I love this subway. Until today I was attended by the rudest worker. I'm assuming she was bad since there was a lot of people.. but she was so rude didn't seem to acknowledge what I was saying. We t to order a couple sandwiches on my way home from work so I didn't have to cook dinner. Got to Ephrata basin st subway . I was looking online and it said buy one foot long and get 1 half off. The gal said I had to order online so I said ok I will order online. I was making order online as she made sandwiches. Got to pay and it wouldn't Come out to give coupon. I asked and gal was rude and said can't help you maybe you should go outside and figure it out. I walked to a table and continued to try and get the site to work but no so I walked over and asked another girl who again said don't know anything about online can't help you. No offer to put the coupon in , no offer to ask someone else. Nothing so I let them keep their sandwiches and won't ever be back. Subway had gotten over priced and gone down hill. if i could give this place a 0, i would. I am a frequent Subway goer, specifically at this location. Time and time again, I am not getting the portion sizes to compensate for the price. That is not the reason i'm leaving this review today though. Last week, I was in Subway ordering my usual. I started to get talking with the nice girl who was working in the morning. As we started to talk more, she informed me that half of the workers are experiencing covid symptoms and are still being told to work. Two days ago, my husband and I both tested positive for covid. I think that it is ridiculous that there are business operating this way, this late in the game. COVID isn't a new story, i'm sick of it. I will be contacting corporate on this matter. read more

WOW! Been happily coming to this Subway for years. I've spent a lot of money here. It seems it has a new owner. Today I asked for a glass of water with my meal and was told that I had to pay nearly $2 for a 20oz cup of water. Interestingly the OWNER walked in about then and I complained to him hoping to fix the problem. He stood there and argued with me in front of his customers, trying to make me look like a bad guy and defending why he should charge me for water. In the end he gave me a cup but said I would be charged next time if I wanted anything but the tiny lidless courtesy cup. Some courtesy. He then told me how ridiculous I was, as I explained that giving your customers a water is basic customer service. What treating me second rate will cost this store in sales is far more than the cup of water. Only the worst managed restaurants charge full price for a glass of water. This is now one of them. People need to learn to Give Them The Pickle. It's a shame to see such terrible customer service from this attractive little subway - Go elsewhere. read more

First time at this Subway. There were two workers, a male and a female. The female did not want to put our sandwiches together because she wanted to go on break, but the make was in the process of doing another task. She reluctantly made our two sandwiches, by throwing the meat and cheese into the bread. I did not dare say anything at the time. Came from out of town (Seattle) and stopped there to get dinner and it was gross. They cleaned and didn't even change their gloves after. I had to ask the lady to change her gloves before making my sandwich and all I got was a dirty look. Horrible customer service will never go back. read more

I have had a few subs here, it's always been good and made well. I think that my only con is that the KIDS they hire need to learn to listen slow down and try and keep the ingredients inside the sub... LOL but hey food is great and if you remove bread from inside both sides then fill it reduces the calories. read more

I have been going to this subway since it has been there and it has gone down hill! The last time I have went was horrible and I gave them the benefit of the doubt by going back today and I shouldn't have. On my previous trip I was asked what I wanted on the sandwiches and I would say a few items then wait while they did it and then say more but only to be rudely told by the male employee "Tell me everything you want at once, I will not forget." Today the same male was working along with a female and they ask you what you want and once you start telling them they just start talking to each other and not even listening to you. They kept messing up the next guys order because they couldn't stop talking. What I don't understand is that when my son worked at Subway he was told that you have to smile, have conversation with the customer and all while making the sandwhich...yah that wasn't even close to happening today. I had 3 sandwiches made while the guy behind me had one and not time did these two employees stop talking to each other. The female employee also made it quite obvious how she did not want to be there. So unprofessional, horrible customer service and are you freaking kidding me $30 for three sandwiches! Even if all of the above was fine I still wouldn't go back....that was absolutely ridiculous. And if those two think they deserve the new ridiculous minimum wage they are wrong! read more
