We were able to schedule the service that week and the locksmith was very quick and professional. They gave us a 2 hour window and he came on time. Man, where do I start?? At the end actually, which is that their locksmith, Alex, that came out to help me, was the Shit!. So, i locked myself out the back door of my girlfriend's condo, while she is outta town, letting our German Shepherd out after work, in the tiny yard area out back to do his business quickly, because it was so cold out today. I close the door behind me while on the phone, the doorknob of which stays locked from the outside.. While also leaving my keys on top of a shelf just beside/ inside the door, being distracted... I STRAIGHT UP PANICKED!! Because not only am i locked out with a hoody/ jacket combo in -10 degree cold, but so is our DOG! I check all the windows, all locked. So, after Calling another locksmith & getting an eta of 45-60 minutes, i call my neighbor to explain the situation, & ask if i can go thru his unit, via our, shared garage, hop over said garage, from his deck to ours, thinking i may have left the upper back door open, NO DICE... Keep in mind, its been 15 minutes now, & my 11 month old, 70 lb puppy is still standing in the yard, watching me hop back to my neighbor's deck, to ask them for a collar & leash (i'd taken my pup's collar off earlier to brush him), so i can walk him around to the front while my neighbor's girlfriend goes to the let us into the lobby to let us in, where i intended to wait, to not impose on them. I call the 1st locksmith back to get an eta, & its now 60-90 minutes, because the tech isnt done w/ the first gig yet & got another one in the same area... Canceled! So, i called these guys, was told 20-40 minutes, Alex made it in 25, & went above & beyond! The front was deadbolted, & he didnt want to damage the door or lock, so he came around to the back door & was able to get in, in 10 minutes! Alex, My Pup Echo says you are the MAN, bro! read more
