This place is proof that you should never judge a book by its cover. The looks aren't great but the food is good! The service was good. Only thing that really threw me off was a sign in the women's bathroom that said " do not put toilet paper in the toilet and please remember to flush" the restaurant is a little hole in the wall but definitely worth checking out!

Every time, I drive by this place. I say to myself, go try it! Then, I saw my friend on here do a Yelp review so, I headed there first chance I got. It's was such a pleasant experience. I notice this used to be the Bavarian Bakery. I came here back in the day, when I was in College. It still has the German decor. It's nice and clean inside. There are a lot of large tables for large Bible Studies or families. I decided to get a. Belgian Waffle for $7.99. It was as large as my plate. My Waffle was warm, crispy, sweet topped with Butter and a side of extra Butter and Syrup on the side. If you are a Senior they have Senior Specials Service was good. The Waitress gave it her all

this place is more like 3.5 out of 5 stars. Not sure what happened, but this place doesn't really serve italian food. This place is more like a diner restaurant.... think meatloaf and chicken fried chicken/steak and burgers/sandwiches. Anyways, i rarely come to this area. And was looking for something to get for dinner. When we parked right in front, i felt weird as it was completely empty inside and i thought it was closed. For the food, we ended up getting two different daily specials. The daily specials come with an entree with two different sides. Between the meatloaf and the chicken fried steak, i enjoyed the chicken fried steak more. you also get to pick your choice of carbs, and i went with texas toast. The service was really great. it was just one person working and she was very helpful and friendly.

Hostess was very friendly, the business was clean and the food was great!!! Very quiet and mostly mature crowd. So a little update, when paying my check I asked if he did military discount he said yes but I needed to let them know before the bill was tattled.... I didn't know receipt was coming or I would have told them 2 bills. And my second complaint is there is a $2.00 charge automatically added id you use credit or debit that you also find out about at the total tallying of bill when you go to pay. Yes I'll still eat here, but no hidden charges post at registers. And know that most people don't walk on a restaurant and ask if you do military discount's.

Fresh garlic bread straight out of the oven is bomb! All the other dishes were great, as well as service.

Decent service, salad, and garlic bread that comes with the meal. I enjoyed the supreme pizza. I wasn't a fan of the chicken alfredo pasta or funnel cake. I always add parmesan cheese to my pasta if there is none. They had parmesan cheese on the back counter. The female owner stated the pasta had enough cheese where parmesan wasn't needed. I'm glad I added it because I didn't taste any cheese in the pasta. The pasta didn't have a flavor to it and the funnel cake was a little hard. The female owner showed me around the establishment. There is a party area hidden in the back. Overall experience is 3 stars. 4 stars for the supreme pizza which I highly recommend.

None of our meals disappointed us and we left very satisfied by the experience. Memories for a lifetime! The restaurant is surprisingly small, located on the other side of the bar from the entrance (I wouldn't have known where to go if my dining companions hadn't been here previously.) I loved that it wasn't too loud, the four of us were seated at a large round half booth/half chairs table and were able to converse without voices raised and the dreaded "whaaaat?" Food was yummy! Everyone was going nuts over the Ritz and Dips appetizer but all my attention was on the sourdough bread, so good. Salads are generous, we split two Caesar salads between the four of us and it was a perfect portion for starters (this is not your classic Caesar but we enjoyed the different take on it.) I'm a pescatarian and the chef was so accommodating to make me my own non-dirty farro to accompany the redfish. Great flavors! Some others of us ended up ordering several appetizers as entrees and it was all delicious. Husband said the Hot Rock Wagyu Rib Cap appetizer (prepared table-side) was incredible. They make a rich plenty dark decaf Americano which was my dessert of choice. We were all too full to order any treats, maybe next time. Finally, our server Lauren was AMAZING! She really helped make it a great evening. Which helped take the edge off when we got the post-meal surprise that valet parking isn't complimentary (I see by the reviews that it maybe used to be?) but $10. Not too expensive, I guess, but considering the $700-$1700/per night cost of rooms at this hotel you'd think they might want to throw the locals coming in for a meal a little appreciation. Just saying.

We opened with a cocktail from the bar, which set a high bar for what followed -- unfortunately, not everything cleared it. The Deviled Eggs with Spicy Best Maid Pickles arrived looking the part, four to an order, but tasted like they'd forgotten to show up to their own party. Bland, flat, and in desperate need of seasoning, we reached for the salt shaker, which helped, but shouldn't have been necessary. The pickles, to their credit, were doing their absolute best and were genuinely the only flavor happening on that plate. Skip these. The pickles deserve better supporting cast. The Cheeseburger with Wasp Sauce on a potato bun, however, is a different story entirely. We ordered it medium, half expecting the kitchen to interpret that however it pleased, but it arrived cooked exactly as requested, which felt like a small victory worth celebrating. The Wasp Sauce is a mystery worth solving, and the house-made chips that come alongside are fresh, crisp, and dangerously snackable. Pro tip: order a side of ranch for dipping. You're welcome. We also added a side of fries, which were equally excellent. No notes. Little Red Wasp has real charm, great energy, a fun bar, and a cheeseburger worth crossing Main Street for. Just steer clear of the deviled eggs and order the chips with abandon.

Very upscale area so the inside is upscale PRICE: ~$70 I think WOULD I COME BACK? The fried chicken and kale salad complemented each other so well I highly recommend as well. - The deviled eggs were good but they are just basic so you can skip those (unless if you were craving it). - The pimento cheese was very good too it was packed with flavor. I wish it came with more bread but I'm assuming we could've asked for more. - A little pricier than you would think but honestly this place had so much flavor I'm not gonna continue to complain about that lol.

We started with the biscuits and cinnamon roll. I would recommend both. The biscuits came with a jam, honey and whipped butter. The cinnamon roll, which may look a bit underwhelming had a such a great crispy texture on the outside while still being fluffy on the inside. The icing wasn't too sweet and complimented the roll nicely. For the table, we had the pollo frito biscuit w/duck fat potatoes, Brisket Benedict w/okra and the Fixe Breakfast entree w/maple sausage and potatoes. The pollo Frito was delicious, the chicken was seasoned well and maintained crunch even within the biscuit. Duck fat potatoes were also good but were even better after adding some salt. The brisket benny was okay, the texture of the brisket was very odd and didn't really hold up to the egg. Although the okra had a great flavor the batter was a bit too thick which made it chewy. The Fixe breakfast was great and the maple sausage was perfect. Our waitress was Adriana, she was great and very helpful. Overall we would definitely come back and look forward to trying dinner one night.

However the bathroom sinks may just be an elaborate prank pulled on every guest of this hotel. There are many photos already on here, but the pictures don't do it justice.
