We first went to a Hospital ER but the wait was unknown, nobody ewas even in the lobby to answer questions, there wasn't even a window to wait at (really Strange, and we used to go there every time). I checked the wait online for Ally. It was less than 15mins so we drove there and there was no wait when we arrived. Checked in online during the drive. Filled out a couple forms as we sat in the lobby for a few mins and were called in almost before we could finish them. The staff was very friendly and efficient both visits. The first visit was for my son with an injured finger. He was brought to a room, provided pain mangament and xrays quickly. Broken finger diagnosis was provided, we got a cd with the Xrasy on it, splint and supplies to adjust it. Out the door very satisified with the service. Our second visit was my wife having abdominal pain. Again, immediate entry, barely time to fill out the forms and we were in a room. They provided pain meds and a CT within 30mins or less. We ended up transferred to the Hospital and they arranged everything. It was seamless and the staff was great in helping her. The rooms were clean and nice. I highly recommend Ally. They bill insurance, and do not charge for anything insurance doesn't cover which is amazing! Will be going there again if the need arises.

RN Nikki got me back to a room, listened to all my complaints and even had me laughing through my pain. Nikki was wonderful and made a rough situation better, she's funny, caring and over all everything I ask for in a medical care giver. Joe (tech) was ready and waiting to help me and get vitals. Dr. Patel was quick and efficient. I will continue to go to Ally for emergent needs.

When people are sick they don't need an added challenge with people like Marcel coming for them with their passive aggressive behavior. I have gone to other networks and will never go back to them as long as there is a St. David's nearby. I have never received surprise bills, and in fact, I have received refunds from them over the years when the final calculations came out. Even though this is only an ER, The good thing is they will transfer you if needed to the hospital without a surprise private ambulance bill. I arrived tonight with back pain and was seen very quickly. The nurses and Dr were all great. Personable, friendly, attentive. They listened to everything and made sure I got what I needed to overcome the unpleasantness of my condition. The room was not huge but a comfortable size. While I didn't really enjoy being there due to the pain and things going on, the staff makes it a pleasant environment. Thanks you St David's for providing this ER in Bastrop.

Everyone from the front desk to the imaging area was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The nurses were thorough, professional, and caring. The radiology tech was one of the nicest people I've met in a minute! The doctor actually spoke to me like a real person. This was in stark contrast to the CareNow clinic I visited earlier in the day wherein the doc stared at his computer screen as he typed the whole time he was in the room with me. At Ally, the doc had a conversation and let me have a voice in my care plan. She actually seemed like she cared about what was going on with me even though we didn't really figure it out. She made she I was safe to go about life and try to figure it out with my pcp, which was all I needed. I had seen the Ally logo around but didn't know what it was. Now I know they are my emergency medicine ally! Hope I don't have to go back, but know I'll choose Ally over anywhere else if I do.

i've gone to this urgent care over the years. the wait time varies but is often long…read more I appreciate being able to email them my health history and medication list, as both are long & complex. I think my doing that may be why the Dr who saw me took me seriously, (i saw he had printed out my health history and had highlighted things in it) and spent more time with me than others have. I was super anxious, wayyyyg overtired, and experiencing very intense restless leg (and other parts of my body) syndrome with many forceful spasms, all my muscles in my body were tightly clenched and i couldn't get them to relax and I was also in a lot of pain (this was due to a recent medication change, and my having a bad reaction to it), which I told them. So, at first I was disappointed because Dr. Joe told me that they couldn't give me muscle relaxers bc they would amplify the effects of the drug i was on that I was badly reacting to, so I felt like crying because i didn't know what to do, how to get help. Dr. Joe recommended I go back to my original dosage of the medication, and took the time to show me stretches i could do, and recommended that I take pedialyte or coconut water, and use arnica cream. i followed his advice, got the arnica tablets for leg cramps (i took 6) and the arnica cream for arthritic relief, which i rubbed all over myself. i drank coconut water and went back to my usual dosage of the medication, and did stretches and doing these things worked; got a full 8 hrs of sleep and only had a few leg spasms the whole night! my muscles feel relaxed now, and I am super grateful for that. I appreciate Dr. Joe listening and taking me seriously and recommending all he did, bc i am now back to my normal level of poor health, which is so much less bad than it was before Dr. Joe's help. Was referred to a GI doctor for my stomach issues only, even though I complained about a fever I've had for 3 days. I came in around 9pm so it seemed like they wanted to go home as fast as possible. Save the time and go to a different urgent care EDIT: Found out I had severe dehydration and a nasty virus that needed attention from the ER. Wish I would have received better care.

I found Dr. Augustin Batlle to be very personable. It was clear why I was there. He was thorough and efficient. The wait was short and I walked out with a prescription for antibiotics. All and all, I think it was an excellent experience.

And, she puts her brain to work for her patients. She's helped me immensely, takes a root cause approach, and really thinks about the entire patient when it comes to health. In my opinion, she's also a beautiful mix of traditional internal medicine and integrative medicine. She's knowledgable across the spectrum and thoughtful in her approach. She's quick to offer OTC and home remedies for ailments. But, she also politely and diplomatically tells me when I need to consider taking antibiotics. She's also efficient when it comes to treatments and their costs. She was able to swap me from 2 injectable and 1 oral med that were all pricey for BHRT to a simple birth control pill that is free with my insurance.
