Although I know it's their signature that they put a lot of meat on the pizza. It's still to me is overwhelming and it's not a pizza. It's just dough with a lot of bread and red sauce. There's a reason for weighing out ingredients when you make a pizza or even when you make a sandwich, you want one ingredient to favor the other not overtake it but other than that cool place nice atmosphere very good hospitality. I just had to get used to overwhelming toppings on my pizza. read more

Very nice staff however we were really disappointed in the pizza. Every pizza we got looked like they dumped a ton of toppings on, but never topped it with cheese and the Hawaiian and combination was definitely undercooked. So when you took a bite crumbles of topping spilled all over. Kinda disappointing. read more

I haven't actually physically been in the place. Or interacted with the staff. But I have door dashed the food several times. And that food....is good as fuck The pizza crust is perfect. They drown their pizza in toppings. Like I think they used a whole pigs worth of bacon on one pizza. The cheesy bread has so much cheese it's practically a pizza itself. It's like no other pizza place that I'm familiar with, and wow it is always good. The thing I like best is all the young folks they hire on, because everyone is very friendly, but businessly pro. The pizzas are ungodly filling. I had two slices and I was done. But I sure did a two more slices later in the day lol. My three guys were stuffed, and we still had to take a medium box with us. I don't know why people don't like toppings on their pizza! I love this pizza and will drive 2 hours to get it. I am a pineapple on pizza guy and when you get it from here you actually get pineapple! Unlike some of the local places you get maybe 4 little pieces of pineapple on your slice...not here!!! Get the lean beef and onion pizza! I've been wanting to try Chicos for so long and it finally worked out and a return trip from the coast. The interior of the place is pretty much what I expected as I've seen many photos on Yelp. If you are a person that likes to eat with silverware you'll want to bring your own. They have cheap plastic forks on hand and no knives on our visit. We started out with the spuds appetizer and they were very good. I'd do those again in an instant. Hot with heat, medium hot jalapeño stuffing. We also ordered a medium combination and it was more than plenty for two of us. We took about 1/2 of it home. We were also a bit disappointed as the ground meat on it was very dry. I wish we had ordered it without. I'm glad we were able to give Chicos a try but this is not a pizza that I would make a special trip from Spokane to get. read more

All toppings... the actual pie is pretty weak. Thin crust with no bite, sauce is there but barely noticeable.

This place is good but way overpriced for the food you get. The service was relatively fast even though there were a lot of people here which must mean it's good. They give you a good amount of pepperoni on your pizza but not enough for the amount you pay. They have fun arcade games. But they use way too much cheese on their pizzas. Updated from the 1st visit, someone else stated that it was Super Bowl weekend that's why they only had limited wings, hence only 1 type of wings, I went back on Valentine's Day, another great dinner, I asked for wings and the employee stated they only have dry rub, fine. I grew up in the Moses Lake area and have been eating Chico's pizza since the late '70s. That being said, it's not as good as it once was and unless you're willing to spend $100 for pizza, this isn't the place for you. It's not worth the money. read more

My dine-in expirence 1st of all the wait time took too long. We waited over an hour for one single pizza and my family was very hungry. 2 of all the pizza was not good. The pizza had no crust and my family and I was very dissapointed. Also the pizza had too much toppings and it was too excessive. we ordered the hawain pizza and it had too much pineapple and we also order the pepperoni which also had too much pepperoni. Place is run by a bunch of teenagers that seen to be completely overwhelmed. Ordered takeout and sat there for about 15min watching them put together multiple orders. extremely sloppy and rushed on everything. They got my order wrong, gave me someone else's order and had to tell them. 2 of my 3 pizza's were extremely undercooked. The small pizza's are just thrown in the box and end up a jumbled mess with pieces laying on top of each other. Watched them do this with multiple orders and have to say not the same pizza place I grew up with. Will avoid as you can get better pizza's and cheaper at almost any other place in town. read more

A native to this area strongly recommended it but I was hesitant at first. I wasn't initially impressed by the pictures but man I was proven wrong. Surprised the reviews are so low. Came down for a wrestling tournament and dropped in before heading back home. So many toppings that everything falls off and you're left with a pizza along with extra food on the side. Nice little snack. Cheese had a nice stringy pull to it as well. Crust was fairly thin and crunchy but sturdy enough to hold the mass of toppings. We called in to place an order and by the time we arrived, it was ready. No additional wait time or anything so pretty seamless. I can't complain. Heard there was a fire in the past which led to some remodeling but the interior is still fine with large seating and sports to watch. read more

