The food here is pretty good! We had the pad thai and then made our own yakisoba with coconut curry and soy garlic sauce. We asked for 3-4 stars because we like spicy but both weren't that spicy. The flavor for both were still really good we just wished we had more spiciness to it. The pad thai was a little too sweet but with extra spice might be better. Sorry but I disagree with most reviewers here. I live in the Puget Sound area and eat all levels and types of Asian food all the time from Korean to pan Asian to Chinese Thai Vietnamese etc. To me the food here tasted like the Asian food bar at a Safeway supermarket. Cheap tasting. Everything premade from packages and assembled, stir fried according to your choices. Just commercial tasting. The folks were very nice and helpful and there's a nice range of choices. We came here due to the Yelp reviews. As the name suggests, meals are prepared on woks, and fully customisable. As we were on a plant based diet, it was easy to choose the ingredients (e.g. tofu). In addition, organic brown rice is available for those seeking gluten free options. I opted for soy and garlic sauce instead of teriyaki (latter tends to be sweeter due to the sugars). Of course, if you prefer meats or seafood, they have many options (pork, chicken, shrimp, etc). Meal comes out hot, in a lined cardboard box that can be used as a take away if you have left overs. For spice lovers, they have fresh sambal oelek (latter is pounded chillies plus salt, vinegar). Anne, one of the business owners is very friendly and approachable. She offered some homemade peanut sauce, which tastes great. The seating comprises counter, 2 seat and 4 seat tables. Non pretentious, quality options at reasonable prices. Great, fresh food with lots of veggies. Portions are generous; service is friendly and kind. Facilities are clean. My son wanted plain noodles with pork, carrots and broccoli and that's just what he got. Teriyaki on the side. The rest of us customized our meals a little more traditionally and were all happy. I had the veggie base but stole some of the aforementioned plain noodles and it was a great mix. We ate outside and there was plenty of room. Definitely recommend. read more

There was only one person we could see working the wok in the back and a lot of people coming in to order but we got our food within fifteen minutes. (No complaints, prompt and hot!) My favorite was the teriyaki and the soy garlic noodles. Both sauces had soooo much flavor. I told my friend I could eat that soy& garlic Thai noodle dish everyyyy single day. I really loved that if you didn't want onions, or what ever veggie they would not only take it out but bump up the rest of your veggies to be the same weight. Quick Wok was a great find! Steven and I went on a trip to Lake Chelan and did some research on eating places prior and this place came up in very high regards and the praise was upheld with our experience. You know some places where you can just tell that you are eating a healthier version of a dish compared to previous meals at other restaurants? Well that was the case here with Quick Wok. I didn't feel like I wanted to make a whole lot of decisions when I walked in so I went to their popular menu which Rice Noodles with Peanut Sauce as being one of their popular combinations. You can custom build your own stir fry but I just wanted something easy to go with from this menu. Lol All I needed to do was decide what spice level I wanted and how big of portion. I went with the large size and got a level 4 on spice. The size was just right for me. Steve ordered from the popular menu as well and got Yakisoba Teriyaki Chicken which was very good as well. The food is served in "to go" containers but if you want to dine in that is fine... there is plenty of room to do so. Quick Wok will definitely warrant a return. Nothing is a more satisfying meal than walking out feeling good and not feeling guilty about what you just ate and still have had a flavorful meal. read more

We ordered and in about five minutes had our food. The menu is full of great stuff that you customize into just about any dish you can think of. Mind you - I said CUSTOMIZE and it's still done in record time. This is a legit VEGAN place - You can eat 100% plant based here - but you can also enjoy plenty of meat too. Have it both ways. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The ingredients super fresh and delivered to our table with a smile while PIPING HOT! Easy to find, right on the main road outside Chelan. I think there's a parking lot, but we missed it somehow and parked on the road down the restaurant is small, but the decor is charming. Two people working - the owner, and a cook. Owner took our orders. She was probably the most seamless combination of efficient and patient I have ever seen. Soft spoken, extremely eager to please. We ordered four bowls (teriyaki on white rice, curry with shrimp on white rice, garlic soy on yakisoba with tofu, and peanut sauce on pad thai noodles). The small was still more than I could finish, and my husband just barely could get through his Large. Luckily, everything is served in a to-go box, so taking leftovers home is really simple. My peanut sauce noodles were my favorite. Our least favorite was the teriyaki - it could have been a little sweeter (it was pretty salty). We also ordered the cherry lemonade slush - it was delicious, and very sweet. The owner brought us a small sample of the chai slush, at closing, which was nice of her! At $5.80 for a small box, which includes one starch, one sauce, one egg, and plenty of veggies, this place definitely stands out for value and quality! read more

I'm always very excited to see some new food options coming to Chelan. On our most recent visit we stopped by to check out Quick Wok. The building is very nice, clean, and the interior design is very neat. I like the choice of interior construction materials, all the way down to the custom rotating iPad holder at the counter for checkout. When you walk in the first thing you notice is the delicious smell in the air. You walk over and start the most difficult part of the process, deciding which tasty ingredients you want in your meal. I had the coconut curry wide rice noodles with chicken, and my wife had the peanut sauce with brown rice and chicken. Both were very good, the ingredients all taste very fresh and good quality. Oh my goodness. There are two words that come to mind when I think about my birthday lunch at Quick Wok. Vomit and Indigestion. If you have ever purchased the Safeway bag of frozen wok, you can skip Quick Wok because it tastes the same. The veggies are from frozen bags, the noodles are rubbery and there is more sodium in the food than a person needs in a month. All I tasted was soy. For $30 you can share their chicken and veggie (peas and carrots) as you watch your food soak through the one single Dollar store paper plate. One plate. The fried rice isn't fried rice. It's scoops of over cooked mushy white rice with more peas and carrots from bags, with a few cups of soy sauce. I would have rather eaten my hair for lunch. read more

Let me start with some context: My wife and I have been vegan for almost two years now. I'm glad it's 2019 and more places, including somewhat smaller cities like Chelan, have options like this for people like us. We walked in and were greeted immediately; off to a great start! They offer options both for carnivores and vegans alike. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how we ordered it. Lots of choices for veggies and different types of sauces. Pricing was fair, especially seeing that this place seems to be one of a kind in Chelan. (We probably ended up paying the same we would've paid for the same dishes on the west side of the mountains.) I'm assuming the woman that greeted us, took our order, and brought us our food was the owner because she was only one of two people we saw working here. I somewhat regret not getting her name because she was so sweet and you could tell this place was special just by the way she treated us. 10/10 will visit again, hopefully this summer! We ate here tonight for the first time and we both agreed that it has the best food, made to custom order. Staff was friendly, food was piping hot and the food was fresh. The egg rolls were outstanding too! We were glad to have arrived around 4:30 pm because they got very busy preparing orders with people waiting in line on a Tuesday evening! Wow that was unexpectedly delicious. We went searching for a family-friendly restaurant that was still open around 8:30-9PM on Saturday and came across this place. I ordered the number 2 rice noodles with peanut sauce and added chicken breast. The order came out quick. The noodles weren't dry like I would have thought. It was like a creamy phad thai fusion and was good by itself but the side of peanut sauce added another layer of flavor. Both the female and male staff and cook were courteous and checked up on us.
