They seem…read moreto have recently upgraded one of their cash registers from the stone ages and it didn't work. In fact, they charged me twice for the same products. But, because their system glitched and wouldn't provide a printed receipt, they wouldn't let me take what I paid for twice. I asked for the transactions to be cancelled and "Conrado Gorospe" who identified himself as the "Manager" several times said the charges would fall off automatically but they still tied up my credit. When I asked "Conrado" if he was the store manager, he repeated told me "Yes" only to find out he is the "Assistant Store Manager". I found two of the products at the local competitor whose name rhymes with Maples at a substantial discount and they didn't have an issue with their check-out registers. Maples is it moving forward.

She was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient, and she went above and beyond to help me get it. My daughter was so incredibly happy when she found out that I finally got the Advent Calendar. Seeing her excitement made all those months of searching worth it! What made this even more special is that some of the NeeDoh I purchased from Minnie will be donated to our school auction, and whatever money is raised will be donated back to support my daughter's school. So this purchase is not only making my daughter happy, but it will also help her school. I was so excited when I finally got it that I literally walked out of Staples smiling and jumping for joy! Minnie probably thought I was crazy! Hahaha! Thank you so much, Minnie, for your kindness, patience, and amazing customer service. You truly made my day and helped make my daughter's day too! Hamlet helped my wife and I select a chair that is just perfect for my height and works well with my wife's frame too. He spent a long time going over every feature of the chair and took great care cleaning the chair we ended up selecting and carefully placing it in our small sedan to ensure that there will be no scratches by adding bubble wrap and boxes to keep the chair in place. He offered to take apart the chair we were returning, even offering to drive to our place to take the gas cylinder apart. We obviously did not want him to go through all the trouble so we drove to Sun Valley to him at his word and he disassembled our gas cylinder from a defective chair from another business free of charge! He is a man of his word and has a heart of gold! Put simply, their selection of chairs is great and the prices are even better

He was incredibly helpful, sincere, and earnest. I knew NOTHING about purchasing cubicles, but he did his best to try to save us money by suggesting where we could avoid extra tiles, or where we could replace metal with cloth. The price wasn't hidden at all, and the invoices very clear. From the first step, Crest did it all for us! They came, measured our space, and helped suggest to us what could be done. After the product was delivered, they set it up and were very careful. Basically, the customer service was amazing, and products are wonderful. Our electrician, another contractor that we hired that was not related to Crest, told us as he wired our cubicles, that they were the most well built, sturdy cubicles. I can't say enough good things about Crest. I'm used to shady salesman, and this was a welcome relief.

They charged me $45 to look at it. When I got it back, they charged $95 for labor. What did they do? They ordered new ink, and wiped down the inside. Overall I paid $130+ for him to buy new ink, wipe down the back, and put it in. An honest local, repair business (I had one nearby when I lived in Woodland Hills), wouldn't bilk you for every penny. They'd tell you what the problem was, and do the right thing when charging for the actual labor/effort so that you'd want to go back. This business did the exact opposite. They also promised me an invoice which was never presented to me or sent to me. They knew exactly what they were doing, which is why it felt so awkward when I went to pick it up. I know times are tough. And they were never rude to me. But this is no way to run a business. I live nearby but I will never do business with them. I am a teacher, who immediately got an office job for the summer, lacking in time and money (operating hours are tough here too) and they were laughing their way to the bank with me. Literally. The guy laughed on the phone when I told him I'd come in to pick it up. They kept suggesting "send the old ink back" as if to suggest this could offset the EXTREMELY HIGH LABOR COSTS they were charging me. Again, not a way to treat customers (nor could I sent it back, it's literally open ink cartridges from weeks ago). Very dishonest. DO NOT go here.

Terrified that I had somehow caused permanent damage to my shiny new laptop, I desperately looked for a repair place near my office. These guys were close by and said they'd take a look at it while I waited, so I ran over there on my lunch break. When I explained the problem, the guy said he was pretty sure he knew what happened and proceeded to not only fix it, but fix it right in front of me, explaining what he was doing, so I could do it myself if the same thing happened again. I was there for about 10 minutes total, but I happily wrote a check for $50, knowing that was the ONLY time I'd have to do it. Since then, I have not only used the fix he taught me MULTIPLE times on my own laptop, I even taught a couple of my friends the same trick, saving them a trip to the repair shop.
