With last minute notice, I was given orders for a drug screening before beginning clinical rotations, and was directed to come here. I made an appointment online seamlessly, and easily, and was even offered the option of adding on other tests or services, such as vitamin injections. When I arrived there was one other customer there, and another then arrived after me. The receptionist was friendly enough, a little short, but she was perfectly fine. The tech in the back however was so kind, and friendly, which in this case, is the opposite of what I'm accustomed to at these types of places. They were happy to accept my FSA card, and within 5 minutes I was taken to the back. The drug testing area is not private, so be forewarned that everyone can hear you, and you have to bring your sample out of the restroom with you, which isn't usually common practice. I wasn't given instructions but they were all inside the restroom, which was clean. I had my results within 10 minutes after leaving, and they were happy to send them to my requesting entity, as well as myself. Overall, it was probably the least painful drug screening I have ever had to do, and I would absolutely return if I need to do another in the future! read more

I had called earlier last week to set up an appointment for 8 am on a Monday morning. It was a fasting blood draw so I wanted to be in and out. The lab tech took my name and info and I was set up. I had gotten there a little earlier so I killed some time on my phone in the parking lot. Once they opened the doors I ran (walked quickly) inside. I gave them my lab slip and other necessary forms needed for the blood draw. I was taken back after sitting down for about 1 minute. The lab draw process was quick and painless. I know that some people can struggle with my veins and doesn't help when I am dehydrated, this lab tech was precise and caused no pain. read more

Worst customer service ever! We went in there, the woman spent the entire 1 hr venting about her personal life. And non of the staff knows what the difference of what the left and right hand is saying. Oh btw we were the only ones in there and it took us over 1hr to get in and out. Anyways, They are also liars, big time! And can be proven so in the court of law and with their own documents such as receipts, screenshot of their discounts they had as promotions on their web and many other documents that can prove they lie like crazy to avoid getting trouble. Worst experience ever. Ordered a Covid PCR test for travelers at a price tag of $150. At the test side they tell me if I want the results before the flight (next day) I need to pay premium at a price tag of $240. I should have walked out at that moment, but I decided to pay. Here is the biggest frustration: I got the test results about a couple of hours after the visit. AT THE AIRPORT, they did not accept the test because there is no QR code on the paper with the results. Called the lab and they have the balls to tell me "You should have asked for it". For crying out loud, I am not the one selling lab tests for travelers, so how should I know?! and they finish it up with "we are not a traveling agency so it is not our business". To summarize: - They rip you off with an overprice test - They fail to give results complaint with airport regulations - They don't take responsibility for their actions At the very least they should have paid for the hotel for making me miss my flight read more

I made a yelp account just to write this review! I go to this specific anylab site regularly and every time have a positive experience. Specifically, I am someone who is very nervous and timid around blood drawings and ask a lot of questions. I have always been treated with respect and patience, and thanks to the professionalism and caring demeanor of the staff have been calmed down and truly felt relaxed. In fact, my first time here I was shaking with nerves and for fear of my blood test results. I was spoken to gently and asked if I was okay, then told words that I will never forget "you're okay, what ever the results are, you will be okay and we'll figure it out." Since then I've gone back for regular testing. The prices are reasonable with how fast and simple the process is and especially knowing these are people who know their regulars by name and can have easy conversations with them without crossing boundaries. It was everything you'd want: clean, well lit, well designed place very little wait friendly fast procedure fairly painless, only felt a minor prick checked me out fast you can get your results via email/online I hate getting blood drawn, but I'll come back here for sure when needed. Just be aware they do not take insurance, but its worth it over the local place that seems to have a monopoly on lab tests where most locations are not well run, are not friendly, are not fast, and don't do as good a job at making the process painless. I would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional experience and complete disregard for personal privacy. The man at the front desk asked me out loud "what test are you taking?" What if someone didn't want their medical business out there? When I told him I didn't think I should have to say it out loud, that I'm sure he could look it up in his system, he says "oh... a drug test?" Which it wasn't. Totally inappropriate. Then I received no receipt or info on when I'd have my results back. I had to call and the man who picked up the phone (not sure if it was the same guy) again says "what test did you take?" Rather than/ before asking my name, DOB, etc. Really strange, not sure how this is allowed. read more

