made an appointment on a friday for 3 pm just in case it'd be busy, came in early at 2:30 pm. sent by my physician to get a regular blood draw, so they scanned my paper. it was quick and easy when checking in. i barely had to wait a minute before getting called in to get blood work done! pretty convenient location, super close by!

One person the front desk??? Takes ages to check. Up the friendliness factor too. Way too crowded. I avoid it as much as possible.

Go to literally any other CPL. The phlebotomist at this one is so abrasive for no reason.

Only after they receive the doctor referral will you be able to schedule an appt. I went to see him for a second opinion for a rash under both my armpits. His assistant evaluated the rash and answered my questions. He determined it was an allergic reaction and prescribed some steroidal cream. He did explain the steps he would take, which I greatly appreciated. $60 later, I find that the rash was ringworm and simple anti-fungal cream worked as suggested by a 4th doctor I went to see. The doctor is nice, attentive, and listened to my concerns. I guess he just misdiagnosed. Overall: 3 out of 5 as the scheduling is the biggest hassle overall (minus the misdiagnosis).

I arrived on time, had my paperwork done is less than ten minutes and then sat and waited. At least two patients arrived after me but were called in before. The front desk was neither nice nor rude, but seemed unconcerned when I said I couldn't wait any longer and left 45 minutes after my appointment time was supposed to start. In the dark ages people were forced to wait an eternity to see the local medicine man; in 2011 we have options and our time is just as valuable as the healthcare provider. I refuse to wait for services when I showed up at the right time - shame on your scheduling and/or timing Dr Reichenberg.

For starters, their communication sucks, relying solely on messages through their internal system…read moreinstead of contacting me directly. On top of that, when my wife was going through a two week long procedure, I had to take off of work to care for her during and after the procedure. I requested Kindbody to fill out FMLA paperwork to cover me for being out to take care of my wife and they refused to do so, saying that "the male gender is not eligible for FMLA." So, what I am getting from this is that I am not going to be covered for taking care of my wife during the time she is going through any medical treatment from this company. Do NOT use Kindbody if you do not have someone else that can care for your spouse during treatments in your absence.

She explained everything in a way we could really understand and cared about our questions. We left feeling well informed and well cared for. We've been to another fertility clinic in Austin and felt unheard and like just another couple bro get through. Also, we got to do all our testing and blood work done at the same time. It may not work out that way for everyone but the timing aligned which was perfect since it's a 40 min drive from our house. Totally worth it imo. Lastly, as a WOC, having an all women and mostly WOC team made me feel extra cared for.

I really can't believe I am going through this. I hate leaving a negative review, but in this case…read moreI HAVE TO. I have just spent the majority of my morning on the phone with insurance, Surigcare and Capitol Gastro--I need to vent because this whole situation is wrong. Let me start by saying, yes, I read the reviews. I now see that there are multiple Google listings for this practice. One with higher rating/reviews than the other. Overall, the reviews are bad or they are obviously fake. I was in need of a practice which was in network with my insurance. My primary care doctor gave a referral for a 45 year old first time colonoscopy SCREENING. I stress SCREENING because it is completely covered by my insurance. Any communication with the office occurs overseas. Very heavy accents, but hey, who cares? As long as they are able to schedule my appointment, I am not looking for a new best friend. My appointment got rescheduled. Still fine, things happen. Confirmation text was incorrect. Mistakes happen. Confirmation call, a new overseas caller. Day of appointment- overstressed front desk employee.I joked around about how many hats she was wearing and she apologized, saying they are extremely busy and she has multiple roles. While in the exam room, with paper thin walls, I overheard the two employees complaining about their jobs and the patients. Uh oh, RED FLAG! Dr Khaja Masi came in. Seemed nice enough. I was there for a SCREENING. I told him I was having reflux and bloating and he said while doing the SCREENING we can do an endoscopy and "take a look." Ok, you're the doctor. He then mentioned my weight and said he had a clinical trial he was involved in and thought I would be a perfect candidate. He said I would need a liver scan and some other procedure to see if I was eligible for the study. It started to feel a little pushy...I explained to him that I had restrictive insurance and I was just there for the colonoscopy, because it was covered. I did agree to the endoscopy, since he made it seem like it was a perfect opportunity to get both done at the same time. I said I wanted to hold off on the scan and he said "It needs to be done now or you'll miss the deadline." I felt like this was unprofessional for a doctor to suggest in the first 3 minutes of meeting a new patient. Dr. spent a total of 5 minutes with me in the exam room. Nurse came in and explained the procedure and said I would get a call to schedule. Scheduling (overseas friend!) couldn't get me in for a month. Totally fine, there was no rush. I got a few emails saying I needed to pay fee to the doctor before the procedure or it would get cancelled. Surgicare called me saying I needed to pay for the endoscopy portion for facility charge. Denise was helpful it explaining to me that even though the colonoscopy is fully covered, the endoscopy is separate and I would get charged for that. Fine, understood. Fast forward to day of procedures. Everything was great. Everyone at Surgicare was friendly and the facility is clean. Entering into the operation room, Dr. was there and was reading over his notes. No bedside manner. No friendly hello. It felt like he was banging these things out and had no time for pleasantries. Nurse afterwards was able to tell me that everything looked good and there were a few biopsies done. That I would hear from the the doctor in the next 2 weeks. I get a call a week and a half later from India saying that my followup appointment will be in 2 weeks and it will be a virtual call. During brief call I was told biopsies came back great and a polyp was removed. Fast forward to a month later and all the bills start arriving. Thousands of dollars in bills that seem to be my responsibility. After many calls I learn that my procedure was submitted with a code that is not covered. I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE AT THE OFFICE. Overseas man just wants to transfer me to Gad in billing and Gad said he has no control over Dr. codes. I am grateful the procedure went well and I am not left with any holes in my esophagus or intestines but NOW WHAT?
