We've gone during their dinner buffet and everything was really good. Salad bar had lots of great toppings, pizzas were brought out frequently so everything was always hot and fresh. My kids loved that they also had onion rings and fries as part of the buffet! Their dessert pizzas are delicious too! The cherry pie is amazing, but good luck getting a slice! It's popular! Came here with my daughter while on a business trip. The service was super friendly, they seemed to be high schoolers but they were so respectful and on top of it even when the dinner crowd rushed in tonight. We got the mini pizza special (2 topping pizza, 1 trip to the salad bar, and a soda for $13 each). The pizza was very very good, good quality ingredients from the crust to the toppings. The salad bar was one of the better ones I've had anywhere in many many years, lots of fresh options and like 6 different dressings. I also ordered the small breadsticks (garlic cheese bread) and it was delicious! I had 1mug of beer and it was $3.95, not bad. If we didn't want the salad bar I would've gone with the family special which is a large pizza, breadsticks, and I believe a 2 liter of soda for like $27. They have a little arcade for the kids and plenty of seating inside. It was starting to get hot inside so we wanted to hurry up and get going at that point. My daughters pizza was missing a topping but they gladly fixed it in about 10 mins even with being crowded with families. I was a little hesitant on trying a new pizza joint because it's hit or miss in most of them it seems and I didn't want to waste $50+ on bland pizza, this was definitely a hit and we will probably come back for lunch this week!! read more

It's been about a year since my last review and thought it'd be good to give more recent thoughts. I've been here a few more times since then and it's been very consistent. I always come in for the all you can eat with a drink. For about $15 it's a great value. The salad bar is loaded and always fresh. The blue cheese dressing is thick and loaded with cheese chunks which is a bonus for me. The pizzas very good and they have a nice variety. They always ensure it is stocked as well. Dessert pizza is always an excellent treat. In addition there are onion rings, crinkle fries and chicken wings included in the meal. Although the chicken wings aren't my favorite, I could eat heaps of the perfectly crisped onion rings. The place is always kept clean, although can lag behind when lots of groups are present. They make the effort though. The employees have been super friendly on every visit. I gave them an excellent rating as they do what they do very well. Just don't expect to get a wood fired designer pizza here. My only gripe is that the soda fountain is behind the counter and often times you wait in line to get a refill. Other than that, it is well worth making this a stop on a motorcycle day trip from Spokane. read more

We visited here on Tuesday for the all you can eat buffet. It was easy ordering, ample seating even though we were asked how long are you going to be here. Strange question since we had just sat down. I guess some family made reservations, that should not be allowed during the buffet time. They did good with keeping the pizza bar full along with the chicken wings. Most of the pizza seemed to have pineapple on them which is okay but I'm not a big fan of pineapple. The pizza and burgers are pretty good. I love the pizza and salad buffet they have at lunch time. They include onion rings, fries, and wings with the buffet. We were able to get in our phone order, literally minutes before they were closing. Got half taco and half Italian pizza with a large salad, and my favorite was the Italian pizza. Came with a generous portion of pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and olives, cheese cooked well but not overcooked and the crust was excellent. Dipped in ranch, it was perfection. The salad had a ton of toppings: broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, eggs, croutons and on a bed of lettuce. I liked the taco pizza too but preferred the Italian. We saw the reviews and decided to give them a go. Good decision. We each had a hamburger and onion rings, they were delicious. Couldn't eat it all. I decided to have a milkshake and it was the real deal. It even had tiny little pieces of ice in it which is a marker for me if it's real. Staff was very friendly. I recently visited Time Out pizza on the last night of a large group camping trip at Dry Falls (about 30 minutes away from Ephrata) and we were so tired we decided to buy pizza instead of "roughing it" one more night. It was Time Out or Pizza Hut, so we decided to go for the local place instead. We were nearly instantly greeted by the owner who wore a cool "Time Out" shirt fashioned after "Tap Out" clothing. We explained our situation and our budget and within 10 minutes he arranged a perfect deal for us and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. After about 20 minutes picking up groceries we went back to Time Out where we were greeted by a large stack of pizzas and he even added in a dessert pizza! The customer service and speed of this place is enough to give it 10 stars, but I guess 5 stars will have to do for now since Yelp won't let me give 10. Time Out Pizza is not an All-Star pizza palace, it's just a regular pizza restaurant with a few bonuses. + family friendly: arcade games, big tables, it looks like they stay open late after some school sporting events + sports theme: big screen TVs with ESPN or Mariners games + diverse menu: they do sandwiches and appetizers as well as pizza. + friendly staff + delivery or take-out: they've got a fast kitchen - thin crust isn't crispy. I like thin crust pizza to be CRUSTY! Theirs isn't. When I want pizza in Ephrata, I go here. The only other pizza in town is either the uncooked take-home-to-bake-it pizza place, or a more expensive gourmet pizza place...both with obvious shortcomings.
