Staff is nice and pleasant. Place was clean and service was quick. Food was good as well

I'm going to leave a five star based off of the staff! My daughter got motion sickness from going down the slide so many times and before we could make it to the bathroom she threw up right in the middle of the restaurant! The man who helped clean it up was so kind! I didn't catch his name but he seemed like he was the manager or a person in charge! Who ever you were we appreciate you so much!! Everyone we came into contact with was nice and polite and kind! read more

I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here over the years And I ordered some freaking drink that they were brand new cotton candy cloud some shit and they didn't have it and they already charged my card I ordered through the app. Which I always do so when I got there to pick up my order, they told me that they were actually out so today I was picking up an my order and I told them they were out of the drink last time I already paid for could I get it today they were the biggest jerks and did not replace the money or the item read more

Cheese on my Whopper was different than last week. Yuk!!! And they have not fixed their receipt printer(non-readable)

I had a really good experience at this one. I mean they're all the same and usually get that fast good mentality and service. But i got my meal efficiently and for a great deal. Employees were helpful and I didn't run into any trouble. Place looked clean to me somewhat; compared to most other places that are trashed. BK has good deals sometimes and I just go when they have promotions. Some item prices are rising but that's the economy. Hope other Burger Kings can be as good as this one. read more

Burger King - the counter and menus of the restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Ephrata, Washington

Too many flies inside, not very clean, fish sandwich over cooked and tasteless. Soda machine not working properly. As BK's go, this one rates below average. read more

horrible service take so long, take way too long just for the fries ! Employees, lazy, we ordered online way ahead and we still have to wait a lot of time, probably about to close Burger King read more

I'm not sure why this Burger King has some low ratings because we thought it was the best BK we have been in on this trip. It was clean, we were greeted when we entered, and they had some nice touches - like King crowns on each table. The kids were loving it. My husband tried the Impossible Burger and liked it. I stuck with the Veggie Burger - so good. The staff all appeared happy and were friendly. Good experience! read more

One of the few BKs that "allow" customers to enter for take-out orders...BRAVO!!! During the majority of my travels, I have my truck and either boat or 5th wheel RV in tow and it is impossible to go through a drive-thru. Most of the time, we just walk-thru since there is no alternative and get mixed reactions to include denial of service. Most of the time employees and other customers understand. Thank you for keeping your doors open! With having a large and long vehicle ensemble we also were VERY pleased with the long BUS/RV parking angled the middle of the lot with large turns both in and out of the lot. Now for the food...We have been twice passing through Ephrata, WA and both times friendly staff and our entire order was accurate. EVERY sandwich/burger/chicken differed from the standard way BK offers and each was correct. There are many times this is not the case at other places. The items were hot, plenty of toppings, extra nugget sauce without the extra charge (we had a large order each time), and good taste. With all the factors of parking, ease of mobile app ordering, ability to go inside for pick up, friendly staff, and accuracy.. we will return again! read more

Never going back, after experiencing "Señor Wences" meets "Who's on First." It's generally a hassle to get a veggie burger, but this franchise tops them all for screwing up the order. Usually, I ask for "Veggie" and I hear "Baykuun?" "No, Veggie." "Baykuun?" and so on. This time it was. "Veggie Burger with cheese." "Wid a meat?" "No, the one with no meat." "Wid a no meat." "Yes." "So you want a meat?" "No, I want the veggie patty." "So no meat?" "Yes. No meat." "OK. I make." What I got was a whopper bun with mayonnaise, lettuce, pickle and tomato. I went inside to get it fixed and pointed out that it didn't have the patty. "My veggie burger has no patty." "Ees a no meat." "So you're thinking that I intentionally ordered the most expensive sandwich on your menu--a sandwich which differs from the others only in that it has a veggie patty instead of a meat patty--but I wanted to you to remove the one item that justifies that extra expense?" "So you want a meat?" "I want a veggie patty." "Ees a meat." "S'awright?" "Si, S'awright." Consistently the worst service I've ever had at any Burger King. read more

I called to ask if they were open today, cause it's Christmas. Someone answered and had replied with "Don't you hear me answering the phone, are you serious!" Then continued to hang up. read more

This place is dirty. You just get this dirty feel in here no matter what part of it ur in. I'm sure the kitchen is as dirty as the facility is. read more

this burger joint was dirty, no clean tables to use. floors were sticky as well as children's play area. No ice. Had to ask for a cup for my drink. I then found the pop to be flat! I mentioned to the gal and she just said would look into it and I never saw her or anyone else again. They made no effort to compensate me for my drink. This is the Ephrata WA Burger King read more

Great, customer service, food was fast and fresh. And it was fun to watch the manager attempting to get her bonus by driving circles around the drive thru to lower their average time. Counted 17 laps in 10 min maybe nascar is in her future read more

Menu is Horrible! Has no info on the food and flashes off to some kind of Commercial! Burger's are so small. I will not come back .

Absolutely horrible customer service, and the food is old and disgusting. We went back a second time to see if maybe we just had a bad experience the first time, but nope! Second trip was bad too. I don't think we will be going back to the Burger King in Ephrata. read more

This burger king is really good! Every time I go the place is clean and the manager there is amazing! She's nice and super funny if I ever had to work at a fast food place I would want someone like her! She makes going there a fun experience! The food is also made fresh I rarely have an order mess up I mean they are human! read more

With no one behind me they always ask you to pull around front. Stopped going because of this. They do this to show that they had a fast time getting you through even though you wait 10 minutes out front. Horrible way to treat customers! read more

Only car in drive thru & lobby closed. They had me pull to front and wait for 20 mins while manager was outside smoking and talking to some dude in parking lot. During her visit with this guy outside she went to entrance of restaurant and pounded on the windows to get someone's attention inside to unlock door.. I mean pounding!! She went inside.. Came right back outside handed food to a different car lit a cigarette and went back to talk to guy. I probably wouldn't of had to wait 20 mins if she was actually doing her job!! Finally I got my food and as I was pulling out she was pounding on the Windows again! So unprofessional! I've never reviewed before but this pissed me off! When you're a manager you're still a team you don't get to do whatever the hell you want! I'm reviewing here because the BK survey did not give me an option to even explain why I was dissatisfied! read more

First of all, BK's is way overpriced. Ordered a Whopper combo, large size, and was almost $10. Ridiculous! Most of the staff are horrible, although there are a couple of good ones. Many do not speak English well at all, causing orders to be incorrect. The drive-thru workers try to cheat the system by sending cars around front as soon as the meals are paid for, even if there are no cars behind them. That's because they want the timer (that shows admin how much time it's taking for them to get cars out) to show how fast they are. I've personally been in the parking lot, and watched one poor worker running out food to 5 different cars, one after the other. Almost every single time I've gone there in the last year I've been asked to pull around. This morning I went there for breakfast and was asked to pull around and I asked "Why? There is no one behind me!" She just said "ok", and had a worried look on her face. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 only because their food is usually pretty good (when they get the order correct). read more
