You have the option to do add ons on the bratwurst. We liked the caramelized onions but there's option to add on beechers cheese, cream cheese, or chili. The condiment section is insane. There's 20 sauces and over 10 kinds of mustards to try from. We loved the garlic aioli and smoky garlic/onion mustards! But so hard to pick a favorite out of them.