If you can get over a long wait - it is soooo worth it. The order and pickup (at the window that is a bit confusing) could be better but this is small town pizza at its best. The interior is clean and very - down home. It is what it was decades ago. I remember going here 30 years ago and it was nearly the same. What IS worth the cost is the quality. They told us it was a 1 hour 15 minute wait and took our phone number so they could text us when it was ready. We went next door to the tap house to wait, great spot! Well... I fought it for decades, but all the stars aligned up and we finally tried this iconic ML pizza joint. I kept telling myself over the years I would not like their ridiculously 'over-topping-ed' creations. They won. We liked our pie a lot. While I certainly would not make wheels like this a regular dining occurence, it really is a decadent every once in while flirtation. I can't even categorize them in any specific pizza style? They are just....them. A big thing that stands out (to me), is the ground beef they use is clearly not some pre-fab nuggets from a frozen bag. It's the real deal. We went with a medium, and the best I could do was three of the smaller slices. The big, meaty wings they have did effect that, for sure, but one would always think that two healthy--and hungry--adults could finish 1 medium pizza w/6 breaded wings. I was coming back to Spokane from Lacey WA and had to go by Moses Lake so wanted to see if this Chico's was as good as the former Chico's in Spokane that used to be at 3100 N Division. That one shut down sometime in the 90s I think. While my wife and daughter were getting something at the Chipotle, I phoned in a pizza to pick up. I ordered a small Chico's Special - pepperoni, mushrooms and olives and added onions. We got there in about 15 minutes and it was ready. I asked the young server if she knew if this Chico's was connected to the former one in Spokane and she thought it was. After getting back to I-90 and heading to Spokane, I opened the box and began enjoying a trip back to the past with this fantastic tasting pizza. They don't skimp at all on toppings and it felt like there was a full can of olives on my small pizza! The small pizza was enough for me to make 3 meals - 4 pieces on the day I bought it and 2 subsequent reheatings of 2 pieces at a time. The pizza was a bit pricey, $21 , but it was worth it for the fantastic taste and memory of what once was in Spokane. In our travels we don't usually go through Moses Lake but in the future I will look for other opportunities to get another pizza at Chico's. read more

Was in the area and decided to try it out after the remodel. Place looks great. Love the pizza but I hate to say this but they put too much sausage. I never complain about too much meat but this was too much for me, that's why the 4 stars. It just took away from the pepperoni. Overall I would still recommend this pizza. I was there a couple weeks ago check my neighbor and his boys and it was terrible. I didn't get the order I wanted the pizza was OK do you services OK but I didn't like when I order pizza and I don't get what I want. I will never go back. I had ordered a large half and half pepperoni and pineapple, which with the boys wanted and the other half I wanted it loaded but no pineapple and made that very clear well, guess what I got my pizza. All the pineapple was on the side I didn't want no pineapple on the pepperoni. What made things even worse when they give you paper plates no such thing as silverware they give you plastic so if you go there, make sure you bring your own place and your own silverware. I called several times and it took me three days to talk to a manager to voice my complaint three days by Andrew before she got back to me. She was well because you weren't happy. I will send you a gift certificate for a small pizza. Guess what? We're almost 3 weeks are there is a no yeah certificate doesn't keep in mind I buy a pizza that cost me $59 and she's going to give me a gift certificate for a small pizza that I never received I would've been very happy. Had I receive my peas even with the pineapple if they were to put a little bit more mozzarella on the top of the pizza did you pick up the pizza? Yes, they loaded up pretty good but as soon as you pick up a slice of pizza, it all falls off onto his little paper plate. Let me preface this by saying our family has a long history of Chico satisfaction so it pains me to put this out there like this. In the past, their menu was predictable and dependable. Everything was always prepared the same and always tasted the same. Granted, since the tragic fire and now Covid, I understand things can't be 100% like they used to be. That being said, I believe most of my dissatisfaction lately stems from lack of employee training. We called in our order ahead of time like we always do, and was told our pizza and fries would take one hour. We were even asked if that was ok. We understand the restaurant business and was perfectly ok with the waiting time. We live less than 10 mins from the pizza parlor so it's a quick trip there and back. My husband arrived about 5 mins early to pick up our order to find it was already completed much earlier. After arriving home and trying to serve ourselves, we noticed the pizza and fries were cold. The pizza box was soaked clear through and fell apart when we tried to remove the pizza to reheat it. Our dinner was literally like we were eating leftovers. The fries were spongy. The pizza crust was soggy and the shrimp were rubbery. This is probably our worst experience we've ever had with Chico's. I tried to call them back to inquire about the cold dinner we were served, but we were on hold for a very long time before finally giving up and hanging up. My advice: only order and eat at the actual restaurant. This isn't our first time receiving sub par food from them. I hope they take their employee training more serious in the future. read more

Food was great! Huge pizzas and so many toppings. The people are nice, but maybe too many customers for just a few employees. Maybe if they add a cleaning person. The guy who was selling the drinks had to clean up. He was a nice guy and I feel he was trying his best, but you can't have one person run around doing more than one thing at a time. So I feel like it's not the employee's' fault. As a result the place seemed dirty and the bathrooms too. Food is good for sure, but they need to hire more people to help. read more
