I waited for a good 15 minutes until it was my turn and it was not packed but service was slow. Parking lot is pretty big, but can get busy during peak hours. Staples is known best to carry many office/school supplies however, some items can be pricey such as markers/"sharpies" but if in need, they most likely carry it. 3/5 visit experience for me overall

The first few days I came in, I spent hours in the store trying to get everything right. I knew I had a large order, so I was patient and allowed the staff to help other customers in between assisting me. I was there for nearly three hours at one point while Hannah and Samantha worked back and forth. Despite all that time and effort, my invitations were still printed incorrectly. I tried to stay kind and understanding throughout the entire process, but it honestly feels like that worked against me. At one point, when I called back about a small fix that needed to be made, Hannah told me she wouldn't do it and that I would have to wait an entire week for Samantha to return from PTO. I then asked to speak with a manager. It took multiple calls and long hold times just to finally get in touch with John. Unfortunately, he offered no real solution. I was told there was no compensation or accommodation that could be provided for everything I had experienced. The only thing offered was to give me the rest of the invitations I had already paid for, which doesn't address the time, stress, and delay this caused. I really tried to be patient and respectful throughout this process, but in the end, my patience and kindness ultimately led to my order being mishandled and delayed. For something as important and time sensitive as wedding invitations, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. My cabinets were walnut. We called and spoke to Leon the Owner, who said we said Number 1 the damaged table was the Cherrywood color and what we ordered, it wasn't! The Table is Beautiful but not Walnut. We kept it because Leon said it was the best he could do. I recommend not Ever Buying anything that needs to be ordered and made. They are very ignorant when they mess up and it takes forever. We paid $ 4,000 for something that must be covered all the time.

I did tons of research on sofabeds and pull out couches and murphy beds trying to find the best option for something that would look good when it is not being used as a bed but also be a comfortable bed that guests would actually want to sleep on. This search led me to Innovation Living, but it felt crazy to spend that much money on a couch without being able to see it in person or lie down on it to see if it's actually that comfortable. I was happy to find that Lacontempo has a showroom in LA, and headed over there one afternoon. The showroom was much smaller than I expected and they only had two Innovation Living sofas on display, but I was able to lie on them and get a sense for which comfort level I needed in a sofa (Innovation Living has many many sofas with different prices and comfort levels). Ersoy was very patient with us, talking us through all the options in the catalog and showing us all the swatches and offering his own suggestions. We left with his card and I went home and did more research and thinking. A week went by and suddenly there were a lot of sales online of Innovation Living sofas, but what I liked about Ersoy and Lacontempo is that it would be delivered and assembled by his guys - vs just dropped off at my house in pieces by UPS. Some stores online offer assembly for an additional cost and I was also able to find a company that would assemble it for me, but that still meant it coming in boxes / many pieces until an assembly person could show up. I emailed Ersoy and he was able to match the price of an online competitor and promise me delivery within two weeks, when I'd be having a guest come and I was hoping to have the couch by. When I followed up a week later he said that he was pretty busy and asked if they could deliver the following week but I reminded him I had a guest coming that weekend and he had the couch delivered and assembled the very next day! Two guys came and assembled the couch and took away all the boxes in under an hour.

They charged me $45 to look at it. When I got it back, they charged $95 for labor. What did they do? They ordered new ink, and wiped down the inside. Overall I paid $130+ for him to buy new ink, wipe down the back, and put it in. An honest local, repair business (I had one nearby when I lived in Woodland Hills), wouldn't bilk you for every penny. They'd tell you what the problem was, and do the right thing when charging for the actual labor/effort so that you'd want to go back. This business did the exact opposite. They also promised me an invoice which was never presented to me or sent to me. They knew exactly what they were doing, which is why it felt so awkward when I went to pick it up. I know times are tough. And they were never rude to me. But this is no way to run a business. I live nearby but I will never do business with them. I am a teacher, who immediately got an office job for the summer, lacking in time and money (operating hours are tough here too) and they were laughing their way to the bank with me. Literally. The guy laughed on the phone when I told him I'd come in to pick it up. They kept suggesting "send the old ink back" as if to suggest this could offset the EXTREMELY HIGH LABOR COSTS they were charging me. Again, not a way to treat customers (nor could I sent it back, it's literally open ink cartridges from weeks ago). Very dishonest. DO NOT go here.
