In her care long standing issues that have plagued me for years, such as an ongoing respiratory infection, have been treated and cleared making my quality of life and my overall health greatly improved. I cannot say enough in this review to express my gratitude for her care. In addition she has an excellent approach to patient communication. I feel very, very fortunate to have her as my care provider. I have had care over the last decade at two large Healthcare providers and did not feel that I had good healthcare. He is definitely the # 1 Doctor. Dr. Baker removed my husband's one kidney successfully due to renal pelvis cancer. He cleaned all connected organs. He also found and completely removed cancer in the bladder when he did a biopsy on the renal pelvis. My husband and I are incredibly amazed at his excellent job, kindness in the complete positive spirit. He always explained everything in detail as we understood quickly and easily about what was going on, listened to our questions and concerns patiently, and explained everything thoroughly with peaceful smiles. I called and was given a date almost 5 weeks out. I told the lady the Dr's written order was for 1-2 weeks. She was clearly agitated and told me that someone would call me back within 48 hrs. I asked for Dr. Tsai's office number and she no, I was not allowed to have that. Of course I received no call back., so I called again, explained it all to another lady and she promised that I would hear something later that day or the next. Again no return call and still no follow-up into week 2 post op. Obviously the call center folks don't care what the Doctor orders nor about the welfare of the patient.

Then they want you to get the proper codes from Your insurance company in order to come to your appointment even though your insurance no longer requires a referral. I told them to just cancel my appointment and then they miraculously had the code needed from my insurance for me to come. Now going through the same exact scenario for my husband whom is on my insurance . It's wild how unorganized and unprofessional the billing and prep is prior to an appointment. Still holding my breath we won't receive a bill for services rendered and insurance wasn't billed correctly.
