The Summer Saison from Moore Brewing! A very fitting beer to have as we enter the warm season!
    Alden C.

Moses Lake doesn't have much for craft breweries despite it being a fairly sizeable town. I guess the demographic here just isn't into them. The city can usually support about two different ones but it can fluctuate and drop to one at times. So when I thought only one brewery remained yet again in Moses Lake I was pleasantly surprised in my internet search to find a second one surfaced which is Moore Brewing. The location is great as it's in the downtown area and if weather allows you can sit on the outdoor patio and face a part of Moses Lake itself. I had one beer here and I was quite impressed by it. What I had was the Summer Saison which I really liked a lot and rated it highly on my Untappd profile. Flavor elements to detect and have fun with are fruity or citrus like but I kind of picked up some biscuity flavor too. At any rate it was a very well made beer and had a nice layout with each sip I took. The beer is smooth and fragrant which certainly adds to the experience of having this beer.

Really enjoyed our visit to Moore Brewing Co.! I had their IPA Lot and it was fantastic--super smooth, hoppy without being overpowering, and just really well-balanced. My wife had a mimosa and loved it, and the kids were all smiles with their root beer and salad & flatbread pizza (which honestly looked pretty good even to me). The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming--clean, modern, and just a great place to hang out. It didn't feel overly loud or crowded, and the staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. Awesome spot whether you're grabbing a drink with friends or bringing the whole family. We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly staff that make you feel welcome and are willing to take the time to tell you about their beers. They also have wine, cider and some non alcoholic beverages. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. They do have a large deck that we will have to come back to enjoy. Looking forward to our next visit.

The food is always spot on! The brews are indivually crafted by Zack and always an adventure in flavortown! Love sitting at sunset on the deck with great music for the chill vibes. Highly recommend!

Beer done right! Excited to be able to enjoy a cold brew in the center of town. Atmosphere is a nice change of pace and the outside deck seating had me feeling right at home! Super excited to see this place grow into its own and work out the little details. Expect delays when ordering food, as to be expected with any new business. Definitely excited to have a new brewery in town!

Great food, great beer, great views and great service all at a reasonable price. It's a very relaxing place to grab a brew and some food

If you haven't tried Moore Brewing Co. yet you are missing out! Tuesday night is live music starting at 4:30 but you should get there earlier to get a seat on the deck overlooking the lake. Food is yummy! Try the "It Slaps" flatbread pizza and the giant pretzel with beer cheese that is good enough to drink. Lots of ice water to hydrate and a great atmosphere makes this an amazing spot! They've just introduced lunch hours and two salads to their menu so lots of deliciousness to be had! Service is great too!

Amazing Reuben with great sauce and yummy bread!

I use quotes because, as others point out had I read reviews, this isn't your traditional brewery experience. With the Ten Pin bowling reference, I figured this was just a bowling alley with a brewery. I'm a fan of bowling and craft beer, so I was excited at this prospect. Instead, the "brewery" experience is housed at their sports bar / casino bar. Rather than watching bowlers and the obligatory Big Lebowski on a tv while sipping craft brews, we were stuck with Chive TV and uninteresting college bowl games on the tvs and people buying pull tabs. Just not a very enjoyable atmosphere for enjoying craft beer, especially if you want to ask questions about their beers. As for the beers, they were a bit hit and miss. Once again enjoyed the Gutterball, as well as the Oktoberfest and even the Groove Pineapple Wheat despite not usually being a fan of beers that add pineapple (not sweet like I expected). The rest were a bit lacking in execution, and they were out of several IPAs/pales that were listed on the menu. We also had their wings, which were actually quite solid. If they were to move the taps into the production facility next door or better incorporate it into the bowling alley experience, we would consider coming again. But probably not with the existing setup.

**Ripple Tavern: A Glorious Watering Hole That Betrays Its Own Name**…read more Let's get one thing straight--the **Ripple Tavern** is an absolute treasure. The booze selection? **Exquisite.** Whether you're craving a craft cocktail with the precision of a master mixologist or a whiskey so smooth it makes time stand still, **they've got it all**. The bartenders? **The best in the business.** They're friendly, fast, and somehow remember your drink order better than you do. This place is a **haven of hospitality**, a **sanctuary of spirits**, and a **cathedral of good times**. But here's the thing--**where is the Ripple?** I walked into the Ripple Tavern expecting one thing above all else: **Ripple Fortified Wine**, the legendary cheap nectar famously chugged by **Redd Foxx** as Fred G. Sanford on *Sanford and Son*. And what did I find? A **complete and utter absence of Ripple**. None. Not a single dusty bottle hidden behind the bar, not a forgotten case tucked away in the back. **A travesty. A betrayal. A crime against nostalgia itself.** Imagine the audacity of naming a bar **Ripple Tavern** and **refusing** to serve the drink that made junkyard philosophers out of America's finest. How dare they rob patrons of the chance to channel their inner Fred Sanford, hoisting a bottle, delivering an impassioned rant, and clutching their chest in mock heart attack fashion while hollering, "Elizabeth, I'm comin' to join ya, honey!" If ever there were a place where such theatrics should be encouraged, **it is here**. And yet, **Ripple Tavern** refuses to complete its destiny. The oversight is so egregious that I fear a disturbance in the cosmic order--*Sanford and Son* reruns may now play slightly out of sync, junkyards across America may feel inexplicably lonely, and somewhere, deep in the heart of television history, Redd Foxx himself may be shaking his head in disapproval. Still, five stars. **Because even without Ripple, this place is a glorious den of liquid joy.** But know this--if ever they decide to **right this wrong**, if ever a bottle of **Ripple Fortified Wine** finally takes its rightful place behind that bar, then--and only then--will **Ripple Tavern** achieve **true greatness**. Until that day arrives, I shall sip my whiskey with dignity--while quietly mourning what could have been.
