normally go to the one on Overton Ridge that's my favorite place but today I tried this one cause it's close to my house I ordered the New Yorker as I always do. Cashier after care of the group and ahead of us someone just walked back there to the back room came back went headed straight to an Uber eats person then walk back again behind the kitchen or something then finally comes back then she took care of us asking if we were ready. Took some time to get her food for some reason meat was OK it was very blend I was seasoned that one on Overton Ridge is a little bit lacking the amount that they give you at Orton Ridge so seems like this place skimps little bit on the meat read more

Went here to pick up tiffs treats cookies. Didn't know it was in jason's Deli. The people were nice and the food looked good. Decided on a baked potato. The potato is huge! But it doesn't have much flavor at all. I don't care for the chicken. It needs more seasoning and the potato could use more butter or cheese. Just very bland. read more

I don't go to this Jason's Deli's as often because where it is located is a little challenging to get to if it is busy, but we came by to support my kids' school. They were donating some of their proceeds if you purchased a meal in a specific window. I got the French Onion Soup and the salmon sandwich. My kid got chicken Alfredo and my husband got the spicy Italian and the beef stew. I really enjoyed my food. My kid liked the pasta and my husband liked the stew, but when they say spicy Italian, they are not playing. It had some very hot peppers on it. So just be aware if you choose that sandwich, but we would definitely go back. It's just a little pricier than some of their competitors. read more

I went to Jason's Deli on June 14 and the lady at the front counter was nice even though the first lady walked away and didn't serve me for at least five minutes and another person had to come up and take my order after I ordered my food. I waited in the restaurant for over 20 minutes to receive my order so it took me a total of at least 30 minutes just to get my order. During the past week, I visited this location for the first time while staying at a nearby hotel on vacation. The food was good, and I enjoyed the salad bar. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food. The young women working at the front counter were unfriendly, displayed poor attitudes, and came across as quite rude during my visit. Customer service plays a major role in the overall dining experience, and this interaction left a very negative impression. Because of this, I will most likely not return to this location in the future. read more

By far the best location, will continue to order. I had placed an order online for my staff and missed one person's meal. I called and they were able to correct, make the meal quickly and get it to the office before the lunch hour was over. this location has excellent customer service. First time ever eating at a Jason's Deli. The dining space is actually better than i thought. There's also a drive thru window which is nice. It's getting cooler outside so inside was a little warmer than I would have liked. Service was good. Everyone was so nice and helpful walking us thru on what to order etc. Salad bar is pretty decent size / big/ variety to choose from. Chicken panini is exactly how it's described on the menu. Only complaints are the chicken was a little dry and there wasn't much pesto in it. I would def ask for more pesto next time. The Broccoli cheese soup was mainly cheese not thst much Broccoli in it. I went to get sweet tea, however I think they mixed it up with the wild berry tea, lol. Which is fine. It tasted fine. You refill your own cup so I could have easily just went back and get another cup/ the right tea. There's free soft serve ice cream. I forgot to try it once I finished my meal. One of the best Jason deli we've gone to. My football team eats at a lot of Jason delis' and this by far was the best one. The service was fast and efficient . The restaurant had the right capacity for over 100 players and everything was clean and organized. Ordered food for pickup. Was never placed on the pickup rack. After 20 minutes past the "scheduled" time I went back in and some one finally went to the back To grab my food that was shoved all in a small paper bag vs the traditional plastic bag that every other pick up order was in. I don't like giving bad reviews and normally I don't. However, The young lady running the drive through could use a LOT more training in customer service. She never allowed us to give her our order over the intercom and when we got to the window she kept her back to us. When my husband honked the horn to get her attention, the look that followed was really rude. Granted, we have a big truck and the horn is loud, but we always keep a smile on our faces in situations like these. Just sad experience and we will not be returning to the drive thru line. Love this place and glad they're finally in Burleson. My favorite is the manager's special where you get a half sandwich and a cup of soup and I usually get the muffuletta and gumbo. They have a lot of great sandwiches and everything is fresh. They have a great salad bar and we love the gingerbread muffins. It's worth coming just for the self-service soft serve ice cream. This location has a drive thru as well. read more

It's Jason's Deli, and that says it all. I stopped in after it had been open three weeks ago. Still some training going on, but overall great service. Food top-notch, and I expected as much. Not disappointed in the quality at all. Now, my issue is this: it's getting way too expensive for the amount of food you get. It seems like everything these days is that way, from cereal boxes to Jason's. Most companies do it incrementally, hoping we won't notice, but we do. We are smart consumers, and cannot be fooled. Jason's (and other restaurants) should change this narrative and give us what we paid for. Please. Overall, good experience. read more

We went to the store today and did a mobile order. We had eaten there the previous week and the store employee said they did indeed have a kids meal with a turkey slider that just wasn't on the menu. My wife and I had dinner at this new restaurant last night, she had the salad bar and I had the chef's salad, both were excellent! The problem is that this is a new restaurant, and the personnel really need some training. My salad took about 15 minutes to make, and I had to go remind them that I had ordered it. While waiting, I saw a lack of urgency on the employees who could not be slower. My experience in the restaurant business is that all employees making the food work quickly. What I saw was lackadaisical effort, someone pouring soup into a bowl and not cleaning up the spillage on the side of the bowl, and the tables were dirty along with lots of scraps on the floor, all easy fixes. We want to go back, but thought we should point this out. read more

Overton Park, Fort Worth we get food to take home after going to Costco. For the 4th time, we were missing a fruit cup when we got home. With the way prices rose over the last 4 years, 40% for the same item, you would think that they could check their orders to be complete and quit screwing the customer. read more

Let me start by saying I'm a huge Jason Deli fan and was so excited to find out we had one coming to Burleson. However, I've been here roughly 8 times and they're just not doing some of the little things. For instance, we came in and there were five boost that were dirty and they were not that busy. We had to ask someone to clean a boost so we could sit They have fantastic soups, they seem to add water at this location more often than others, I understand that has to be done to keep it from getting too thick but it also makes it watery. My sandwich was missing guacamole and missing onions and I requested that and that took over five minutes to get it. I literally had to go up to the deli counter to retrieve it Overall the food is still Jason's Deli quality. I just hope they fix the bugs quickly. I've literally been driving to other locations instead of coming here because of these experiences. read more

Food was great as always, however there was only 2 people working during the lunch rush that spoke any English. The employees that hand you your food did not speak any English. My husbands sandwich got forgotten and when he went up there to ask about they didn't understand a word and the two women that spoke English, one was busy working the register up front and the other working the drive thru window. I wouldn't expect to have to be bilingual to go to a restaurant in burleson tx.
