This is quite literally the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We spent $83 and every single dish was terrible. The orange chicken and the general tso chicken taste like grease and had no flavor at all. I ordered the special friend rice and it was disgusting! The rice had a weird smoky flavor. We also got lemon pepper wings that were soggy and taste like they quite literally poured lemon juice all over it. Crab Rangoon was awful. I will never, ever go back! Do not recommend! Love this place, I've been going here since I was in high school! I don't think I've ever had any issues. I always get the sweet and sour chicken and love that they put the sauce on the side because I like my chicken crispy. My kid gets the lo mein noodles without the veggies (thank goodness they do this or I'd be picking them out one by one) . The sweet tea is good and fresh every time I come. I recently made an order here and I got my food delivered. I received the wrong item and I called to tell them. They told me I couldn't get the right food because I didn't have proof that they messed up my order. Quick Wok is probably the best Chinese food I have had in the area in a long time. Everything I have tried here has been so full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. Usually I have to douse my Chinese food in soy sauce, but the flavor in the entrees here need no additional anything. You can request the spiciness of your entree to be mild to screaming hot, so everything is customizable according to your palate. Also, if you like dumplings, this place has the best. I like mine fried, and they are consistently crispy on the outside and nice and tender and juicy inside. The dipping sauce they are served with is pretty much drinkable. So good! Lightly sweet and lightly salty - the perfect accompaniment to the dumplings. It's a little hard to find as it sits in the corner of a strip center, but once you find it, you will want to get it on your radar and make it a favorite on your google map! Service is good and the servers are very patient with new customers who struggle with ordering from the many delicious selections on their menu. Highly recommend for a quick dinner - have had both take out and have dined in. Have never been disappointed in either case. The place is extremely small and has only four or five chairs to sit and wait for your order so it is best to wait in your car. I've had a run of bland food lately. I was excited to try this place as a substitute for Panda Express which doesn't offer much variety. My friend and I ordered steamed dumplings and we specifically said "as an appetizer", 10 mins later and no dumplings . 15 mins later and our main entrees plus the dumplings come out, with the server saying "We brought your dumplings with you food, is that ok?" Um, shouldn't that have been asked before bringing them out with the main dishes? As for taste the dumplings tasted like water, aka nothing. The sauce didn't add much flavor either. I ordered sesame chicken with steamed rice and it was mediocre, just "ok I'm getting sustenance but not enjoying it." My friend ordered chicken lo-mein and asked for it to be spicy, as a special request. She starts eating it and its not spicy at all. A couple of mins later our sever comes with a small bowl of chili sauce for her to add stating the cook forgot. It's very cold so bring a hoodie or cardigan. A couple of pros I suppose are that it's open until 10pm and if you order take out there's a drive thru window. They do deliver, but had no take out menus displayed anywhere. This place used to be pretty good but over the years the quality of food has gotten pretty poor. We ordered food on Friday night, they got out order wrong and while they fixed it, the quality was just bad. Not only this but it also took over an hour for them to deliver it 10 minutes down the road, and we didn't get an apology or anything. My rice noodles were repulsive, the orange chicken was disgusting, and lacked chicken in most of the bites ( it was mostly the crunchy pieces). It has done nothing but tear my stomach up two nights in a row, waking me up in the middle of the night (which is why I'm up at 3:40am) due to extreme stomach pains. Last night's order was incorrect. Rather than sesame chicken I got mushroom chicken. It was a delivery order, so we didn't know until the driver had gone. The fried rice and miso soup were ok. The pad Thai with pork was basically inedible: the pork was extremely dry and the noodles lacked any flavor. The egg rolls were very chewy. The worst part is is waited almost an hour and a half for delivery. After an hour the delivery person called to verify the address, however he then wrote down the wrong address and we got a call from the store asking which street we lived on...the address was correctly input by us on the order. I placed my order for two meals at 4:28pm after waiting 30 minutes, I finally called to see how much longer it was going to be for my food. The person who answered said the ticket never printed to the kitchen, and it would be another 25 to 30 minutes. When the delivery person finally came to my door it had almost been an hour since I had first placed my order. I worked at a place similar, and if an issue occurred as this one the customer didn't not have to pay, because of such a long wait and a mixup on our end. We have eaten here so many times and love it. You don't need any soy sauce, the food is already perfectly seasoned and delicious. Super nice kids working there, too. The drive thru is convenient, you can call your order in and by the time you arrive, it's ready at the drive thru. I've never had their sushi but their other dishes have all been great. It's hard to find good Chinese takeout in Texas, so we were thrilled to find this place nearby. They also deliver. But I recommend eating inside as well. They spent a lot of time and money on their inside decor. It's beautiful and authentic, and even the lighting is perfect. Dim and inviting.
