I asked the store manager (latino short man) about the issue and he quickly and curtly replied "it's because your document is jpg and not pdf. Jpg gets cut off always" as if I would know this. There are absolutely no signs indicating the jpg printouts error. I asked if I could get refunded for the page that came out wrong and he replies "yeah it's not worth me arguing with you." Ok... first off, I wasn't being difficult but simply asking him a question and I wonder had I been a male, would he have talked to me in the same way. Such a rude and distasteful encounter. When employee Evelyn walked by, I asked her to help to clear the cache of my personal information, and she told me it was, except it wasn't because my credit card was still active. When I told her I needed the machine powered off to clear the cache of my personal information, she walked away and said "go ahead". I told her I could not find the power button, but Evelyn did not help. So I saw the plugs of the copy machines and started pulling them out, when I was body checked by Assistant Manager Al. I have a heart condition. Check your in-store surveilance tapes for that behavior and lack of assistance. Those two employees need retraining. And let's talk about legal action.
