I had a really good experience at this one. I mean they're all the same and usually get that fast good mentality and service. But i got my meal efficiently and for a great deal. Employees were helpful and I didn't run into any trouble. Place looked clean to me somewhat; compared to most other places that are trashed. BK has good deals sometimes and I just go when they have promotions. Some item prices are rising but that's the economy. Hope other Burger Kings can be as good as this one. read more

I'm not sure why this Burger King has some low ratings because we thought it was the best BK we have been in on this trip. It was clean, we were greeted when we entered, and they had some nice touches - like King crowns on each table. The kids were loving it. My husband tried the Impossible Burger and liked it. One of the few BKs that "allow" customers to enter for take-out orders...BRAVO!!! During the majority of my travels, I have my truck and either boat or 5th wheel RV in tow and it is impossible to go through a drive-thru. Most of the time, we just walk-thru since there is no alternative and get mixed reactions to include denial of service. Most of the time employees and other customers understand. Thank you for keeping your doors open! With having a large and long vehicle ensemble we also were VERY pleased with the long BUS/RV parking angled the middle of the lot with large turns both in and out of the lot. Now for the food...We have been twice passing through Ephrata, WA and both times friendly staff and our entire order was accurate. EVERY sandwich/burger/chicken differed from the standard way BK offers and each was correct. There are many times this is not the case at other places. The items were hot, plenty of toppings, extra nugget sauce without the extra charge (we had a large order each time), and good taste. With all the factors of parking, ease of mobile app ordering, ability to go inside for pick up, friendly staff, and accuracy.. we will return again! read more

Never going back, after experiencing "Señor Wences" meets "Who's on First." It's generally a hassle to get a veggie burger, but this franchise tops them all for screwing up the order. Usually, I ask for "Veggie" and I hear "Baykuun?" "No, Veggie." "Baykuun?" and so on. This time it was. "Veggie Burger with cheese." "Wid a meat?" "No, the one with no meat." "Wid a no meat." "Yes." "So you want a meat?" "No, I want the veggie patty." "So no meat?" "Yes. No meat." "OK. I make." What I got was a whopper bun with mayonnaise, lettuce, pickle and tomato. This burger king is really good! Every time I go the place is clean and the manager there is amazing! She's nice and super funny if I ever had to work at a fast food place I would want someone like her! She makes going there a fun experience! Only car in drive thru & lobby closed. They had me pull to front and wait for 20 mins while manager was outside smoking and talking to some dude in parking lot. During her visit with this guy outside she went to entrance of restaurant and pounded on the windows to get someone's attention inside to unlock door.. I mean pounding!! She went inside.. Came right back outside handed food to a different car lit a cigarette and went back to talk to guy. I probably wouldn't of had to wait 20 mins if she was actually doing her job!! Finally I got my food and as I was pulling out she was pounding on the Windows again! So unprofessional! I've never reviewed before but this pissed me off! First of all, BK's is way overpriced. Ordered a Whopper combo, large size, and was almost $10. Ridiculous! Most of the staff are horrible, although there are a couple of good ones. Many do not speak English well at all, causing orders to be incorrect. The drive-thru workers try to cheat the system by sending cars around front as soon as the meals are paid for, even if there are no cars behind them. That's because they want the timer (that shows admin how much time it's taking for them to get cars out) to show how fast they are. I've personally been in the parking lot, and watched one poor worker running out food to 5 different cars, one after the other. Almost every single time I've gone there in the last year I've been asked to pull around. This morning I went there for breakfast and was asked to pull around and I asked "Why? There is no one behind me!" She just said "ok", and had a worried look on her face. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 only because their food is usually pretty good (when they get the order correct). read more
