When I asked if I bring my on box do I have to pay, the answer was...Yes! I left. Went to staples on Sepulveda Blvd, near Costco. Mama Mia, what a difference! Kind associate, not a word about needing to pay a dime, nor buy boxes. Smooth sailing! Mario the guy who helped me made my day. It was worth the long ride to this store. He even helped me get the computer out of my car as it was very heavy. So... Office Depot? I'm surprised they're still in business!

The employees take their time with their tasks which causes long wait times for the customers. There's normally no one to ring people up in the front either. James is always awesome, friendly, and helpful. Leah is fine as long as you don't need help outside of a quick scan but she really doesn't mind making customers wait. I've actually had to step in to help senior customers because Leah isn't willing to. Mind you, I'm just another customer waiting in line. They're very unhappy at this location and you can tell LOL

The first few days I came in, I spent hours in the store trying to get everything right. I knew I had a large order, so I was patient and allowed the staff to help other customers in between assisting me. I was there for nearly three hours at one point while Hannah and Samantha worked back and forth. Despite all that time and effort, my invitations were still printed incorrectly. I tried to stay kind and understanding throughout the entire process, but it honestly feels like that worked against me. At one point, when I called back about a small fix that needed to be made, Hannah told me she wouldn't do it and that I would have to wait an entire week for Samantha to return from PTO. I then asked to speak with a manager. It took multiple calls and long hold times just to finally get in touch with John. Unfortunately, he offered no real solution. I was told there was no compensation or accommodation that could be provided for everything I had experienced. The only thing offered was to give me the rest of the invitations I had already paid for, which doesn't address the time, stress, and delay this caused. I really tried to be patient and respectful throughout this process, but in the end, my patience and kindness ultimately led to my order being mishandled and delayed. For something as important and time sensitive as wedding invitations, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend relying on this location for important printing needs.

Found these guys by searching for someone to come and clean/service our printers at work. They had…read morean introductory deal online... for $99, they'd service 3 printers. It sounded like a good deal to my boss and I, so I took them up on the offer. The technician came the next day and fixed our sorry, dirty, toner-bleeding printers. [A side note to others, please take it from us: you get what you pay for... if you're buying re-manufactured toner cartridges, spend a little more for quality ones.] I'm happy to report they're running just fine now. We liked their attentive service so much that we also ordered our drums and toners from them too, which are of great quality and competitive prices. To sum it up? Good prices and honest service in a service area that can be shady and scummy. Don't hesitate to call on them if your copiers/printers need some TLC.

It was so easy i can't believe i waited in those long lines before today When you enter Office Depot Have a seat by the office printing center and let them know you have an appointment for TSA . The really nice gentleman who helped me made it such a fun experience we laughed all the way through . He's very professional but made a government program a good time .. He'd make an excellent Floor Manager at the DMV . Finger printing was difficult because my hands don't lay flat anymore but we took enough submissions he said they would choose the best . sure enough since I'm not a criminal, i received my TSA number in less than 8 hours ! My appointment was at 2pm yesterday and at 5:23pm i was cleared . My tsa number arrived at 6:23 am today . It's $85 and good for 5 years no more unpacking your crap at TSA check points no more long lines to wait it , customs will be a breeze . I'm so looking forward to my Hawaiian vacation this year
