Terrible. Upon entering the "fill in" worker said she's done for the day that they stopped lab work at 11:30pm. I told her I had an appointment at 1:30Pm but decided to come early. She then said she can do a manual test and that she's not even supposed to be working here cause she's a fill-in. She didn't know if it was gonna be put into the system and she could do a handwritten screening whatever that means. Then she brings me in the back room to do the handwritten screening and ask me for a registration number. I told her I don't have a registration number and I have a confirmation number. I specifically asked them to only run the labs covered as part of my preventative care/annual visit. They ran all kinds of other tests, even after I asked twice. I don't know if their billing people are just incompetent but don't care, but I wound up having to pay for a bunch of tests I didn't want or ask for after they harassed me and threatened to turn me over to collections. This place is the definition of overworked & understaffed. The lab tech, Hunter, was great given he was the only one working there for the two hours that I was waiting. Appts every 10-15min, walk-ins (me) walking in consistently, at least 8-10 people in there at all times and he was completely by himself - checking everyone in, administering the lab, doing the paperwork post lab. He remained cool and calm and respectful as he worked through everyone as quickly as he could. I would come back with an appointment for any future needs if Hunter was my tech. read more

I came here for a mandatory drug test because it was the closest location to me. There is only one employee working here, and he was not very friendly or helpful. After I checked in at the kiosk, I had to wait almost over an hour just to get my test done. They give you a time limit on how long you have to pee in the cup and make you sign paperwork afterwards. Contrary to previous reviews, they now allow you to wash your hands before signing so that's a plus. Make an appointment here to avoid waiting, otherwise you'll be stuck here for some time. read more

On the website they say to call a few hours before to make sure that they have your appointment verified so I did that, The LabCorp customer service lady was extremely rude and told me that I made a mistake because they don't do testing at the site that I had scheduled on their website and so we had to reschedule my appointment for the next day which meant I missed my deadline from my employer. read more

Obviously employees change, but I have been going here over the last 3 months and have been really impressed. I have very deep, small veins regardless of how much I hydrate so blood draws are tricky. I usually have to get poked 3-5 times, but a technician noticed that the arm with the bigger veins had scar tissue, so she just switched arms and voile! Blood came so easily. Both times I've been it's been great, and I had a tough lab order that I had to split because of so many vials of blood but it was done no problem! read more

At about 1:15pm, when he was done with the other patient, I told him I needed a urine drug screen done for school. He told me they did not do drug screens past 1pm, and he would not do it regardless of what the online hours say. He was rude and inconsiderate, AND not wearing a mask. I went to labcorp to get my blood drawn and a 24 urine analysis for kidney function. The nurse that took my blood informed me that I would need to come back for another blood draw when I turned in my urine. When I turned in my urine analysis kit I made an appointment because the nurse said I would need more blood drawn, the guy at the front desk said they didn't need anything else. A week later, my kidney transplant coordinator called me to say that labcorp had lost my urine and they should have taken blood. Now I'm doing the analysis again. I am not sure how a medical facility loses urine in a bright red/orange container inside a specimen bag. In addition, when I was having my initial appointment to draw my blood, there was visible blood droppings on the floor. Very unsanitary. My last straw came today when I tried to reschedule my appointment to a later time for tomorrow due to work. I never received an email with my confirmation number so I was unable to switch it online. I called them thinking like any other medical facility, they would be able to change it for me. The woman that I spoke with was absolutely no help and rude. She said she didn't have access to that and wasn't sure if the 800 customer service number did. I have been to this LabCorp three times in the last month for blood draws while I'm undergoing some intensive medical testing. This location is perfectly clean, not at all dirty like some reviews have said, and by way of the approximately 23 vials of blood that two different techs have drawn from me, I have had only good and fully competent experiences. A little pinch, no problems, and plenty of pleasant conversation to keep those of us that might be prone to fainting readily distracted. It would be nice if there was some more direction as to what you're supposed to do when you arrive, since I've been three times and whether I'm supposed to talk to the person at the desk at all when I sign in... or if I give them my lab slip at the beginning or sit with it are still unclear to me - it's been handled differently each time I've gone. Whoever makes eye contact with you (if they don't refuse to) could just say "do this." One of the times, I did have to wait for about a half hour after my appointment start time; I think they may have been understaffed that day. The other two times it was probably more like ten minutes, which isn't bad at all, but you just have to anticipate that when getting medical testing. All in all, this is a reliable lab with well-trained staff that do a solid job. I'm certainly grateful for them and their professionalism while I have to visit the lab so frequently. read more