This is an excellent lab to go to and the people are very friendly to work with. You can go in and out with a scheduled appointment and be done within 15min. Mistake was either theirs or CPL labs, where the work is actually done. Neither offer to redo the tests to get it accurate and correct. This company will just take your money and that is all they care about. So suggest going somewhere else, where the results are accurate and they care somewhat. read more

For Your Information...Cause I Wish I Had Known... So I was frustrated w/ my doctor and his attitude that all my tests were fine so instead of going back to my doctor to have my blood drawn for retest via cpl I decided to try Any Lab Test Now. I have to say the gal that drew my blood was awesome! She got it on the first try and I don't think that has EVER happened! So the tests results were fine and I don't particularly have a problem with this location. What I do have a problem with is that they don't tell you the results cannot be compared to previous panels done thru cpl. The tests I had done told me that my levels were fine but they don't give a range of what exactly 'fine' is. And the panel and results cannot be compared to panels and results from cpl. It was very frustrating to not be able to get the results from Any Lab Test Now and compare them to results I had previous. It is like comparing apples to oranges and I needed to be able to compare apples to apples. So fyi, if you are using this lab as a baseline and not in comparison to other results then you should be fine. But if I'd known that I wouldn't be able to compare I wouldn't have paid the $300. They don't tell you that up front and they should I think. read more

I walked in this place needing blood work done and not caring where i went. i was pleasantly surprised to see the clean, stylish decor with blood cells and tissue x rays displayed as art on the walls. a flat screen tv to the right of the entrance animates the different lab tests they do and there aren't any hurried lab techs running around. the woman behind the desk (i've forgotten her name) was helpful and speedy with the minimal paperwork. she turned out to also be the tech that drew my blood, and she was awesome. not only was it nearly painless, but she drew blood on the first stick, which NEVER happens to me. I walked out within twenty minutes of getting there and was very satisfied. read more

I have been wanting to try the B-12 shot for a while now, but wasn't quite sure where to go. I saw this place when I stopped at the Subway next door for lunch last week. There was a huge banner out front advertising walk in B-12 shots so I figured I'd give it a go. The place itself is nicely decorated and modern, and the staff is friendly. I went around lunchtime and I was the only one there, so I was able to get checked in, injected and sent on my way in about 15 minutes. What a rip off. I ordered a nutritional panel and they returned a cbc and metabolic panel plus iron and claimed it was a "nutritional" panel. The nutritional panel on their laminated card was B12, D2, iron, ferritin etc .. when I complained they kept trying to say that a cbc pls metabolic panel WAS a nutritional panel. When I got fed up with the menagerie BS AND SAID "what r u going to do about it" she said "I'm going to give you your money back but I don't honk it would be a good idea,for you not to use our services again". I've been on some medication that may have some negative effects on the liver and came here for a liver function test. The place has a sign in the back and a door there, but you'll have to go around to the side facing Balcones. Otherwise, the location was convenient and there is plenty of parking right up front. Inside, it is clean, white and sparse; they do one thing here and it is set up as such, which should put you at ease if you are squeamish about having blood drawn, I.e. very professional. Brian was helping someone on the phone when a walked in, so I had to wait a minute as he was the only one working there at the time. After that, however, I completed a pretty brief form and requested my results by email, told him what test I wanted, paid and sat down for the blood draw. Less than five minutes later I was done. Brian was great about getting the vein the first time with very little discomfort. He explained that the results should be ready in about 24 hours and would be sent via password protected email with instructions. The prices are all fully disclosed in their website and at the location, so, as for value, it's completely transparent - you can judge for yourself. For me, avoiding a trip to the doctor is worth it. read more

