When they say Express clinic, they mean express. I've never had a long wait there. The office is clean, well run and every staff member is incredibly competent. I've received nothing short of the best quality care here and am so thankful for it's existence! Their hours of operation are wonderful and really easy for busy working people. I've gone there on a weekend or a night after work, I really appreciate them! I feel like the nurse practitioners are thorough, quick and I feel fully taken care of before leaving. They will even run tests in real time and get you the results as soon as possible if they can. I highly recommend if you need quick and good care!

First Visit: I had been dealing with a respiratory tract infection for almost 30 days and had already been treated by another community care center. Since I had a trip planned, I wanted to confirm whether I was still contagious. After completing my paperwork, I was called in quickly. The doctor reviewed my symptoms--fever that came and went, a bad cough, and throat discomfort. She checked my vitals, body temperature, and BP, which were all normal at that moment. Since I had already completed a round of antibiotics, she advised me to let my body fight the infection, reassuring me that I was no longer contagious. That was a relief, and I left Ally without being charged. Second Visit: After returning from my trip to California, I came back to Ally with a 103°F fever, severe body aches, extreme fatigue, and a baddd cough. This time, they ran every available test for infections and viruses, which confirmed that I had Influenza A, Influenza B, and COVID-19 and Respiratory Tract Infection. Unfortunately, since I had been sick for over a week, the doctor explained that antiviral medication wouldn't be effective. But they saw how severe my cough was, they prescribed an inhaler and cough medication to help manage my symptoms. I was charged $220 but that was in my best interest there are several other options which you can decide accordingly. What I appreciate most about Ally is that they are upfront about costs. Unlike other ERs that seem to prioritize billing over patient care, they inform you of pricing in advance, giving you the option to accept or decline services based on what's in your best interest. I honestly trust them more than my own physician at this point. I once took a friend to another ER where she tested positive for the flu. All they did was checked her vitals and BP before prescribing medication. Later she received a bill for $1,000. I was very ill at the time, so I do not have any pictures of Ally. However, I've attached a screenshot as proof of my visit.

Throughout the day he became progressively worse and I did a search and found Texas Children's Urgent Care. It was around 6:30pm when I booked my appointment online and there were plenty of spots open so that I would have enough time to travel about 18 minutes or so. We felt welcome when we first walked in. There was an officer also seated off to the side and that also made is feel safe. In take was swift and my son felt at ease because the reception desk had all sorts of cool figurines many which would make any 8 year old feel at ease. The wait was basically so short by the time I laid my copay and sat down. my out of state insurance was accepted and we went swiftly into the room. We felt heard and all test were performed with such care. we did not wait soon thereafter for the results and to see the practitioner. A script was called in to a pharmacy not too far from Urgent Care. I was also given a paper script that would come in handy once I got to Walgreens. The care was exceptional. I highly recommend. Jason Spees at Victory Medical became the steady, compassionate presence that carried us through some of the hardest weeks of our lives. What sets Jason apart is not only his medical knowledge, but his humanity. He spent an incredible amount of time helping my son process the trauma of nearly dying, difficult diagnoses, and the fear that comes with an uncertain recovery. He never rushed us. He listened. He cared deeply. When my son experienced dangerous reactions to medications prescribed elsewhere, Jason stepped in immediately, even seeing us on the weekend and coordinating with other providers to ensure my son received safe, thoughtful care. Although my son is an adult and we live in different states, Jason honestly told me my son would need me there for at least six weeks to help guide his recovery. He was absolutely right. Through complete chaos, Jason maintained a calm, grounded bedside manner that brought peace to our entire family. It genuinely scares me to think about what my son's recovery experience would have been without him. Victory Medical is incredibly fortunate to have someone as compassionate and dedicated as Jason Spees on their team.

I called and it took a while to get through as it's automated at first and you have to wait to speak with a live person. Once I did I got a person that answered the phone he told me that he was in training. He did a good job communicating but told me I'd get a call back within 24 hours. Unfortunately I missed the call back so I had to start the whole process over. I called again and spoke with a friendly and patient woman who booked me an appointment for the next day. Driving in was not a problem. There is a garage for parking. I found a spot and walked in. I wasn't sure where to go and asked the person working the desk on the first floor. She told me to take the elevator to the second floor. When I got there I noticed that the waiting area is clean, bright, and in a large space. I had a brief wait and then someone called me over. She checked me in and I paid. It was fairly quick and the person I spoke to was friendly. After paying she told me to sit and wait until they could get me in for X-rays and then a room. I waited for about 20 minutes and then a woman called my name. After my name was called I met two women who took me to get X-rays on my foot. They were both friendly. One of the women was guiding me through the process while the other was working on the the computer and checking the scans. It was actually very fast. After the x-rays, I was taken to an exam room. I waited less than five minutes and another woman came into the room. She asked me questions about my visit and medical history and then told me that the doctor would see me soon. I waited less than a minute and then the doctor walked into the room. He was very friendly and professional. He introduced himself and we talked about my medical history and why I was there. He then examined my foot and we went from there. He sent me off with some options and a plan for future treatment if necessary. Overall I had a mostly positive experience at Baylor Scott and White. My only frustration was with the automated answering system and wait to get a live person on the phone. Other than that the parking lot was convenient, the office was clean and bright and everyone that worked there was friendly and professional.