Do not use this lab. They have one person to check patients in, handle paperwork and take samples. I got there at opening time, there were 4 people ahead of me, and 30 minutes later, nobody had been seen. When I asked when they'd start taking samples, the nurse/receptionist/clerk barked "when I'm ready. Now sit down and be patient". I understand places are understaffed these days, but you don't expect a lab to open 30 minutes before they start seeing people. I uploaded all my information online, received a confirmation and was texted to come in. The phlebotomist said I hadn't checked in. When I showed him my confirmation he walked me behind his desk (pretty sure that's a privacy concern) and said "look. You're not confirmed" he made me use the kiosk to check in which I didn't mind but it said "unable to confirm. someone at desk to assist"The phlebotomist was incredibly condescending. we spent 5 minutes going back and forth about where my lab order was. Even though I had already uploaded it on their website and received confirmation, i offered to email it or show it to him by phone and he refused. He said I have to go to a fedex to reprint all my information again. 5 minutes into the conversation he finally suggested I have my doctor fax it. I called my doctor and they offered to do a verbal request while they wait for the fax because it was going to take 20 minutes for Labcorp to receive since it was being sent electronically. The phelebotomist refused and made me wait. 30 minutes later, he said he still hadn't received it. I saw him shuffle through faxes and get rid of some so after an hour total of waiting, I left. I didn't have emotional energy to confront him and have him be condescending again. "Do you not see what is on my screen?" was not something I wanted to hear repeatedly again. If you set an appointment online, upload your lab orders and receive confirmation, it likely will be for nothing and he will treat you like it's your fault their system doesn't process appointments correctly. Side note: the phlebotomist had the door closed before I walked in so ppl waiting in the lobby let me in. He came out and realized he hadn't unlocked it all day. My guess is he's incredibly spacey so it makes sense he doesn't know how to work an online system. There was also no sanitizer in their dispenser. It was mid day. I had to use their visibly dirty kiosk (which I intended to avoid via online check in) and was unable to sanitize my hands after. There were also people that were being assisted with no masks. I don't know if that's common practice at labs now but as an immunocompromised person, it's definitely alarming. read more

Ask for gloves BEFORE YOU TOUCH ANYTHING in this office! You have been warned!!! I came here for my drug screening and tider (antibody checking for my childhood vaccinations) testing for my new job in Seattle. The overall experience wasn't too incredibly terrible, but, being in the medical field, there's certain things that set off alarms in my head. For example, it's understandable that for drug testing they don't let you flush the toilet or turn the water on until they have your specimen. I get it...but they won't let you wash your hands or give you soap until you sign the consent paperwork...even with the door open. She was very persistent in making me sign all the stuff before I could wash my hands. You get the idea, right? I know we've all peed in cups before...I hate to even THINK about where that pen(s) has(have) been and whose grubby, urine covererd hands have touched them! I digress. The waiting area is small and there may or may not be someone behind the desk upon your arrival. You're supposed to sign in and wait. The LabCorp network is on the tv and there's no reading material (thank God for the Cosmo that I brought with me). I've had my name grossly mispronounced before, I'm used to that (which is why I dread giving it as reservations at restaurants), but when the lady with the incredibly thick foreign accent called it out, I didn't even recognize it as my name. She then got pretty upset, almost yelling, "who's number 30? I called the name Crichton and no one answered, so who's number 30?!". I realized that everone else in the waiting room had arrived after me, so I ventured to guess that it was me. I went to the desk and was asked to sign something, then sit back down. She called me up again, then told me to sit down again. Finally it was my turn to go to the back. There was confusion over my paperwork, which I tried to appease with a note the traveling company had sent with the lab papers...I don't think they completely understood what I was trying to get across. Then came the drug testing time, followed by the blood letting. The lady performing the testing and blood draw also had a very thick, difficult to understand accent and was very abrupt. The staff are horrible, hours are wrong, and the place looks dirty! I made an appointment online for 4:00 and indicated blood testing. Online the hours are posted until 5:30. The door says 4:30. Still more than enough time. When I arrived no one was at the desk. A lady comes out looks at me and then the clock. I indicated I had an appointment for blood testin. She starts shaking her head and says, "That's gonna take 30 minutes just for one of the tests to clot. Then, that'll put me at least until 4:45." I reiterated I had an appointment and also said one test had to be done today because of my cycle and going through IVF treatment. She was incredibly rude and said, it couldn't happen today. I said I tried to call earlier in the day. (Online I could only find the 800 number). She rattled off the local number and said "That one has been working all day." There was no one else waiting and it was obvious she didn't want to deal with me on a Friday. I tried to explain that if I didn't get the Progesterone test done today I'd have to wait another month. "I'm telling you, it can't happen today," was her response. She told me to come back tomorrow. I asked if I could make an appointment since clearly this didn't work, but she cut me off and said I could walk it. I indicated I wanted to avoid this and make one. She was abrupt, wouldn't look at me and said I'd.have to go online since they didn't do them there. Her tone was entirely condescending and her soul sub-human. Especially considering that I mentioned not having the test would delay another couple having a baby. I was shocked at how cold I was treated. The one plus side is in frantically trying to find another lab online I located Any Lab Test Now. Amazing service, got me in, and helped to make me feel better after this woman's trauma. read more

I had a drug test on this facility. I was angry that I had force to give my SSN. I explain to Elizabeth Urban that I can write my SSN to my notes and she can copy and put to the system and give back my notes but she did what she want and never listen to me. first I don't really want to give my SSN for free but she is rude and insisting that she need it. she can even try to explain in a polite way but that's what I expected I got unprofessional person. I feel I was violated for my privacy and security. If my SSN will be stolen this is the only place I can blame. I can't just give my SSN because she's not acting professional and she's being rude while handling this situation. If the person refuse Labcorp staff supposed to respect that. I hate that they don't listen and just do what they want. I will never ever come back to this place ever again. read more

I've been to this location throughout the years and before they moved to suite B2. I've notice different staff and many of them have great people skills but must admit some DO NOT. Labcorp will replace them but only when supervisors are notified. Hence the different staff every 6 months it seems. I'd report to their supervisor immediately and not just to Yelp reviews.
