I hate to say it because I've loved how my nails have turned out in the past but sadly I've had 3 very bad experiences with them since my last Review and will no longer travel all the way to Everett the last time I booked an appointment for a full set and was told the tech didn't have enough time to do them so I said that was okay if she could in fact do the design I asked for on the nails the design turned out horrible she rushed through the service and proceeded to take a walk in appointment after me so it wasn't that she didn't have time she just didn't want to do the work wish she would have said that before ruining my nails I'm not horribly picky and I always come in with back up designs just in case my tech can't do the one I'm asking for but this was the last chance I'll ever give them never going back wouldn't suggest it to anyone else either my nails were sloppily painted started to peel the same day and the acrylic was filled unevenly don't waste the time or money ladies read more

If I could give them one star, I would. So I came here for the first time recommended by friends. Being there it was nice. I thought it was clean. It was quiet after being there for two hours and getting my nails done. I expected them to come out looking joyed which they did but the next day which was Valentine's Day my nail breaks with a little tap because it was too thin, and I got told that by several different nail techs. Then the two days after that my middle finger starts to hurt and starts turning red and green and hard and come to find out there's pus in it and I have an infection because of their dirty nail tools that they were using. You guys please be careful. This is no joke. I literally have gangrene in/on my finger. Okay so here's the deal. The ladies are usually really really nice and if you ask them to fix something they don't have attitude about it. But today the girl that did my nails MUST have been training because I had to repeat 3 or 4 times that I wanted a fill on one hand, and on the other I wanted a partial set because I had cut them short one night to play Uke but I now wanted them the same, longer length, as the fill side. She also nicked me quite a few times while using the little grinder tool. I don't know the lady name but i think she owns the shop or manage it she sits right by the door but she was great & she did a wonderful job on mani! it's lasted two weeks! Ehhh they're alright. Decided to come here because I was in town for work which is an over an hour away from my reg spot. Linda was nice,quiet, but didn't really listen to me when I told her how I like a "sharp coffin" as in very narrow... and edges sharp since over time they will soften from doing everyday chores. Staff was very very friendly, and they have a huge variety of colors. Service was also extremely fast. On the downside of being fast, I noticed after the fact that my gel polish on some of my fingers wasn't painted all the way to my cuticle, which makes it look like the polish has grown out (note the picture with my review: I got my nails done one day ago.) their salon was also extremely warm. I appreciated that they tried to combat that by using a portable A/C, but it was hard to relax. The mani/pedi experience was pretty basic and didn't have a lot of frills. There wasn't much of a massage given. Would I return here? Probably not, but their friendliness and quickness to book our appointment just shortly before we went in was appreciated. read more

Surprised this place has such good reviews. I had called in asking if they had availability right then, they said sure come in. So I did shortly after. Which is GREAT if you don't care what your nails look like and "need" them to be done. The next day I noticed the acrylic started to lift from my nails. I should have been patient and waited till my nail salon was to be open the next day. I waited a few more days after I noticed the lifting to see if it had gotten worse and it has. Almost every single nail has lifting around the cuticle area. The choice of glitter acrylic powder they have is beautiful, so I wish it wouldn't have lifted. I made a $60 mistake by coming here. The employees were all very nice and helpful in aiding me in deciding exactly what I wanted, and I absolutely LOVE the way they turned out. It's a bit difficult to find (the google map placement seems to be slightly off) but it wasn't too bad and it was definitely worth looking for!
