But, because their system glitched and wouldn't provide a printed receipt, they wouldn't let me take what I paid for twice. I asked for the transactions to be cancelled and "Conrado Gorospe" who identified himself as the "Manager" several times said the charges would fall off automatically but they still tied up my credit. When I asked "Conrado" if he was the store manager, he repeated told me "Yes" only to find out he is the "Assistant Store Manager". I found two of the products at the local competitor whose name rhymes with Maples at a substantial discount and they didn't have an issue with their check-out registers. Maples is it moving forward.

I asked Canoteck for a third opinion on an old Xerox printer I had that would not start. The…read moreprinter always gave me the same error message. Based on the error message, two other printer repair shops told me that I it wasn't worth it to repair the printer. Canoteck told me the error could be one of several different problems and that I should bring the printer in to have it inspected (for $50). I brought it in and had them inspect it. Sure enough, they came up with the same diagnosis the other two repair shops had, and told me repairs would cost at least $400. About the cost of a new printer. There probably never was a cost-effective way to repair it. The inspection was probably a dead end from the outset. It's likely Canoteck knew this in the first place. I brought this up several times. I asked if they could reduce the inspection fee. They refused. I went in knowing my odds weren't good, but hoping that they might have some special knowledge or technique they could use to do a cost-effective repair. They didn't. It seems likely that they had me bring it in just to charge me the inspection fee. When I pointed out that there was really no positive outcome for me or the printer, they insisted on collecting the whole fee anyway. I went ahead and paid, but I think they were not acting as honest brokers. If I could have looked up the Xerox error codes myself and known the cost of the repairs indicated, I wouldn't have brought it in. I don't recommend taking your printer in for repairs at Canoteck.

My printer was in perfect working condition except for a paper jam that I could not clean out. The…read moretechnician came out to my location and fixed the jam. I was very happy. Then he started to tell me I had many problems with the printer and I would need to replace the Paper Size Sensor Board, Bypass Roller, Bypass Separation Pad, and Fuser Unit Original. Adding up to $300.00. Since the printer worked perfectly before the paper jam I began to suspect a scam. I asked for a quote on the replacement parts. The next day the printer started to act up. When I opened the top Toner Door I found it broken. When I called Nora to report the broken toner she told me that the Technician said the Toner Door was broken when he got there. Clearly he lied. I would think that if indeed my Toner Door was broken he would have asked me if I wanted it repaired too. My perfect printer is now a piece of junk heading to the recycle center.

He was incredibly helpful, sincere, and earnest. I knew NOTHING about purchasing cubicles, but he did his best to try to save us money by suggesting where we could avoid extra tiles, or where we could replace metal with cloth. The price wasn't hidden at all, and the invoices very clear. From the first step, Crest did it all for us! They came, measured our space, and helped suggest to us what could be done. After the product was delivered, they set it up and were very careful. Basically, the customer service was amazing, and products are wonderful. Our electrician, another contractor that we hired that was not related to Crest, told us as he wired our cubicles, that they were the most well built, sturdy cubicles. I can't say enough good things about Crest. I'm used to shady salesman, and this was a welcome relief.

The item never arrived on Friday and they made no effort to notify us and claimed that it was still backordered when we called in. We made multiple calls and allowed them time and options to resolve this for us and their response was "what do you want me to do". This company is dishonest and completely unprofessional. It's not acceptable to list something as in-stock when you clearly know it's not in stock (it looks like they order these parts when they receive an order for it and don't actually keep stock).
