I work at huge business that constantly is in need of copies on a weekly basis. Because of the high volume of customers that walk in to fill out forms, we sometimes run out of the packets. When this happens I immediately call Leo's office to place a rushed order and within an hour the staff at Ecotech has my order of 500 packets with 7 pages each ready in less than 1 hour. Nowhere else can you can find such a dedicated staff to make sure that orders are done in a timely manner. Additionally, I purchased my printer from Eccotech based on Leo's recommendation and is one of the best purchases we have made for our business. We did, however, experience some technical difficulties with our Brother printer when one of our employees messed it up, so while we waited for a tech from Brother to repair it, Leo lent us one of his own office printers while we waited for our printer to be fixed which took a total of 2 weeks. For those 2 weeks, Leo patiently and generously permitted us to use the printer. Such act of kindness and caring is unheard of nowadays!! Every company like Kinkos, Staples, or fed ex will make sure to charge the customer for every single service that they rudely provide.At Ecotech, they will do their outmost best to make the customer is not only happy but extremely satisfied. All I can say is the truth...Anyone who's been around for a few years in business remembers the…read morelate 80's and early 90's when every fly by night boiler room was telemarketing Toner to unsuspecting secretaries and office managers using tricks like, "Buy now and I'll send you this Months Promotional Incentive!", and the person in charge of office supplies would be promised a raft or some other crazy piece of trickery to help swindle. The Toner would be so bad that often times a copier or printer would be lucky to have half its normal life. Well, John has been SO busy taking care of his slowly growing customer base that he didn't have time to "out promote" his competition who's main focus has been growing revenue and not getting a good honest product to their customer. So Johns' Customers have had to call John if they want attention. He has never been one who harrasses and/or harangues his customers for a buck so often times his customers have changed Office Managers enough over the years that the new Managers didn't know about John. I found John a little over a month ago and still havn't done business with him because I thought him too good to be true. He's just recently survived a fight with the big c. (I won't use upper case...I won't give it that much significance.) His wife is an incredible woman...and you know what they say, "Behind every successful woman is a man who has been selling Toner with integrity." Seriously though think about it...When you have a man who has been ethical when no one is looking...CONSISTENTLY FOR 30 YEARS...in a business where bait and switch is the norm and not the exception...Even now the biggest player in Toner WAS BlueDog until they got hit with patent infringement and every one found out why their prices were so low.
