain is CRYING over just how BEAUTIFUL the framing ended up looking. The cheap Asian in my brain always initially grumbles at me about the price and how I could find a framing job that's probably 60% cheaper somewhere...but then I look around my home and you can IMMEDIATELY spot which pieces have been framed by Hang Steady and which pieces haven't, simply because their quality of work is just SOOOO different and on a COMPLETELY different level of blow-your-socks-off amazingness. And then you happily smile to yourself and you remember that artwork that means something to you is going to be hung and displayed for yeeeaarrss and therefore, this definitely IS something that you're willing to put money into, because it's something that you're investing several years of display to anyone who comes to your place. People invest hundreds of dollars into finding the right bed frame and headboard for their bed because they want something beautiful to look at every night when getting into bed. In the same way, a picture's frame is what draws people's eyes to what's inside it and your can spot within SECONDS whether the picture frame is either crap-quality frame or mid-quality frame or high-quality frame. Are you paying a ton more money than the random framing shop that churns out low-quality frames? Yes, you are. But it's SOOOOO worth it!!! And not only that, but Andria and Andrew are THE kindest, most sweetest, and most patient and most professional people out there! I walked in today without an appointment to pick up some framing jobs that I had done, and there was already a customer waiting in front of me. Andrew was on the phone with a client and he didn't try to rush the client off the phone and he was always so professional and patient and cheerful with the client, that you couldn't help but know that both Andria and Andrew treat each client with sooooo much respect. Even when picking out a frame, they don't try to rush the job or try to impose their thoughts and opinion. They take their time to try to find out the customer's thoughts and they make recommendations, where they put up multiple frame options and multiple mat options to use around your photo, underneath the frame, and you get to see up close how everything will look before deciding what to order. This isn't one of those framing places where you drop off your things and you're out within 5 to 10 minutes. Each time I've dropped off a piece to them, whether it's just 1 piece or 5 pieces, I've stayed there for at LEAST 30 minutes, because we get deeeeeeepp into the discussion of how it's going to be displayed, where it's going to be displayed, what frame color matches the picture, what frame material matches the picture, etc. Every recommendation they've ever made...I've ALWAYS come to absolutely LOVE their advice and their work and their results. I've been to other frame places in my life; in those places, when they're done, you just pick up your newly framed items and walk out with them. For Andria and Andrew, they treat each frame with the utmost respect and care; I've had completed frames by them entirely wrapped up in multiple layers of plastic wrap, so the frame doesn't get damaged in transport. And I've had jobs by them where I've asked multiple items to be framed, and each one came in its own specialized box afterwards so it wouldn't be damaged in transport. Honestly, you can't find this level of care and respect in most places! If you want the best of the best of framing jobs, come to Hang Steady! I promise you that you'll not only be absolutely amazed at the quality of work but also their absolutely sweetness and their amazing personality!
