THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I have never witnessed a more unprofessional restaurant. First of all their food is average. But we thought we would try them again and once again same crap. The owner is a horrible person. His staff have no idea what they are doing. They rip you off as far as food goes and the quantity and quality especially with takeout. The owner used vulgar language when I called to tell them we were missing items. They hardly gave any chicken when I paid extra for it. We were missing sauce on our vegetables. One thing after another. Horrible people. Horrible restaurant. We will never order from here again. The inside of the restaurant is disgusting. They are extremely slow with their service. This place has the worst customer service, we tried to order thru the drive thru, and one of the employees was super rude, I said "can we have" and he told us he was expecting a "May I" and he didn't take our order because I didn't say "may I" so I went in to talk to the manager didn't do much about it and besides the employee lied about the situation. The sushi is great however, everything else is not so great, my rice have been hard on multiple occasions and the egg rolls are never fresh. Every time I order from this place for delivery I can expect at least an hour wait tonight 1.5 hours. I did not order anything that should have taken that long. When I called to ask about my order there were lots of excuses and a hap hazard apology all while making excuses. I understand being busy but this is not the first time that a delivery has taken so long but for me it will be the last. As for the food it is ok. I like the egg drop soup and the other food is ok (they are close to me so I have ordered from them several times each time I had issues). We had tried this place when we first moved here a little over a year ago and the food was bland. Then we recently decided to give it another try and the rice was horrible. It tasted like it was a day or more old and had some odd taste that none of us could deal with so all the rice was thrown out. The rest of the food was not worth coming back for. read more

Order from here tonight for the first time. I ordered online and my order was here is 30 min when I was expecting 45. The delivery guy was nice and friendly. My surprise was the food. The sesame chicken which I ordered was very good and crispy. The fried rice was good. The pot stickers we got were fried and tasted great. The egg rolls where good and worth the dollar fifty. My wife liked the lo mien. She ordered the Honey chicken but didn't like it, it was soggy which she doesn't like. I tasted it and thought it was good but I have never liked honey chicken so I wouldn't order it. All and all a great find and I'm glad I made the order despite the mixed reviews on yelp. read more

why can't you get an order correct? it's not that difficult. the last several orders have been messed up, and the last 2 were missing components of the meal. you forgot all the steamed rice. there was none! two times ago it took an additional 50 minutes for you to deliver the cheese won tons that you knowingly admitted leaving off our order. had to drive up to get our rice this time. what good is delivery if you can't deliver? i'll just stop ordering. i'm done. I placed an order at 4:14pm through their online ordering system, it didn't arrive until 6:30. The confirmation email said it should be delivered within 60 minutes. I called after an hour and ten minutes. They said they were busy so they didn't want to put it in until 5pm, so my order was technically not late. They didn't apologize for the wait. I order Quick Wok when I want delivery that's not pizza. With that being said their chicken anything tastes like McDonalds nuggets with sauce and they occasionally mess up my order. Been a customer since they opened, the location is convenient and this used to be a good business...until recently. I placed an order online at 7:40 p.m. and the food didn't arrive until 9:05 p.m. I called twice, and the person on the phone didn't apologize or even try to find a solution. The person that delivered my food said he was the manager, and when I called him out on how slow they were he cuts me off and dismisses me. The only reason I give this establishment 2 stars is because the staff is very friendly and the egg rolls are ok. Other than that, the food is nothing close to what you would expect for "Chinese food." Panda Express has better food and that is a chain. I have attempted to give them multiple chances to cook a orange chicken meal without it being so sweet that it tastes like you're eating orange candy slices. It is unbearable and just nasty. The batter they choose to fry the chicken is so thick that they cook it longer than needed causing it to taste double fried and have it taste & look overcooked. I can only hope that they go to a Taste of Asia location, try their orange chicken, humbly ask how they keep it from tasting like orange gunk and restructure their current recipe. I just don't think I can afford giving them another attempt to make this right. I've spent too much money hoping they finally get it right. Also, they need to introduce tempura batter to their fried recipes. Lastly, please stop using the cheap short rice for fried rice. I've eaten here for years and it's usually touch and go, but at least serviceable. Don't know what I missed but it seems like they changed everything suddenly. Got teriyaki chicken, it's mealy and sugar sweet and the texture is off, like it was pre-cooked and left in a fridge, then dumped in sauce. Even the eggrolls aren't good. There's huge chunks of uncooked carrot in them. Kid at the window was nice, packaging is improved but I'm staring at a meal I probably won't finish, regretting my choice to order there. WOW!!! Those are the first words that come to my mind when I explain how absolutely amazing my service was when I came today!! I am not from this area at all and someone suggested this Chinese restaurant, telling me they had really good food. These young men were very patient, accommodating, spoke very clear English, provided me with a beverage while I waited, AND gave me a complimentary dessert!! Food arrived hot and was overall pretty good. Egg rolls and spring rolls were just "ok" but I really enjoyed my lo mein. Hard to go wrong with noodle or rice dishes.
