We went to get a hot fudge sundae and a large fry- and boy did we get a show. It was a busy night, the night before the 4th of July and they looked understaffed and overworked. There was a curly haired girl that was so sweet and kind at the window, she got us caramel because they were out of hot fudge which was totally fine- hot fudge should not be that critical lol I had to pull up for my fries- also no stress. I then watched cars pile up behind me and I watched a few of them get angrier and angrier after waiting for like 10 minutes. I then watched them go inside and SCREAM at the manager. They drove off angrily and then Lenna the little angel she is came up to our car. She immediately asked what we had, said it would be right out, and got it immediately for us. She ended up in tears because of the people before us, and I just want her to know that she did an amazing job at handling that situation and she made our night with fresh fries! Today we went in the and the service was poor, not at all how they are instructed to perform when being trained. I have also had a friend go and receive his order ungloved, and when he made a complain, no steps were properly taken to resolve the issue. On top of not using gloves the employee also put his finger in the juice when he grabbed it. Truly poor service and sanitary standards, but that's just how fast food is, enjoy the mind addicting chemicals tied to poor quality overpriced food at your own discretion!!! read more

It's one thing for employees to be overwhelmed but it's another for their supervisor to be completely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Asked to speak to them after a very lengthy line with a wrong order and besides refusing to come out because they were "too busy" when she finally did she was snappy, rude, and just overall bad. There was barely any effort to the conversation at all. She was the managing supervisor at approximately 1100 hours on the morning of 08/02. (Today) Being a location that (as I saw) had a lot of business during concerts, I highly suggest getting this young lady in check. 2019 - The fries are now getting done and the orders are right. I will never order another quarter pounder after a 14 minute wait (my kids were done with their happy meals by the time I got it because they served them first) The service also has improved. My brother and I were in town from TX to clear out an estate. We ate here 3 times for breakfast. I have eaten at 5 star restaurants before that did not warrant a review, but the staff at this location were phenomenal! The food was good yes, but the staff and ambiance are what made me write this review days later. I am so impressed with the genuine kindness, respect and care they portrayed. So every time I've ordered a patty this week (which was like 2-3 other times, yes Ik it's unhealthy) anyway, I always ask for my food to be "cooked to order" which means freshly made if anyone didn't know, we shouldn't even have to ask for that but that's not the point. Point is they have undercooked my chicken patty every single time, I've had fully cooked patty's and this was not that. I'm super disappointed that this keeps happening. Business is terribly slow. I have recently moved into the area. And so I come by McDonald's often after work before my way home. This is the fourth time that I've come by I'm very different times in different days. And every time it takes so long. Three of those times there were technical difficulties during my order. And every time I have sat at the pick up it's waiting for my food for nearly 10 to sometimes even 20 minutes. I don't know why they're so slow or what the problem is. But it is very very slow and so whenever I want food fast and I'm in a hurry I don't even bother I go to Taco Bell just up the road a ways. Other than that the staff is very friendly. And polite. But they have got to do something about the speed. I did take into consideration that people who take a long time to order hold up the line and that's nothing McDonald's can do. However most of the time the problems with my order or reasons it would take longer than usual is on their end. And every time I've come it's taking forever for me to just get my food from the window. read more
