Waiting room is always full, and no one seems to be calling people back for tests. Twice now I signed in, and waited 15-20 minutes without my name even being called to checkin at the front desk. Usually its a few minutes at most. A person was called back to get their blood drawn maybe once every 10-15 minutes...its bizzare. Both times I had to leave after waiting 45+ minutes with no luck- I just couldn't wait all day. I have no clue why this location seems to run like the DMV but I would avoid at all costs. Theres a location in Jollyville not much further thats way better. Go there.

Then when you arrive at the office you notify the Baylor, Scott & white system that you have arrived. Easy Peezy... This my third visit since my doctor's location became a Baylor, Scott & White facility. I learned today from office staff that I may have been overbilled my last visit due the inaccurate spelling of my name as it appears my medical card. After reaching out to Blue Cross & Blue Shield, I learned that I was billed correctly based on my unique member ID...a good news story. The pre-exam includes pulse, temperature, blood pressure, height and weight checks. I was hoping to grow a little taller, but no such luck...smile. Passed all those tests with flying colors. I had the standard physical exam procedures including blood work. I have the world's smallest veins, so finger's crossed that I will have only one stick of the needle. Star phlebotomist...yes!!! Now I await my results...

It was reasonable, and there was probably someone that had to wait until mine were done. When the dye was in position...all of the pictures were completed quickly. The staff..from the Doctor to the Peri-Medic made this bearable. Humor and patience can help on both sides...You and the Medical Staff. Following a barrage of seemingly endless bad news this week, Steve and his crew swept in as if they…read morewere Angels in the Outfield to assist me in bringing back my borderline comatose Prius back from the dead. What I thought was going to be a harsh diagnosis and a dreaded trip to the impound, Jack (shout out to the chillest and most friendly mechanic I've had the please of interacting with to date) quickly determined that the battery itself was the primary concern, and is in the process of ordering a new one that will keep my car running just the right amount of time needed to complete my moving out objectives. I genuinely had prepared myself for spending $300+ just to determine that the car was worthless overall, instead I've been ecstatically informed that it has new life and can be sold at a reasonable value on the market. Even if they had genuinely informed me that the car was indeed out of commission, I would trust their word more so than many a family members these days, that is how honest and forthright Steve's Mobile Auto Care is as a whole. The entire experience, from my initial text to this unexpected positive turn of events, has been other worldly as far as auto mechanics go. There haven't been any "diagnostic fees" accompanied by terminology and long winded explanations that only a veteran mechanic would understand. No 3-4 page "invoices" that detail how horrifically I've been treating my car, and guilt inducing "well if only you had" monologues implying I'm the worst car owner they've ever come across. Just straight forward, easy going and trustworthy communication, incredibly relaxed scheduling process, and the wholesome feeling that I haven't been taken for a ride (not the good kind) and endured a significant hit to my wallet. I can walk away from this experience still standing, or better yet, driving away knowing that all is well under the hood and that my budget hasn't been entirely wrecked this month. For the past few months, my 2014 Chevy Traverse has made sounds which I thought might be engine…read moremounts. I had been reluctant to "take it in" somewhere because I was afraid that it would turn into a huge expense, maybe legitimate and maybe not. After some research I decided to contact Steve's Mobile Repair and I could not be happier with the outcome. Technician Jack came out to our house and in the driveway and with some test driving quickly determined it was two different mounts that needed to be replaced. The two mounts were completely shot. I mean bad. Jack managed to change the mounts in our driveway with just a floor jack to lift the engine. Jack knows what he is doing and does everything fast. Pretty amazing actually. He's professional and knowledgeable with an admirable work ethic. Needless to say, I was very happy with Steve's Mobile Repair and I'm certain I will use Steve's again. I highly recommend them.
