But, because their system glitched and wouldn't provide a printed receipt, they wouldn't let me take what I paid for twice. I asked for the transactions to be cancelled and "Conrado Gorospe" who identified himself as the "Manager" several times said the charges would fall off automatically but they still tied up my credit. When I asked "Conrado" if he was the store manager, he repeated told me "Yes" only to find out he is the "Assistant Store Manager". I found two of the products at the local competitor whose name rhymes with Maples at a substantial discount and they didn't have an issue with their check-out registers. Maples is it moving forward.

So, after some research I discovered Staples offers the same service and it's open. Great! What wasn't great is that I have to wait an hour for 3 pages. Regular 8x11 paper prints and I had no choice.
