First time to try Chick-fil-A ! I always see a lot of cars...thought it must be GOOD. Drive through was very busy yet they had 4 attendance taking orders at the drive-through with two lanes. I ordered the PC Club with fries (waffle fries) & RootBeer. Yes, it's fattening, so I'll do more exercises! (Well maybe). The young ladies taking orders were efficient, polite, and friendly. All staff members at the window were also very considerate and fast. I apologies. I don't have any information concerning the restrooms or the inside of the establishment. The outside was clean and bright. I recommend Chick-fil-A in Burleson on John Jones. I will visit them again, for me it was just the right amount of portions at a great price. I went through the drive-thru tonight (July 9th) at around 9:17 PM, and the woman handing out the food had a noticeably rude attitude. She barely acknowledged me, seemed annoyed, and as she handed me my food, she turned around and said "Have a nice night" in a very sarcastic and disrespectful tone. On top of that, we overheard what sounded like the manager loudly complaining about how the store only made "$600-something" that day. Be careful ordering delivery from this location. There was a delay in delivery drivers picking up, our food was almost an hour in before someone arrived to this store to pick up, and instead of handing off fresh food they handed off the food that had been sitting for AN HOUR!! We received nasty cold fries and cold soup. To receive cold soup tells you how long that had been sitting there. If you complain to the delivery service they only refund you back $4. How unprofessional to serve a customer food that's been sitting for that long. read more

Look, I love Chick-fil-a. Their food is so delicious! But this location really disappointed me. I came through today at around 6:30am, and ordered a grilled chicken nugget scramble bowl at the speaker box. I tried to confirm that the lady had gotten that it was "grilled" and not "breaded" chicken, but the lady said to pull up and never confirmed. I pay at the window and drive down the service road, then I find out that I received breaded nuggets. (I have a gluten allergy so I can't have the bread, and I informed them of this as well). Long story short I went in and nobody wanted to help me, they all just looked at me. Eventually I was able to show a lady the bowl, she grabbed it and threw it away (literally such a waste??? I can't eat it but I could have given it to someone in my family, especially after all of the trouble I went through to even get someone to help me). I received my grilled nugget bowl later on, and it was half empty. I had a crazy morning and this definitely didn't make it any better lol, it just seems really wasteful to throw something away like that. And then to be treated like it was my fault when I did my best to confirm...as someone that does currently work in the fast food/retail industry, that behavior would've gotten me in trouble with my supervisors. Look, I know how hard it is in this industry, I've dealt with difficult customers and the rudest of people. I was so polite to them because of this understanding, and received nothing but blank stares, and I watched as they talked and complained about me. Why have order takers that meet you at your car 30 feet from the menu. The guy got irritated when we asked to see the menu as he had to walk over with us. We only ordered 4 things and he messed up our order. Nobody repeated it back to us like at a normal drive thru. We came in today for a late lunch. This place is clean and the air conditioning feels good on a hot day like today. Each of my children ordered for theirselves and the staff was super friendly and listened to them as they ordered their food. The playground is clean, they actually cleaned it while we were here, my kids enjoyed it. The seating is great, they have plenty of tables near the playground so you can see your child through the glass as they play. The ketchup, napkins, straws, and other things are out and available so you do not have to wait at the counter and ask for more if you need them. My kids love the food here, today they all got the 4 count kids meals, which came out quickly. I recommend this place for a quick meal when you need one! read more

Glad to say that this location has joined the major fast food restaurants. It's very difficult to check your order when you don't receive a receipt of the order when you order on line.