I am Amazon employee and was required to take a drug test. The form that I was given told me to come to this location, and I soon as I opened the door an older lady yelled at me staying "stay outside". She was very rude saying that I "wasn't taking it seriously" even though I was being respectful the entire conversation and was wearing a face mask. She was mad that I did not make an appointment, and so I told her I unaware because it was not specified in my form that I had to make one, regardless she was unprofessional. This was a VERY unprofessional experience! DO NOT go. I went to the location in Central Austin and they were polite when drawing for the test and taking my money. When I received my results and couldn't locate where it gave my results I called. The woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and said that it "was against their policy to tell us anything about our results" (that I paid for!). I asked if I could come down there and bring it with me so she could locate it for me and she said "I will lock you out"! At that point I asked for her name, which she would not give me, then I asked for her supervisors name, which she would not give and said that she was off today, so I then asked for her supervisors, supervisor. She then hung up on me! I called another number and apparently was connected to the kind woman who took my sample the day before and she DID help me with the results (BTW - I work for a large Doctors clinic), and told her of the situation. She was very apologetic and help with the results. She mentioned that they have had difficulty with that employee before, so I hope this helps either change that employees attitude or encourages the management to help her look for positions she may be better suited for. I know I wouldn't want someone working for me with that level of "customer service" skills. Unfortunately for Any Lab Test Now, that one incredibly rotten apple reflects very poorly on the entire company. read more

As they say, hindsight is 20/20. My doctor suggested I go to Any Lab Test Now to get some blood tests done because they are less expensive. It has never been difficult to draw my blood in the past, but the tech at ALTN had to stick me twice in one arm and then switch to the other arm to finish. The multiple sticks and pain associated with them is reason enough for me to not go back. But then there's the lack of cooperation in the paperwork department. It was clearly explained to me that they do not bill insurance and I would have to do it myself. No problem, I paid cash and filed the claim myself. Every insurance company requires a CPT code for each lab charge. Every medical, surgical and diagnostic service has a code - kind of like every house has an address. I called ALTN to request these codes so that I could proceed with my claim and I was told that they would not provide them. If I could access the codes myself, I happily would, but they are copyrighted by the AMA and are not available to the general public. So, without the codes, I can't get reimbursed by my insurance company. ALTN is a low budget operation. Don't expect friendly customer service or information after you walk out their door. read more

I have been getting B-12 shots at least once a month over the last year, and I wouldn't go anyplace else. I have on one occasion gone elsewhere, but will never do that again! The staff at Any Lab Test Now is professional, and my visits are short. Just today was there and got the LipoTropic B-12 shot. This shot kicks it up a notch. This one will speed up your metabolism and burn fat, in addition to increasing your energy level. I wouldn't have known anything about it, but the staff made me aware, was well informed, and provided me with enough information to feel that this was something worth trying. This review is for the South Austin location (Slaughter Ln.): The facility was spotlessly clean and empty on a Saturday afternoon. The girl who took my blood was also the receptionist and was extremely good at drawing blood, very chatty & pleasant as well. I was in for a full STD panel, which is never exactly a "fun" experience, but this one was painless! Originally a 5 star review, I am downgrading to 3 stars because I was given incorrect information about when to pick up my results multiple times. I was first told 24 to 48 hours (NOT mentioning anything about business days), then was told to check in Monday or Tuesday, then when I called on Tuesday was told to call Wednesday or Thursday. Because of HIPAA regulations for the HIV test, they can't call you, you have to call them, so it's a big pain in the ass when they can't give you a straight answer and they usually don't pick up their phone until the fifth or sixth try. I don't really need a "confidential service" so I'll probably just go to the Planned Parenthood or something six months from now...I'm not paying $230 again for a service that doesn't even have doctors on staff and gives you the runaround with results.
