The scheduler was able to get me in to the Bee Cave location with Dr. Wang within the same week. Huge points for availability. Check in was a breeze. Two large waiting areas; however, didn't use because my name was called within moments. Yay. Dr. Wang has a great personality. He's very friendly and actually listens. He addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and promptly. Visit notes were available on My Chart the very next day - a Saturday! I have a follow-up telehealth visit with him this week, so I will see how that goes. Overall, a great experience. Definitely worth the extra distance because things worked so much more quickly. :) Plus - xrays available on-site. Very convenient. Tech was nice. Meh - some things are very antiquated. I actually had to fill out paper forms to allow them to share information with another physician. Gasp! Lol. And in order to share my images, I had to drive back to pickup a CD. What? They don't have the ability to forward them electronically.

I went back and she checked me out and recommended PT. Its hard to find quality doctors out there, especially the ones who care about their patients. I would recommend this clinic and the doctor.

I really like Dr. Crear and some of the PAs so it's a shame that the messaging service is not held to a high standard. Honestly, it's like talking to a child...but one who clearly uses AI to polish their grammar. The level of incompetence - with incorrect prescriptions called in and incorrect information relayed - is concerning. I hope they don't have these medical assistants completing tasks that require common sense, like relaying important test results. I know practices are trying to increase profits, especially those practices that are owned by private equity (which this place may be--IDK). But please consider your patients. Don't run a competent practice into the ground by having these assistants do what medical professionals should be doing. Employ some actual nurses to answer patient questions for god's sake, not just "medical assistants."

So proud to be the first to review this team on Yelp…read more I cannot say enough good things about them - Krystal, Kendra - wow. Amidst a global pandemic, I needed some tests for allergies and the like. It's important. But hearing about the waiting rooms and all that jazz, I wanted to find something mobile. The first company I tried was beyond challenging. So I looked again, and found Phlebotomist on Wheels. I was starting to give up on this, but these folks were a Godsend. They listened carefully to my concerns (the prior company had everything in one bag, with only one set of gloves - yikes!), and walked carefully through how we'd approach it on-site at my building. Extra gloves and even a gown. In a world where you're a number in the system, Krystal and Kendra treated me like a person. Kendra showed up early, and was so accommodating, even when we added a few tests last minute and on a hot hot day in Austin (we did the test outside). Gross part: The needle came out at one point (probably me moving my arm), but she set me at ease, and with a professional care I see from the best pilots, moved forward. While I won't go into detail about the tests, let me just say that this wasn't an easy set. And she rocked it. She even used a smaller needle as I'd told her that getting stuck can be quite painful for me. Again - I'm used to a lack of service, a lack of care, a lack of understanding. POW is the opposite - service, caring, and as Kendra said truly treating others how we'd want to be treated. In my professional life, I have surveyed customer service systems, carefully analyzing what separates positive experiences from not-so-positive. I give POW an A+++ Very impressed. Will definitely use again. Affordable. Clear. Safe. Positive. Diligent. Respectful. Professional. Who could ask for anything more?

i've gone to this urgent care over the years. the wait time varies but is often long…read more I appreciate being able to email them my health history and medication list, as both are long & complex. I think my doing that may be why the Dr who saw me took me seriously, (i saw he had printed out my health history and had highlighted things in it) and spent more time with me than others have. I was super anxious, wayyyyg overtired, and experiencing very intense restless leg (and other parts of my body) syndrome with many forceful spasms, all my muscles in my body were tightly clenched and i couldn't get them to relax and I was also in a lot of pain (this was due to a recent medication change, and my having a bad reaction to it), which I told them. So, at first I was disappointed because Dr. Joe told me that they couldn't give me muscle relaxers bc they would amplify the effects of the drug i was on that I was badly reacting to, so I felt like crying because i didn't know what to do, how to get help. Dr. Joe recommended I go back to my original dosage of the medication, and took the time to show me stretches i could do, and recommended that I take pedialyte or coconut water, and use arnica cream. i followed his advice, got the arnica tablets for leg cramps (i took 6) and the arnica cream for arthritic relief, which i rubbed all over myself. i drank coconut water and went back to my usual dosage of the medication, and did stretches and doing these things worked; got a full 8 hrs of sleep and only had a few leg spasms the whole night! my muscles feel relaxed now, and I am super grateful for that. I appreciate Dr. Joe listening and taking me seriously and recommending all he did, bc i am now back to my normal level of poor health, which is so much less bad than it was before Dr. Joe's help. Emailing health histories and med lists really may have made the difference here, i'm always going to do that in the future. Their email: occmed.pr@texasmedclinic.com

This was in stark contrast to the CareNow clinic I visited earlier in the day wherein the doc stared at his computer screen as he typed the whole time he was in the room with me.
