Delicious! We just found this hidden treasure and I'm only sad I haven't found it sooner. The mapo tofu was perfectly seasoned and more importantly the tofu was still in silky chunks. Perfect amount of seasoning- not too salty as I have had at other places. Plenty of garlic and chili. Just delicious! Husband had a Sichuan chicken sizzle and that also perfect in every bite. Service was fast and polite. The ambiance was a little stark, but who cares, the food was the star. This will become a new frequent stop for us because I want to try all of the menu! read more

WOW - WOW - WOW What incredible food and great service with very comfortable ambiance. I love shrimp. I have never had it served this way (see photo caption). It is absolutely Fabulous. The way it's prepared. The way it is presented on the plate (iron hot plate to keep everything warm). From my first WOW bite, it just kept getting better. The shrimp are fresh and perfectly prepared - tails off so I don't need to get my fingers messy. The Shitake mushrooms are part of every main dish and are seasoned to perfection. And the portions are so large, we took half home. We were headed home from Spokane and stopped on a friend's recommendation. It is an hour away but we WILL BE BACK. read more

I have written reviews for Shiitake sizzle on Facebook, Toast, Google, and now Yelp. I cannot express how much I love this food. it is so nourishing and delicious. My order is chicken curry (with veggies cooked softer, and no corn), the rice is the best I have ever had, miso soup- also best I have ever had, honey lemon ginger hot tea is SO SO GOOD. and I always order 2 extra sides of the curry sauce because it is seriously THAT DELICIOUS. I seriously cannot rave about this place enough- I have eaten in the restaurant and the atmosphere is calming and quiet. I have also ordered to go, on point every time. Both the waitresses Iris and Rachel are very accommodating and attentive. I cannot express how much I appreciate this place. Thank you Shiitake sizzle for being my "go to"!! read more

Finally got to come eat with my family. The Edamame was the best recipe we've ever had. The kids scarfed it down. I could have eaten that as a whole meal. The yakisoba and rice was great. The mango yogurt fizz drink was delicious. The kids also drank that down in two seconds. Service was 5 stars and Owner and staff are so sweet. Only wish that I could have shared a alcohol drink with my hubby on our diet cheat night. read more

We have tried this restaurant twice. Both time the Sizzle dishes have no flavor and taste like something toxic. Seems like the cast iron pans are not seasoned properly and are made from cheap materials. The sizzles are also way too oily. I don't recommend this place. Other restaurants locally have better yakisoba and fried rice. read more

A brand new restaurant in Moses Lake, WA, Shiitake Sizzle's got what it takes. Friendly staff, fascinating menu, delicious food and clean. We wanted to try some of everything off the select menu. This is not a dark, red velvet-draped moody environment, but a fresh, light, sparse and open eatery. Very au currant. Although this restaurant is an hour's drive away, it's definitely worth the time and effort to go, only to return satisfied from an authentic trip to China.
