Something I noticed is the needle they used was a lower gauge (bigger needle) than what I'm used to; it was a little painful while waiting for my blood to drain and left a good sized bruise on my inner arm afterward, but otherwise my experience here was good! Plenty of parking right out front in the shopping area as well.

I went to CPL on Brodie Lane to get some blood work done…read more I parked in the parking lot and then walked in. I didn't have an appointment but luckily they take walk-ins. I spoke with the person working at the front desk and she told me to sign in. They would call me when they needed my information. So I signed in on the tablet and took a seat. After about 5 minutes the person working at the front desk called me up. She took my insurance and Drivers license and made copies of them and then returned them to me. After that I sat down and waited. I waited for about 10 minutes and then a woman called me back. She did an excellent job getting my blood. I didn't feel the needle at all and felt comfortable because she talked with me throughout the process which made it go really fast. Overall it was a good experience. Plenty of parking, very friendly service, and an excellent phlebotomist.

They have a clever system: Before entering, you check in at a computer kiosk outside of the suite by scanning your drivers license and then scanning your insurance card. The computer then matches you up with your appointment record and whatever test was ordered by your doctor. It also notifies the one employee that you have arrived. The phlebotomist who works there is really very nice, quite patient and easygoing, so she puts one at ease. I was the only patient during my late afternoon visit.

Waited while the techs were there and no one came out - when someone finally did she said no, sorry we are closed and refused to honor the appointment. never experienced such a bad experience with labcorp. the supervisor was there chatting to the tech but they left people in the waiting room. the person before me told me had been waiting for 45 min with no help. it was evident they are more concerned with leaving then helping their customers.

Went here twice…read more Theres a gray hair lady who hates life and therefore wants everyone to be miserable. Waited 90 minutes for my blood to be drawn. Every 30 mins or so the gray hair lady would come out to the waiting room and go on a long spiel on how she'll stop taking patients soon, so most of us need to go home. It felt like she didn't want to do her job and was just trying to waste time instead of seeing patients. I was the last patient apparently and the entire time, the phlebotomist complained about how she didn't want to be there and she was notified on Wednesday that she had to work that Saturday. I've never met a more miserable person. Will go to a different lab next time

One of the women behind the window informed me I needed to sign in using the kiosk and have a seat. I did that, shortly after I was called to the window for my ID and insurance card for copies to be made. Took a seat in the waiting area and within minutes I was told to take a seat in room two. The phlebotomist came in and took my labs. The process was quick and painless. I had a good experience.

Sign in at the kiosk, sit down, go to the desk when your name is called. I had prepaid, so I handed Michele my paperwork. The phlebotomists moved quickly. When I was called, Michele, a woman of many talents, turned out to be a phlebotomist, too. I'm used to getting finger sticks for INR, but a venipuncture was required. I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE GO INTO MY VEIN, which Michele found on the first try! Usually, I'm like a pin cushion when others have drawn blood from me. SHE IS GREAT! I was in desperate need of a prescription for an inhaler because of some breathing issues caused by…read moremold in my work environment. My dr called it into HEB, however, with my insurance, it was going to be $105! That's a lot for me, especially after buying necessary things for my new house. My dr had sent a discount coupon but HEB didn't take it; and the other coupons my dr office found also didn't provide much (if any) discount for my rx. So they told me to contact Randalls as one of the coupons listed the price at different places and Randalls was the cheapest (HEB was the most expensive). Upon calling them, they set up an account for me then called HEB to have my prescription transferred over. They let me know they would call me when it was ready. I didn't hear anything until I called 2 days later. They let me know it was ready so I jumped out of bed and went to pick it up. When I arrived there was no ones else there. I stood at the wait here sign for 5-10 minutes without any acknowledgement while several people behind the counter went about their business. A woman finally came to the front saying she couldn't see me. Maybe she couldn't, but what about the guy who stood consistently in eye line sight of me?? But once she came to assist me, she was friendly and it was a quick and easy process. In the future, I will check the price of rxs here alongside HEB.
