The stuff there is very pleasant, they are reasonably priced, and they are very cutting-edge with their products! They have all of the new polishes and new ways to make nails look beautiful. The ladies were very nice. The shop was clean. However the nails did not turn out nice. After paying $80 for a mani/pedi, my Jewel design fell off the same day because she used an adhesive not meant for nails. The solar gel has to be applied first to hold the jewel and covered with clear gel so it doesn't snag, but they reused to listen - even though I've had this done a hundred time elsewhere. They replaced it the next day, however it came off again which has never happened to me, let alone twice in a row. I don't want to go back a 3rd time for the same problem. I used to frequent this location for over 2 years I had had a couple of bad experiences getting cut but really enjoyed my nail guy so I kept going back that was until I made an appointment and he was over an hour late for it that was the final straw. She did a decent job on my nails, I got a shellac manicure. The manicure part where she massages was very brief and wasn't much more than putting lotion on my hands. The pedicures looked really good though, they used hot stones. read more

They always do a great job on my nails, and will do art if you ask! However their pricing in inconsistent. I have been charged the same price for a fill as i have for a new set, and they will sneak in higher priced services without informing you of extra cost first, so always ask how much something is before. 5/21 update... The owner apologized for the "miscommunication" when I requested the previous owner to do my nails. Linda does a fine job on my nails and I have given them a chance. I will probably continue to go there because it is close to my home. They always get me in when I call ahead of time and if they are too busy we schedule a different time. They have made many upgrades and have a kids pedi station which my kiddos enjoyed. 4/5/16 LIARS! This WAS my normal nail place and has changed ownership from Daniel to a couple of women. I asked for Daniel and they said he would do my nails even up to the time she was getting out the powder and then I stopped her and asked for Daniel. Then she says (with shift eye movements) uh... He is on vacation. She finished and I went on my way. I do NOT appreciate being lied to. There is a professional way to handle a change in ownership which clearly these women know nothing about. I needed a pedi and wax but I will spend my money elsewhere. read more

Not sure what is going on since Jenny has left. The owner of Queen nails changed & over the years I have always referred many gals to this location & ever since Jenny had sold the salon, the quality of work has just gone way down :( pains me to say that my favorite nail salon is no longer a place I want to go. I've had 3 sets here since new management, each time my nails lifted at the cuticle, a few broke & gel lifted off of my solar sets. I believe Kim did my nails. She never uses base coat & tries to get us out of there ASAP. A friend of mine was chatting with one of the gals doing her nails and she asked if she enjoyed doing nail and she said "no, but it pays for the bills" and laughed. My friend FaceTimed me showing me her nails & she was so upset because she payed a ton for them and they looked so sloppy. But of course they will look sloppy if you don't enjoy your job. So disappointed, clearly since the salon was sold to another owner, training and overall skill management has significantly went down. Looking for a new salon now, I miss you Jenny! read more

It was my first time here, the man whom I believe was the owner was arguing with me about how I wanted to do my nails I am just so sick and tired of walking into a nail salon and having the worker argue with me I just don't understand I am the customer and I am paying money for this ! Can they just be quiet and give me The customer service we all deserve because we are paying money for this! I came in to get my nails done at five it took about an hour because some of my nails were broken well this man was in a hurry around 6 o'clock to go pick up his daughter and the nail salon closes at seven so he was kicking me out of the nail salon and was not even finished doing my nails this is absolutely The worst nail salon I have ever been to ! I've been here three times so far and have never had a bad experience. The owner, who is the one that does my acrylics, is very pleasant and polite, and always offers me a free soda or water as soon as I walk in! I'm a cosmetology student, so I know exactly how sanitation procedures are supposed to go, and this places does great, plus my nails always look fabulous. However, I rate 4 stars instead of 5 because I have gotten a few burns from the drill thing, or some time of very minor injury, every visit I've had. It doesn't bother me a whole lot personally, but I know that other people wouldn't like it. I would actually rate 4.5, but that isn't an option. Anyways, my nails always look great, and the prices are great, so I highly recommend this place! read more

Was one of the worst places I ever got my nails done at. The staff was rude, did not listen to my needs and over charged me for a bad nail job. I had to repay to get my nails fixed some where else...don't ever go here. On top of that, they drilled over my fragile natural nails (which is agianst State Boards Regs) and then had the nerve to agrue with me about the delicate state of my nails. The place is not clean and they use dirty implements on clients. I will never go here again... read more

I honestly will never go here again. Every time I leave there I am always disappointed with there work and attitude. They refuse to do the simplest design or do it in a way they think its "better" and dont even let you choose before doing so. When really, are they paying for our nails to get done or are we paying for it? WE ARE. Saying that they should be willing to do whatever we desire because they are there to please us not the other way around.
