A number of years ago, we purchased some beautiful frames for paintings here. A frame we purchased from another source around 35 years ago had deteriorated with the burled walnut veneer cracking and falling off the frame. Given the difficulty of the repair, not surprising that it took some time, but now the frame again looks like new and is perfect. So I have had a bunch of pictures/ objects that I've been needing to get frame but was putting it off because I didn't know where to go, as I had a specific design look in mind. I went on Yelp and looked for framing galleries that were near me and that were open. It was between going here and one other one but that one was closed on Sundays. First off I would like to say Thank You for being open on Sundays! Second of all Jose, the man who was working today was super helpful and knowledgeable about my options. He was very thorough and didn't try to push me in one direction or another. I feel like this place is very honest and their work looks amazing. I have not picked up my three completed frames yet to tell you how they look but I will be updating when I do! read more

I am ecstatic to have had attended this artist reception at Frame Masters (FM) Fine Art Gallery. I met Stephen Confer. This photographer's actually a well-known Cinematographer & Director by trade. He became interested in telescopic viewing over ten (10) years ago watching a meteor shower about 100-miles away from Los Angeles. Comfer's photographs are taken through a long, drawn out, camera and computer, process utilized by physics and other earth-sky scientists. Every chemical or natural gas has its own color just like a color wheel. The show seems small, however, the labor involved with the whole process is miraculous. The photographs have a relaxing vibrancy. I just browsed the gallery..... However, if anyone would like to purchase a real quantum glimpse, the pictures can be customize sized. I came here with expensive, limited edition, single print art work. I was very clear with my instructions as all the prints needed to be uniform... (they were all 2ft X 2ft) I didn't think this would be a hard job. However, they cut my prints and framed one vertical and the rest horizontal. I am not sure how this was even done because I was very clear that they needed to be the same. I tried contacting the company and they are not being helpful at all. I do not recommend going to this place because they ruined one of a kind art and will not reimburse me or be of any help. I'm not sure what to do at this point because I am now out of thousands of dollars. read more

I felt like an idiot when I walked in here asking to frame a point break poster. The place is elegant with fine art on the walls. But I was treated with respect and given a more than fair price on a huge selection of frames that fit my budget. The owner was so genuine and finished my poster in a couple hours. Found these gentlemen on YELP and tried them. I had frames I wanted to reuse and they were very glad to replace the picture and replace with museum glass. They also framed and matted others. Had a total of 4 pictures done and the price was reasonable for the job. The service was excellent and the time was fast. Great job. read more

Called to see if they could do a very specific job. Explained in detail what this entailed and they assured me they could handle it with ease. Arrived to have two condescending men try to explain to me how things worked and that they could not do what was asked. Perhaps a language barrier or a misunderstanding but that was why I reiterated what was needed. I would also suspect based on their demeanor if I were to actually have any framing done, they would up-sell and be overpriced. Go elsewhere. read more

This is a horrible place to get the custom frame you expect. The end result is a totally different frame then ordered. They take 7 weeks and then never spend time showing the result. Just trying to get you out of their shop. Big mistake to get a frame made at this business. You will end up with something totally different and they will not stand behind their work.
