We stopped for lunch in Moses Lake, and after not seeing anything near the freeway, we decided to…read morego into town. I can confidently tell you that we were not expecting to find a really good pho place, but we absolutely did and were better for it! The place had gotten good reviews online, so we decided to check it out. We were in the middle of a rainy/foggy stretch on the east side of the mountains, so it just felt like a good day for some soup-esk! We had a ton of great standard options, including meatball, chicken, beef, tripe, and even a seafood option. My early days of got me hooked on the meatballs, so we had to try it. We also got a seafood all, and as a side, we had fried quail! We've been a lot of places, and I've never seen quail as an option. These things came out spatchcocked like a boss, and we're quite delicious! The food came out quickly, the folks working here were very friendly, and the place had just a really chill vibe. It was a nice spot to enjoy some delicious soup and bird on a rainy Saturday afternoon. We can tell why people like this place and will be back the next time we come through town!

This place sucks. The food was barely edible. The fried rice taste like dirt. Has a weird spice or…read moresomething in it that I've never tasted in rice. Disgusting. I ordered chicken as the protein for the rice but had to really look for any of the tiny chicken pieces. My wife ordered the smoked salmon roll they advertised as their daily special. It came out and it was not smoked salmon. It was completely raw salmon. She cannot eat raw salmon. We wanted to point this out to our waitress but she never came back to our table after dropping the food off. We picked at our food as best we could for a while waiting for our waitress and the tab. She never showed so we went to the cashier desk and told the lady where we sat so she could get our tab. She was quite grumpy that we didn't have our ticket. My wife pointed out that she was not able to eat the raw salmon and even showed the cashier the special on the board that says smoked salmon. The grumpy lady just mumbled something as she turned to run my card. She did not adjust the bill in any way or even simply apologize for the mistake. So we paid full price for a meal that was not eaten and 1 meal that was picked at looking for the chicken in the gross rice. Will not return ever even if I had a gift card. Just plain awful.

All the staff, including the nice hostess were very professional and friendly. I like the menu and their Italian wine night is great value . You get a bottle of wine for half price. The summer soup with chicken and risotto was delicious. Reminded me a little of theGreek soup, Avgolemeno. I'm a Carbonara fan. The Enzo version is okay, however even though I'm sauce gal, I found it to be quite over-sauced. The dish was really drowning in sauce which overwhelmed the flavors. For me, an authentic carbonara is not saucy. The egg in the dish allows the pancetta and cheese to cling to the spaghetti and might make it a little glossy, but it is not saucy or soupy. I also had the special dessert a lemon berry cake. Which had nice flavor.
