I drove by for the 3rd time in a couple of weeks. Looks like Quarry Self Storage is branching out. Not only can you store your precious momentos on site but you can have your car fixed too. Just take it right to the garage there. Kinda concerned about things now. I will keep a closer eye on that place. read more

They have changed the management, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at this time because, the storage space is in the flood zone and the owner doesn't want to spend money to help and protect the tenants. Rent at your own risk. read more

Great place. They were so helpful to their tenants and gave them huge rent discounts, put them in touch with emergency services, etc. after the big flood. The new managers Ashley and Zack are really professional and helpful. Best price in town and love the fact the owners are there daily to make sure tenants feel valued. read more

We rented a space here from 2003 to 2021, and the Quarry staff has always been kind and helpful! Their hours were great for access (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 days a week), which allowed us to come and go as needed, with a sense of security. While paying with cash or checks was not always the most convenient in the world of credit cards, the quality of the staff service was always a pleasure. We recommend this place because of the staff, and because the location is easy to get to by freeway. It is also a great place to meet buyers in the parking lot, then have them follow us to the storage space to pick up the furniture items. My family has been a customer of quarry self storage for Years!! Unfortunately, like one of the reviews I've read, I guess with the new management the customer service and business practices has pretty much become a big disappointment. The previous management and employees were straight to the point, provided good service, did their jobs and had a tough love type of personality.(which was great) To keep a long story short, me and my wife rented a small storage at quarry a year and a half ago. I recently got my transfer back home for work so we decided it would be best to upgrade our storage to a bigger unit to store more of our belonging until we get situated. So we inquired, which turned into a nightmare. It turned into 3 weeks of going in circles. We were supposedly put on a wait list and will be called for next available unit. Spoke with the manager, she stated yes we'll have one in a couple days after it's auctioned off. Called back and units still not ready. Went through a couple phone calls like this. Spoke with the manager again and finally she said come on in this Saturday and you got one. Walked in, spoke with the gentlemen at the desk that I've also talked to a couple times and what do you know, nothing available. He apologized and said we have one that will auction off in a couple days and we'll call you. (So if you think about it, 3 weeks of going in circles this must be unit number 3 that will be auctioned or they don't have any and they keep running me in circles.) I called quarry regarding the storage and the gentlemen said he'd call me at 2pm. I asked him if he could call me at 1pm because I had duty and he agreed and said he would. 1pm came around and what do you know no call. ........... So in the end, I've canceled my storage found another storage unit 5 minutes further down and from here on will no longer do business with quarry again. All I wanted was a bigger storage unit. (Guaranteed increase of income to quarry and more space for my belonging ) But it didn't pan out that way.... I apologize to fellow yelpers, I was trying to keep this short but there was just ssssooooooo muchhhh to say and I even took some out! LoL read more

If I could I'd give them no stars. Do not rent here!!!!! If there are two people who manage this place why is it that its closed at odd times of the day. Today is the third time I come to my unit and its closed. Says they'll be back in 30 mins. But if you go back in 30 the time has changed yet again to a later time. Wtf! You take meal breaks and 10 min breaks at different times so there is always coverage!!!! Its not that hard. This place is so inconsistent with coverage its mind blowing how they are still in business. Like I said this is the third time, and they just raised the monthly rent. I guess from now on its best to call ahead of time to make sure they are there. If not you will just waste your time traveling back and fourth. Also the women today was on her cellphone. Like come on cant your personal calls wait for your break? Really they need new management. read more

My family & I have been coming/doing business with Quarry Self Storage and storing family valuables/junk (that mom doesn't want to get rid of) for almost 30 years. (28 & 1/2 to be exact, if we're being technical lol.) And not ONCE have we had ANY sort of issue or problem, whether employee related or technical (storage issues, etc.) until today, July 11th, 2016. So you can do the math on the number of years of 100% successful business we've conducted with this facility. My mother owns a storage unit here ( As do I.) & for regular customers, it's common knowledge that most of the time, Quarry Self Storage closes at 6pm SHARP on so you might wanna show up early well before 6pm (or even earlier in the day or maybe even the day before if possible lol) if your monthly bill is due that day so you can avoid any possible late charges/fees, etc & be the responsible (or at least convey the image lol) customer that pays their bill on time. Well today, it was my mother's turn to pay her bill for her storage unit. She, as do I, know that Quarry Self Storage closes/locks their office door at 6pm. My mom arrived EARLIER than 6pm: 5:30-45pm if my memory serves me correctly (because not only was she using her hands-free mode on her cell phone) but also like most if not ALL storage facilities, there are cameras recording the perimeter/entrance/exits/customer&visitor parking/storage units, etc. They were CLOSED. Door LOCKED. Not ONE employee or even a body (dead or alive lol) was even present inside the office to receive my mother's monthly payment. Keep in mind, she arrived WELL BEFORE they were scheduled to close for the day (to avoid aforementioned late fees, keep a good business record/rapport/file as a good & loyal & reliable customer, especially when it comes to making payments ON-TIME or EARLY.) But due to selfishness of the employee(s) of the day, my mother was NOT able to make her usual payment & I WILL DEFINITELY debate and refuse to pay ANY late fees/charges that MAY or MAY NOT occur due to employee selfishness & severe unprofessionalism. This storage facility ran much better/smoother when Sandy/Sandra was in charge/the manager for most of the 90's-mid 2000's. Now with the change in management & employees, I guess situations such as what happened today will begin to be the new business strategy & I will gladly retrieve my stored belongings & leave to take my business & hard-earned money elsewhere where professionalism is the STANDARD & the CUSTOMER is the priority. NOT leaving 30+ mins early just because "it's slow and I'm tired, wanna go home, etc." Done with my rant on aforementioned selfishness and unprofessionalism on said facility. P.S: Change your tactics/business strategy/lazy employees (or whatever the hell the issue may be, whether Internal or External) otherwise like I said, my family will GLADLY leave & conduct business elsewhere. And for other established/potential customers, please DON'T let this B.S happen to you bc we work too hard for our money to deal with this sh/t. =] read more

I recently received a letter from Quarry Self Storage increasing my rate because they said I was erroneously given a military discount. They even tried to collect the difference of the regular rate from the discount I received of 10%. They told me the previous manager should not of given it to me because I'm retired and no longer on active duty. REALLY? The last time I checked, the previous manager represents Quarry Self Storage and the owner and it is not my problem if he did something the owner was unaware of or did not approve of. I believe the owner is only interested in money because they told me my unit will be rented immediately if I move out and they have a waiting list. I appreciated the discount and in retirement it really helped. Unfortunately, it was never about the owner appreciating my military service and was always about making money. The new managers seem to be on break every time I go to my unit and the gate code never seems to work properly. GOOD RIDDENS QUARRY SELF STORAGE. read more

I have rented a unit at Quarry Self Storage for over two years and have had a great experience. The prices are reasonable, it was fairly easy to sign up, and the place is clean. The managers (since July 2018), Clay and Judy, do a great job running the place, and are very professional, respectful, and thoughtful. I always receive a receipt for my payments, either in person or by e-mail. The security is very good. I highly recommend Quarry Self Storage. read more
