The employees take their time with their tasks which causes long wait times for the customers. There's normally no one to ring people up in the front either. James is always awesome, friendly, and helpful. Leah is fine as long as you don't need help outside of a quick scan but she really doesn't mind making customers wait. I've actually had to step in to help senior customers because Leah isn't willing to. Mind you, I'm just another customer waiting in line. They're very unhappy at this location and you can tell LOL

It sounded like a good deal to my boss and I, so I took them up on the offer. The technician came the next day and fixed our sorry, dirty, toner-bleeding printers. [A side note to others, please take it from us: you get what you pay for... if you're buying re-manufactured toner cartridges, spend a little more for quality ones.] I'm happy to report they're running just fine now. We liked their attentive service so much that we also ordered our drums and toners from them too, which are of great quality and competitive prices. To sum it up? Good prices and honest service in a service area that can be shady and scummy. Don't hesitate to call on them if your copiers/printers need some TLC.

The really nice gentleman who helped me made it such a fun experience we laughed all the way through . He's very professional but made a government program a good time .. He'd make an excellent Floor Manager at the DMV . Finger printing was difficult because my hands don't lay flat anymore but we took enough submissions he said they would choose the best . sure enough since I'm not a criminal, i received my TSA number in less than 8 hours ! My appointment was at 2pm yesterday and at 5:23pm i was cleared . My tsa number arrived at 6:23 am today . It's $85 and good for 5 years no more unpacking your crap at TSA check points no more long lines to wait it , customs will be a breeze . I'm so looking forward to my Hawaiian vacation this year

Office Depot Store with a useless Self--Serve Kiosk machine that does not function from time to…read moretime. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Mr. Rodney informed me to connect to the "WiFi" of the store which once helped to send the email authorization code for a printout but at times still does not work seamlessly and I have to go request the printout at the computer desk which is terrible and inconvenient. I am satisfied when the email authorization code is sent but when it malfunctions, I find it frustrating and impatient as I checked everywhere, all Trash, Junk, Spam and nowhere is the email authorization code to be found. Whoever is the district manager at this location should look into the problems why the Self Serve Kiosk malfunction and do not send the authorization code. What's the point of having these kiosk machines if we are forced to have them manually printed out? It's just useless and totally INEPT. Today was such a malfunction day, I am at my wits end when these savages will ever fix their broken machines. I'm sick of being told to forgive the situation because it's an "old building" with aging equipment.
