I understand that saving all the data wasn't possible, but I truly appreciate the effort you put into trying. What impressed me the most was how you resolved the issue of my old verification being tied to my previous phone. Emma, your dedication and professionalism are outstanding. I'll happily recommend your services to anyone who needs tech support, electronic repair. The cost is fair well :) Thank you once again!

WATCH OUT FOR TGE SCAMMERS WORKING JN THIS PLACE…read more Absolutely terrible experience. This place is a complete scam. I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair and was told it would take only one hour. When I came back after an hour, the shop was closed, the technician was nowhere to be found, and no one was answering the phone -- all of this at 2 PM in the middle of the day. Completely unprofessional. I had to come back the next day just to get my phone, and then I was charged $185, which is ridiculously expensive for a basic screen repair. To make things worse, the repair wasn't even done properly -- the left side of my screen still doesn't work at all. It gets worse. The day after I got my phone back, my bank contacted me about suspicious activity. When I checked my phone, I was logged out of my Instagram and had received around 100 emails about password changes from different apps. I had zero issues like this before bringing my phone here. Not only did they fail to fix my phone, but it also seems like my personal information may have been compromised. This is beyond unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had an accident where I stepped on my legion go s screen and it shattered. I didn't expect it to break the entire screen, but only crack a portion of the screen. The fragility of the screen is significantly worse than I thought. I talked with several other tech repair shops and either they did not answer my request for a quote, took way too long to answer or gave a response that they could do nothing about handheld repairs, some gave bad replies. He was the best of 8 different tech repair shops I have encountered and not only the best, it was a landslide better than the competition. The only real issue I had was a very high price premium to fix my device. It was about half of what the actual device cost. Of course I got it on sale for about 700$. The service, labor and total cost to repair was $335. So, almost half of what I paid for the device at Best Buy. I learned not to place this fragile handheld on the ground to prevent it from getting damaged again. Overall satisfied with the outcome and Dory did fix it. Personality was good and time to fix was roughly 2 hours. Parking lot structure is terrible, not enough space and many other places nearby. There are other parking structures as well but it may get towed or even scratched due to compact spaces. Also a little unsafe as there are some loitering. Overall, It's good but not the greatest in terms of value but Dory been doing this for many years roughly 15 as I recall.

I noticed this happened to someone else on a review, and it has happened to others who have posted online in forums. Short of opening the TV up, I tried everything I could from the forums and YouTube and with Samsung customer service, but I didn't have any luck fixing the TV myself. On Google Maps, Val's was pretty close to our place, so I called him up and asked about house calls and diagnostic fees. He quoted us a really great price for a diagnostic fee, especially for a home visit, and he was able to fit us in within a few days, so I figured it was worth paying (well under $50!) to find out whether the TV was worth fixing vs. buying a new one, especially without my having to carry a big, heavy plasma TV somewhere. Val arrived on time, was super nice, and was extra kind to my daughter, who was a little interested in watching him work. Long story short, several things could've been wrong with it, so he took apart the TV and took out some of the circuit boards to take back to his shop to test. (Then he put the TV back together, of course, without the boards, before he left, so we wouldn't have a mess.) Within a few days, he was able to tell me those boards were fine, and he would stop by and replace them and get one last board to test. This was the most expensive board, and I think that's why he hadn't taken it, since I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay for a big repair for my old TV (though I like the plasma's picture better than most modern TVs, price would be a factor). Fortunately, after some research, he discovered he could buy just the piece on the board that was likely faulty instead of replacing the whole board. He quoted us a price, and altogether, including the earlier diagnostic fee, the price to fix it was under $200. When the part came in, he fixed our board and brought it back, and the TV was magically fixed. The price was exactly what he described every time... the diagnostic fee for the first visit, then the price for the part, and then the labor. It's been several weeks, and our TV is still working great. We are very happy to have our TV back and to be able to keep our plasma model. Also, we were very lucky to have a conscientious repair person who was open and fair and did what he said he would do. Troubleshooting is both an art and a science. Repairs may not always work out. But Val's prices were super reasonable, and we got spot-on estimates, great service, and a fixed TV from Val's TV Repair. Thanks so much! We're very happy customers!
